My daughter and I were upgrading our phones. I tried to upgrade mine over the internet thru Sprint. I was on the phone with sprint for a couple of hours one night and my daughter was on the phone with sprint the night before trying to get my phone activated. Both times Sprint failed to discern what the problem was as to why my phone wouldnt activate. Finally I told them I would take it into the T-mobile store the next day. We were helped by Alex. He took our info down, checked our phones and realized it was the simm cards. The phones had been sent to us with Sprint simm cards and they needed to be T-mobile simm cards. He replaced them and was able to activate them easily! Only took him about 15 minutes! Needless to say, it was nice to deal with someone who knew what they were doing and was quick about it too! Customer service is rude. Went to fix my phone and basically told they couldnt do anything. They should have just kept the people who worked there when it was sprint. Been with the cell service since 2013 and will be looking at other services. Why try and fix something that isnt broken. Very un satisfied with this particular store.

About to be a customer with T-Mobile once again, and this store being close to me. Before buying Sprint, T-Mobile was not the best in coverage in any area unless you were in town somewhere. And now that 5G/4G LTE is in, its hit to be better.Another thing is people hired are who they are, and if not well educated to think for themselves, will only cater to what theyve been told, or their own attitude in life.

I gave this store 1 star only because I couldnt do minus 5 stars the employee Alexx was greatHow ever the managers here are horrible to deal with Cost me about 7 hours of wasted time Trying to upgrade my phones he was very hateful to the lady on the phone with corporate To I went to another store and they had me out the door with news phones in 30 minsI will not do business with him ever again Id rather make the hour drive to another townStory is much longer but cant really say on here just how bad it was

I highly recommend doing business with these people! This t-Mobile store has a LOT of nice staff members (some are new) but hey that’s good! Abby helped me get the new iPhone 12 preordered and was just super knowledgeable and friendly.

This store is the best! I was nervous about the switch to Tullahoma T-Mobile but it was seamless. They are always so nice and helpful. Anthony always helps me out and gets me the best deals on what I’m looking for. They are always willing to help and even come to you if you are unable to get to the store. I can’t say enough nice things about this store and Anthony.

Very rude and unwilling to help. Had to bother them for two hours to get them to do their job and even then they didn’t fully fix my issue. There was another customer in there at the same time as I was and they were giving him the same hassle.

Give this place a 1 star after being a customer with sprint for nearly 3 years they like to rip people off and its unprofessional. Thats all Ive to say

Will never use this store again and probably not ever use any Sprint services again. We walked in to try to get new phones to lower our phone bill. Upgrades were available so we did it. However, the special that we were told we were getting, we ended up not getting. We were told it can take 2 months to show so we waited the two months. Still nothing. We went back, expecting help fixing THEIR mistake and still haven’t heard anything back, almost a year later. Apparently, it was “escalated to corporate”. No response about this situation from anybody.. Now I’m paying $385 a month for 4 phones. We have had service with Sprint for 5 years now. Absolute Wireless will not own up to their mistakes and because of that, we are switching companies once we are able to get out of this contract. I won’t recommend anyone to go to any store operated by Absolute Wireless.

Went into T-mobile to see about an upgrade, wasnt eligible but they went through our plan and found some useless things we were being charge for. Were now saving over $50 on our bill!

Excellent help by Anthony Berry. He did a great job on helping me with activating my phone and showing me the functions on how to use. Transferred all my data from old phone when waart wouldnt help me.

Kelly is Awesome!! She always give outstanding customer service. Every time my family and I go into the store we have a great experience. Shes very pleasant, a good listener and answers my questions very well. She is a great salesperson at Sprint Tullahoma and also the other team members. I highly recommend this store!!

During the time I spent at the Sprint location in Tullahoma, Lanny was dealing with me getting a smart phone, however, I am probably the least smart technology challenged person alive! Lanny was the most patience salesman I have ever dealt with! He was concerned about making me happy vs selling every device and gadget he could have. We then began lessons on how to use what I had purchased & then we did the lessons again. His knowledge of Sprints products was by far anything I have ever encountered! He also saw to it that any and all discounts I could get, I DID GET! It was an amazing shopping experience!I returned to the store to pick up a device promised to me but not in the store at my first visit and worked with Wesley, the tech geek, it must be a company policy that Sprint employees be smart, courteous, patience and ALWAYS put their customers first because Wesley followed right in Lannys footsteps. We redid lessons I was having problems with and not once did I see a frown from Wesley or Lanny! I will definitely be referring my friends to Sprint in Tullahoma, TN! THANK YOU LANNY, WESLEY AND SPRINT!

After having my phone die I was in a panic. I had to buy a new one. The Manager helped me with my choice. He was very polite and patient. I appreciate the time he spent with me. He told me to call anytime with any questions I had. Lanny helped make this day a little less stressful. Great employee!

Spent over 2 hours speaking to 4 different Sprint customer service representatives. I requested a second line be discontinued at the end of August 2020. Instead it was cut off on August the 8th. Very frustrated with customer service. It seems old customers get substandard service.

I wrote a review a couple years ago due to some things that really upset me.. The assistant manager was either fired or resigned days after my issue.. I wanted to re write my review for the simple fact that since that happened the members of the Tullahoma store have done nothing but try and win me over.. I mentioned Lanny Buchanan in my previous review as a liar and I would like to take that back. I wrote the review out of frustration and heat. Lanny has in my opinion made it a goal of his to show me 100% professionalism since this incident.. Even after I wrote such a sour review on him and his staff.. This alone deserves my respect. Im not sure if Lanny will see this or not but If you do I would like to thank you for making things right.. You have done a wonderful job managing the Tullahoma store. Thank you again Lanny. I honestly forgot I wrote this review and I happened to be looking at the reviews I have left a couple of places and saw this one.. Very happy Im able to change my review.

So I went into the Tullahoma Sprint store the other day wanting a IPhone and Kelly Tucker really helped me find the cheapest one with what I wanted and she also suggested to me a thing called Sprint Drive and for all you delivery drivers or taxi drivers out there this thing can change your life it is amazing Im a delivery driver now i can make calls and keep my gps up at the same time and I just wanted to say Sprint is amazing and the workers in the Tullahoma sprint store are so kind and helpful I recommend Sprint 100%

I really appreciate Sprint they have good staff an a good manager by the name of Lanny, u can tell because her staff truly cares.
