Easy in, easy out. However they do not offer a moving truck as stated on the website and nobody from the office returned my call until after I signed the contract online and paid.

I used this storage twice and I believe her name is Ali, did a wonderful job of helping me understand storage. They are on top of this property and astute to when people are doing wrong. I recommend if this location is convenient to go ahead and use it, knowing your stuff is safe.

Its koool and just right

We were in town for the Gem Show and only needed the unit for a week. Unfortunately there were no specials, but we were happy to get what we needeed as most other facilities had no outside availability. On the day our pallet was to be picked up, we instructed the shipping company to call us when they were on their iway so we could meet them there, as our hotel was just down the street. We also let the facility manager know on the day the truck was coming, and asked him to call us, just in case the truck showed up unannounced. Of course it did just that, the Cube Smart Manager let the truck in the gate and called us. If not for his attentiveness, the truck probbly would have left, causing us major scheduling issues.

The man at the front was absolutely wonderful. He was super helpful attentive his establishment was clean unlike the other ones he tried his best to make everything quick and easy it was a wonderful experience I wish there were more people like him that worked for you because at your other establishments they are not as clean theyre rude dont want to help with any questions more or less make you look like a company that doesnt care but, thankfully Rick Garcia your manager on Oracle and Grant is an amazing man super attentive super cheerful a great helper and goes over and beyond what most people would do he keeps your establishment clean and always has a smile on his face. Hes an a1 character!!!!!!!

I started running a storage unit from them they seem like decent people Ive been very pleased the lady that works out the front is a little rude but I think thats just her personality

The location was nice, quiet. Rick was so great! My move in was zero hassle even after i changed my reservation to a bigger unit last minute! Put up with hungry tired me as well, big kudos 😂

Cube Stupid - Unfortunately, I was Cube stupid when I decided to store my belongings at the Cube Smart facility near Campbell and Oracle in Tucson AZ. I was told that the storage facility was secure and that the back doors were bolted securely. Well I took their word for it and the first night my belongings were stored there, the storage room was broken into. The thief entered from the rear door that was supposed to be securely bolted shut. When I inspected the door after the crime from the rear, it was rusted and easily pried open with a crow bar. The fence surrounding the facility was easily pushed aside and there was no security cameras giving the thief a nice secure alley way in the rear do do their work. We lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff including many irreplaceable items. The mandatory insurance they made me buy did not cover anything that was lost (many pages of fine print with electronic signatures) When I asked for a refund, it was denied and I was stuck for the entire month paying for a facility that was not secure. I asked if I could at least borrow their truck to move my stuff to another facility. The manager told me I could only use the truck if I moved to another Cube Smart facility. Well I ended up renting another U Haul truck, hired some movers and moved to a different facility all at my own cost of several hundred dollars. The fact that there was absolutely no compensation or accommodation for a loss that was entirely Cube Smarts fault indicates to me that this company only cares about short term profits and does not value customer service at all. I will never be Cube Stupid again and will never consider Cube Smart for my future storage needs.

What can I say about the two women that run the place. Theyre Top Notch! Always friendly and always helpful. Renting a unit here is the best decision Ive ever made. The location serves my needs perfectly. I only wish the hours of access were around the clock for those crazy whims I might have after hours to retrieve my property. But... You cant have everything. Check it out. You wont be disappointed.

A.K. was so helpful and professional. She called me soon after I made my online reservation. During the registration process, she was very thorough but quick. We had some trouble when it was time to move in and she fixed everything for us perfectly. I would highly recommend her and this company.

I have been using cube smart for 4 years and have had good service the old manager at the plumber store Cindy Venezuela goes out of her way to make sure your experience was great and gives you all the deals she can. This last time i noticed a sign as I was leaving first month free, never got it or even told about it despite this I will recommend cube smart to any body I know.

No trouble here. Everything was just the way it should be.

They were very professional, courteous, and strait forward.They do have a few more requirements than the other storage facilities that I have worked with. But it makes me feel more secure that all of the tenants are required to be insured. My homeowners insurance covers it for free. If another tenants negligence damages my property, I will be reimbursed, one way or another...

I had a last minute emergency which caused me to rush to Cubesmart 10 minutes before closing. Allie assisted me and gave me the best price for the size unit I was looking for. She was very helpful and straightforward about the lease, I really appreciated her help! Awesome place!

Excellent customer service. I called, told them what I needed to store, they suggested the perfect unit for me. I was able to talk to the manager easily and he answered all my questions. I feel that my items are safe and secure.

The manager was very friendly,helpful and nice. I figured I would start moving in my stuff tomorrow. I just needed to enjoy the 4th of July. Would definitely recommend cubesmart to friends.

Ive had a unit twice at this facility and both times it as been a very positive experience. The grounds are kept clean and they keep a close eye on on the place, I do wish there prices were abit lower.

Update:The issue was resolved after several back-and-forth emails. 🙂--Five-star service when you move in and PAY... but one-star service when you want to move out and get a refund. :(Lesson learned: Dont make any payments in advance, people become very passive after received the money.

We shopped around for the right sized storage unit at the best price, and we found it here. Renting was a piece of cake thanks to the excellent office manager, AK. Im renting a unit at CubeSmart for the third time. Cant beat the price. It seems to be a secure place to store my stuff.

They made sure I only purchased as much storage as was necessary, and they were extremely accommodating with my move, assisting me with the heavier items. Everything seemed clean and well secured.

Big sign outside building says get first month free. Ended up not being free. They treated me like an idiot, didnt you see the fine print at the bottom. So because theres fine print on the bottom I should ignore the big sign that says First Month Free! Proceeded to charge me for insurance when I had proof of insurance. Had to call corporate to get a refund, then forced to buy a CUBESMART lock when I already had one. Even showed my key showing I had a lock. Had to talk to district manager before they did anything. Still wouldnt offer free month, gave me some lame excuse about the amount of units being rented prohibited her from doing so. Hate doing business here. Had a much better experience at Plumber and Broadway Cubesmart. This place just tries to scam you into paying extra.

Fun friendly staff, the guys there took the time indulge my 5 year old son as he would explain that he is a Power Ranger.

I would not recommend this storage location. Lots of homeless guys in and out and hanging around the facility. Owners came thru with blowers recently, and with the huge gap between door and ground, my unit and items were blasted with large amounts of grit, grime, and dust. Whst a mess
