I spoke with a guy there one day over the phone in regards to cleaning my device. And I had asked him if someone has heck my phone would they be able to tell he told me yes thats what they do and told me it would cost $35 it would take about a couple hours to do. So I said thank you sir have a great day the next day I actually get my device and go inside the store and the bigger guy with the long hair was to help me indeed he did not. I told him what was going on and he said the thing to do is to reset the phone. Obviously I have thought of that one and have already done so and still having problems with it and I told him what the guy told me the other day over the phone. He said they did not do that there and what I needed to do was to reset my phone again I have already done that numerous times and Im still having problems. Insisted on telling me again that is all I needed to do. We spoke back and forth until I walked out of the door. Totally arrogant totally doesnt listen. And obviously of no help none whatsoever.

Took my 2 year old laptop to office max and they told me that it didn’t have a hard drive, and said they couldn’t help me so I took it to tech er, turns out I just needed a charger. Tech er got back to me in less than 30 minutes and I went and picked it up with a new charger!

Tech ER is a fantastic place to hang out, learn, and get your repairs done. Ive made several purchases from this company over the course of six months consisting of a Macbook Pro, Galaxy S6, and an external hard drive enclosure. I didnt feel pressured to buy any of these items and every question I asked about them was answered with honesty. Im not gonna leave a bad review for the owner not negotiating on the price with me, because I wouldnt expect Kroger to negotiate their prices either....

Every employee I spoke with was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable. My only complaint is that there was nothing they could do to repair my phone, but still charged me a 21.95 diagnostic fee to tell me the phone was fried. I understand they are a company in business to make money, but it put me in a situation where I not only had to purchase a new phone (along with insurance and a case for the new phone for future protection) but also had to pay their diagnostic fee on top of everything else. Id still definitely recommend Tech ER to anyone looking for electronic repair services.

Long story short I shattered my iPhone 8 Plus screen 2x now. First time I took it to an Apple Store. This time I was about to leave for work for a week and didn’t have time to wait. Went in and they replaced the screen same day. Then I tried to make a call and the ear speaker didn’t work. I told them I was going out of town and they said they would order the parts to fix it. Just got back into town, went in, and they had it fixed in 2 hours. Price was much lower than Apple. Is it the same screen? No. Looks the same, touch works good, color is different, maybe even brighter. Bottom line, if you live in Manchester or Tullahoma and need your phone fixed, don’t hesitate to go. They’ll make it right if they can.

Closed when I got there at 12:15 PM on a Tuesday afternoon. People inside, not doing anything, looking at me. Front door locked. Sign on the side door saying will return at 1:30. Sorry for the inconvenience. Im happy to take my business elsewhere. Found a better place 5 minutes down the road. Tech ER isnt the only place in town.

Jeremy, Blake, and the rest of the team here are awesome to work with! They are always friendly, timely, and efficient. As a business that recently expanded and needed lots of help setting up new networks and tech, theyve been lifesavers. And they have reasonable prices as well! I highly recommended them for any tech needs.

Not a very helpful place.1..) Took a laptop in to be repaired and they took one look at it and could tell by the type of computer it wasnt worth their time. They said they would call me within 2 or 3 days to let me know what they needed to do to it or what was wrong and no call, 1 week later I called back and they said they hadnt gotten to it and theyd call me by the end of the day. 3 days later I called back and they still hadnt looked at it. After another week of radio silence I called them telling them I was just going to come get it. They kept saying it was probably the video card and it wasnt worth fixing. Got it back, they didnt charge anything but when we got it back it had a dent in the side where it appeared as though the laptop had been dropped on the corner.2.) Bought the back glass to repair my Google Pixel 2 XL phone when I took the laptop in. Never got a call that the part was in. They told me it was in when I asked them about it no offer to do the actual repair. When I picked up the laptop I asked them how long it would take to fix the part on my phone and they acted like they had no clue and they would look it up and get back to me. 3 week later I still havent heard anything and dont have the part I purchased.Not very pleased at all with this place.

Very nice place, staff is very professional and quick. Prices are very good and fair. Would highly recommend going here if you ever need help with any technology. The owner is nice and understands customer needs and issues.

I have had my gaming computer built by the owner of Tech ER for over 8 years now and it still runs like a dream. I drive all the way from Smyrna just to get my computer upgraded here. I have never been disappointed! Computer parts take some time to come in sometimes, but I know that is not their fault. All my upgrades have been finished the same week I dropped the computer off. I highly recommend Tech ER to all my friends!

Im changing my earlier negative review due to their politeness in addressing the earlier issues. I never mentioned anything about the motherboard needing to be overclocked, but several of the other issues are fairly understandable, and I thank you for your patience and understanding in trying to remedy the situation.

If you have a iPhone screen shattered do not take it to these guys. It took them 7 trys to make it somewhat usable. And it still doesnt work at times. Very poor. I do not recommend these guys. Take it down the street, in front of Verizon.

Took my phone to get screen repaired.. Said it would be ready on Saturday.. Then again on Monday then on Tuesday. Finally got it Tuesday afternoon after going there twice to find the only person there was busy surfing the internet instead of working on customers phones and computers. Frame around the screen was all scratched up.. Poor communication and very poor workmanship. I would give no stars but cant...

Went there to get a new screen, took them forever. When I called .or went in they didnt seem to know anything about it. They finally found my phone. I paid and left. I got home and when I went to reactivate my phone the top right of the screen wasnt attached. I called them, then I called them the next week then the next. I finally went in and they said they had another screen. They said they fixed it. Lol no still the same problem. So they said get a protective cover. I did it still broke. Dont use this company. You wont be happy!!!!!

Nice people, knowledgable about PCs. However, I took my pc up there and they couldnt tell me I had a bad HDD. I figured it out with the help of a friend of mine. Im out 120 but I payed a extra 60 to be put in the front of the line.

I have trying to get ahold of the owner all day for a refund. I called 5 minutes ago and hes gone for the day. The owner is the only one that can do refunds. How am I supposed to get a refund when hes not there. He needs to have another person authorized to do refunds.

Good people, wouldn’t recommend buying parts without checking online retailers such as eBay and Amazon. Wanted to sell me 16GBs of DDR3 (2 8gb sticks) at 1333mhz for $128 when on eBay it’s for around $40 if you look enough (bought mine for 48)

Yes they will fix your tech, but Tech ER is also a cool place just to hang out. They’ve got gaming PCs you can rent time to play on, as well as game consoles. They’ve created a really nice vibe that reminds me of going to LAN parties as a teenager (you know, pre-internet). Thanks for bringing such a cool place to Tullahoma!

Rude owner who refuses to negotiate on his pricing. I went here to have a cracked ipad screen replaced and the owner has the most arrogant attitude. It is not like people are banging on the door to get in there either. The place was completely empty. I expect this place to be out of business soon.

They r getting my Xbox 360 fixed from a virus and they said it would be done by today and if it is I will keep the five stars and if they dont I wont keep the five stars
