If I could give 0 stars I would. There is absolutely no communication with these people. Unless you show up un announced you won’t get any answers, and the answers you do get are a cheap cop out. We were approved through 21st months ago and we still don’t have land or a home. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service! 4 months after purchasing and still no steps I was promised or underpinning! Cant even get insurance due to their unprofessional business.

Awesome staff before the sale but afterwards service has been horrible. Multiple repairs including major issues needed. Warranty is running out and Andrea keeps putting us off. We are going to be left with a lot of damage to repair ourselves. Customer service is horrid.

Ditto the last 3 reviews. Communication and customer service are terrible. Lots of excuses, no solutions. Owner told me unfortunately thats the way our world is.

Tommy is spectacular.Went above and beyond.After months of calls from us living out of state. And trips to see Tommy. Even though we bought a house and didnt buy a mobile home. He did alot and never made us feel bad about our decision. Absolutely a good Christian man. Honest, upfront, extremely helpful.

If we buy a Home from you, I think you should try your best to help when we call you. We called needing help on a filter and the lady did not do everything she could to help us in my opinion.

They dont really tell you the truth

I rate them a big fat 0!!!! I filled out worksheet and now I can not get Mike Long to call me back. I have left one message with one of his co-workers and left another message on the company voice mail, the last time I called I was on hold for 10 mins. This is no way to earn my business. I was looking to purchase a $65,000 home. I have since moved on to another place. I have several friends and family that live in tupelo, and we make sure to pass the word to everybody we know not to do business with this company. And the sales person Scott is not worth a dime either, because he has not called me once to check on my application.

By far the WORST experience I have ever had in my entire life. Thanks to them, I have sold my house, after they TOLD me to do so because the ASSURED me I wouldnt have any problems in buying/financing. After selling my house and calling them to let them know to start the paperwork on what we had picked out, and after talking with them SEVERAL other times before I had sold my home, the told me Sorry, we cant do anything! and then advised me to go to another dealer in Tuscaloosa, AL. After getting a call from the owner a week later appoligizing and informing me I had 3 lending approvals, meeting with him, agreeing on a house and price, signing a purchase agreement, giving him $200, I have yet to be given anything I was promised, only given the run-around, only made appointments to sign papers and review lending options to only be repeatedly CANCELLED...LAST MINUTE, refused service by the salesman I had first dealt with, he wouldnt accept my calls, refused service by the owner when driving to the office because he wouldnt see us and ran out and LEFT while we were speaking with another manager in his office, NUMEROSLY tried calling the owner and even tried reaching him via text message only to get no reply by phone call and only about 3% reply by text message. The only thing that has came from this ordeal is that me and my family are now without a house because of what we were told by them and we have NO CLUE what we are going to do at this time. Now we are at square one with buying after going thru all this for 2-3 months with Wheel Estate Mobile Homes.....WORST thing I ever did was step foot inside the doors of their office and I would NOT reccomend them to my worst enemy!!!!
