My aunt purchased a mobile home. She has had the home almost a year and it is having electrical issues. It is still under warranty and it has been a nightmare. She contacted them almost 2 months ago with no resolution. As of this review the electrical issue has caused the heat to turn off in 30 degree weather. They have given me numbers to call with no commitments from anyone to come and resolve the issue today as originally stated.

My daughter bought a home from Mills 60 days ago. Their lot was clear and ready for delivery and set up. Mills has still not completed work promised to them. Flooring not complete, siding not complete and no underpin to name a few things. I guess customer first is not very big with Mill . Would not recommend Mill .
