They lied about military not being charged activation/upgrade fees. Still waiting for this and other refunds seven months later. Store not responding no matter how many times I write to prioritycustomer email they provide.I would love to give a great review as Tonya was helpful spending three hours with us on first visit and telling us she could save us money. After that, we called the store when there were surprises on our bill which we did not understand. We called with our questions but she told us it will be messed up at first so we trusted. We came back to the store with next bill in hand to get help understanding why lines had been added to our account,, why insurance was still being charged for one phone, what is up next and why are we paying for it, why havent activation fees been refunded. We waited on a couch for almost an hour to speak to Tonya thinking she would answer our questions. She took one copy of our bill saying she would take care of it and promptly shooed us out the door. Next bill,, no changes,, no explanations,, no credits,, no savings. We call,, she thought I was someone else,, she got me off the phone saying I will take care of this while no one is in the store. Next bill,, no changes,, no better understanding on our part why we are being charged for some things,, no credits and no savings. When I finally get someone to answer at store Tonya tells me I have to call Customer Care. She cant help me get any refunds. My bill should have only gone up $35 and I should have received refund on activation fees as promised. My bill is $84 more, five months have passed, no refunds, issues not addressed. I need Troy (owner or district manager) to contact me concerning billing issues we have tried to address repeatedly with your staff, by visiting the store and calling multiple times).

Brianna Craddock is a wonderful and very personable person! She’s always willing to help, no matter what time, and always very informative! She takes time to walk you through setting things up on your phone, and makes sure you understand everything before sending you on your way. Very quick with each visit as well! Always my go to when I need something at AT&T!

Ms.Tonya is AMAZING. She was helpful, amazing, caring, and very informative. There was another customer in the store while I visited. She was older, and didnt really understand much about phones. Ms. Tonya was super patient with the woman, even when asked repetitive questions. lol Ms. Tonya went above and beyond with the customer service. Please, Trent & Troy, give her a raise. She deserves it !!!

The store was clean and organized and even though setting up a phone takes a while in general, time flew by and the whole experience was positive. Best phone store Ive been to!

The lady in there was really great at giving me the information and advice I needed to know. Make sure you specifically specify what you want to purchase, dont just assume they know based on the conversation. I had no trouble going in there on a Saturday morning or Friday afternoon after work. They knew what they were doing!

I recently went to the att store next to Starbucks, the young lady named April was extremely nice and helpful, she was so patient and understanding. It was like she genuinely wanted to help me, and she did. Will definitely come back to this store for any needs I may have.

Very rude. I didnt have my account number and was informed there was nothing they could do without it. I said how can you not look up my account with my name and address? She responded with what place can you go into and pay a bill without an account number? She then informed me that AT&T turns you into collections 1 day after a late bill. I called AT&T and payed the past due. It was passed due as i forgot to update my debit information when i got my new card (my bad, honest mistake). The person on the phone was incredibly polite and helpful. He even explained that she was mistaken about their policies as it concerns collections and passed due account balances. Just call AT&T directly as these people are were unable to help and rude.

Switched from Verizon and got both my phones set up. Way better service where I live out in the country. Going to have all my family and friends go into the tullahoma store and get service!

I come here from Cowan Tennessee because Aprill R. Is so amazing with me. With what I want and need and so much more. Even more than that I’ve messaged her for help after hours and she is always very helpful. If she isn’t working I don’t come that day. We love her!

Just came into the store and learned that the lady who always helped me before, Aprille, is no longer at that store. I hate that store lost her, she always helped me and my husband any time we had any issue, she would take the time to make sure all of our issues were fixed to the best of her ability and made sure we left happy, and greeted us and our kids like we were family when we came into the store. When we went into the store yesterday, we were made to feel like we were nothing more than an inconvenience to her. Maybe she was overwhelmed or having a bad day which everyone is entitled to. But we miss the other lady, wish we knew where she went.

Worst experience ever!!! I’ve been battling with an issue since April and it’s still not fixed!!! The manager promised so much and I have yet to see any of it!! And when I went in to see what was going on with my account she went out the back door and told the other girl to tell me she was done helping me and she wasn’t coming back in!! At&t is a joke! I honestly would not give the AT&T Tullahoma retailer 1 star if it was an option. The way the manager has handled my family and handled HER mistake is completely unprofessional in every way. I have never seen such poor manners in a so called manager. She thinks she is too good to fix her mistakes and wants to blame it on us and gave no help what so ever to get us the help or information we needed to straighten the situation out, even though she should be the one handling it, not my family.
