Let me start of by saying that Ive been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years. Ive never been late on my bill. Ive never really complained about much. The service is spotty at my house and at my work, but I deal with it and move on.With that said, I recently started having a problem with the folding screen on my Galaxy Z Fold 2. The folding screen is starting to split down the middle. I visited the North Jackson Verizon location and was basically told that they couldnt do anything for me. The manager yelled at me and told me I wasted my time driving there because they have nobody technical in the stores any more.Thats fine. I currently pay almost $3600 a year to Verizon, but this will be the last month. Verizon will not receive another cent of my money. I will find a company that will treat me with respect.Its just a shame that a company is willing to lose a customer over something that could have been resolved so easily by just replacing the phone.

You will get better customer service from a portable toilet. Even if your account with Verizon shows you as an account manager make sure you print it off and bring proof as the employee I spoke with would not even check the account to confirm before she refused to activate my phone.

I do most of my phone business online, but Ive gone to this store a couple of times and have been very pleased with my experiences. Yesterday, we went just to check out some phones to see what we wanted. The salesman was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions, without any pressure. And even though the store didnt have enough stock to be able to do an in-store pickup of the phone we wanted, and his system wouldnt let us apply my Device Dollars, the salesman was extremely patient and helpful and walked us through every step of doing the online order so we could get the best price.

Customer service is very hit and miss. I usually get treated with respect, but I went in today because the battery was swelling out the back of my phone and the rep looked me straight in the eye and asked Did you drop it in the toilet? Whoever put that jerk in a customer facing position should be fired, along with the jerk of course. I didnt bother telling him it was a waterproof phone. The conversation was over at that point.

Blake was very helpfull. They were out of android phones. We went to Walmart and bought a phone.Blake then set it up and transfered everything to a bigger memory card.He made this experience enjoyable.

Im bought a phone from eBay and got the IMEI number and contacted rosen and they told me that it was compatible after I spent $600 connected it they told me it wasnt but I can still be off Wi-Fi and receive call I mean not calls back and receive dataSo its sentence in settings not set it right and they wont take time to help me and the 1st

I had an 11 am appointment on November 19th, got in line, there were people in front of me waiting and people behind me, 11 am came, no one inside the store! 11:10, still no one! At 11:15 everyone was looking in the window of the store, no one showed up to work! There wasnt even a sign on the door indicating the store would be closed! I understand if an emergency came up, but where was the manager? And why no sign on the door? Some of the people in line drove from Shelbyville! I came from Manchester and had to go home not getting my phone fixed and wondering why did someone make an appointment for me if the store was going to be closed?I still need an appointment to get my phone fixed!! Help!!

Stood in line today outside in the sun for 20 minutes waiting to be helped for the guy with black spiked hair to tell me if I wasn’t going to buy anything he wasn’t going to help me. (I had a question about my bill) He said they work off commission there and that customer support could help with that. I was shocked I have been with Verizon for years. Now I realize why they only have 3 stars at the Tullahoma location. I do not recommend buying anything from them if you need help with it they will just tell you to call customer service.

Fantastic & extremely knowledgeable customer service!After 5 years of using Google Fi and having declining call and data quality, we decided to make the move back to VZW. I went to the Tullahoma store after doing some basic research online and was assisted by Blake, who answered all my questions pertaining device compatibility, plan structures, promotional deals, and everything else wed need in order to move our lines over.So I scheduled an appointment with Blake for the following week and after a few hiccups arising from Google Fi we got 3 lines from 3 different plans all moved over to one family plan along with our devices!We are all extremely happy and are currently planning on all getting new devices and accessories next month as well as adding a fourth line to our plan!Thank you again to Blake and the rest of the t-town staff for being awesome and making our transition back to Verizon a painless one!

I have had a cover for my phone ordered for 3months, the young lady that was trying to help me, but I was just going to get my money back, the man who I spoke to yesterday was very demeaning I thought and was in my opinion rude. I did not get my money back nor did I find out when I would. Everything is up in the air, and I waited 35minutes, I wanted to speak to the manager but I was not going to wait any longer

First GalaxyNote 10 Plus. A $1200 dollar phone and the dude at the counter said we got a discount on the upgrade fee so he wouldnt activate my new phone. Seriously? Three hours later, the phone isnt activated still and Verizon customer service is horrible. It disconnected two times after being on hold 15-20 minutes. 😠

I came here to upgrade my iPhone XR to the 11 Pro Max. I asked the woman what the remaining balance on my XR was, she assured me more than once that it was paid off and mine to do with as I wanted. A month later, I have a $600 Verizon bill because she didn’t do her job in telling me that money was still owed on the phone. She didn’t activate my Pro Max, I had to call Verizon and pay to have it activated. My experience here was terrible. I paid for an employees mistake twice.

I had a problem with my phone for 2 weeks, I live in a very rural area so when I went to Tullahoma for some errands I thought it would be a shot in the dark that someone would even be able to fix it. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable and extremely welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I was given an estimate as to how long it would take for someone to help me and it took half that time. The man was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, but most importantly HE FIXED MY PHONE literally in 2 minutes! It took him 2 minutes to fix something that I was struggling with for weeks! Ive been in Verizon stores all over the country and this was by far the best experience I have ever had!

It was terrible the employee who was supposed to take care of us proceeded to talk for approximately 20 minutes about his personal life so I assumed he wasnt able to assist me at the moment until his manager asked what he was doing and why wasnt he helping us... Then after waiting 30 minutes in total he finally said Oh, what do yall need? So I told him I just need to pay my bill and he finally took care of it. There was NO reason for me to be in that store that long. If not for his boss there is no telling how long I wouldve been there listening to this imbecile.

They would not let me look at any new phones for an upgrade because of covid restrictions(wipe it down like everyone else is doing)but every other business in the area is ready for your business...would only do the $300 credit if I bought online...IM AT YOUR STORE NOW and you cant help me...very disappointed with the lack of service for the more expensive cell phone carrier company

Rude Rude and Rude. They were not willing to help with our problem. Told us to go back to Murfressboro were we got the phone and let them deal with. I didnt get the mans name but wish I did, but I will never be in the Tullahoma corporate location again. The Verizon store in Manchester by Walmart is the best.Verizon needs to check their employees and see that they are treating there customer with respect. Dont go to a corporate store if you need help you will not get it.

Spoke with a representative yesterday about upgrading two phones, and was told the only cost would be buying off the old phones. Got everything ready and went back in today, cash in hand, and was then informed that I would also have to pay over $200 in extra fees that I wasnt told about. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable but piled on two bundle packages at the end that I didn’t want. The paper receipt was hidden in the bag and I told the receipt was emailed. The over priced screen protectors were attached to the phones in the store so couldn’t be returned. Do not go to the Tullahoma store they will try and stuff your bill! Verizon customer service said this is a constant complaint for most stores and I should return to the store and complain. Fat chance of getting satisfaction.

I bought a s10 plus from shelbyville on the 17th of August then bought a note 10 plus 5g this past friday. The woman who helped me didnt ask if I wanted to return the s10 which I dont need. I think the deals at the doing now is all set up to make it so that you have to keep buying new phones. The service is okay except for they didnt activate my phone or disabled my other one that I had to wait until I get home and make a call to get it activated. This is why I gave them three stars.

My husband and I canceled service with Verizon due to not offering promotions to existing customers EVER. So months after canceling service we received a bill after being told we owe no more. We contacted the Tullahoma office, which was very very rude, was not able to help at all. So hours of being on the phone we accomplished nothing. This was a mess up on Verizon and they took no responsibility for there actions. So never again will we go with Verizon service again.

I went in not thinking and asked for a screen protector. They got me $50 one. They took it upon themselves to have a clown install it that was already doing two things. When he handed me my phone he said air pockets would go away in a day. But, by the second day the screen was already cracked and Im not young person at all. I dont mishandle my phones.

Wish we had never got started getting phones here.Planned obsolescence seems to be the name of their game.Watch out for sales people trying to stick you with paying for unneeded accessories.Getting a new phone is always a pain. We always end up losing apps and data we had on old phones.This place, also, is very expensive.
