I had found this place by accident yesterday, but truly a blessing from the Lord. The manager got involved with the process to make sure everything goes smoothly. When I tell you this is by far the best customer services I have dealt with during the entire five months I had been shoppingfor a home. I do not know if I get approved for home or not. But I can assure you. They are doing everything they can possibly do. But one thing for certain. They are good and their prices are by far a heck of a lot better than all the rest. To many lies on ship date delivery date. I’m getting my down payment back and going another route. Better to just buy a house to many date changes for me. Way to long of a process.

Michael made the home buying process very easy. I was never pressured into anything, and was treated with excellent customer service! Brandon also helped out in the process and was very helpful! I had shopped around and found the best prices and service with Town and Country in Tupelo.

Paid 1 lump sum of $30k and got this to deal with now. Bought a used trailer that took me 4-6 months to finally get. The floor is rotted out under the tub, roof leaks, ceiling is cracked, mildew/mold found, my septic lines was completely blocked from the previous owners. Completely unsatisfied!

My friends bought from here and haven’t gotten the help they need in weeks; they are being avoided! Someone needs to contact them ASAP!!

Pretty upset that we spent my only off time driving three hours for nothing. Beautiful homes but when you make an appointment; the other party should be there! I also messaged them on FB. They read my messages but didnt apologize or anything! No response whatsoever!

I know I have told you all at Town and Country how grateful we are for everything you have done to walk us through this process. We where approved at another lot but there was no follow up from them and we didn’t like the terms. We shopped and shopped was told everything we wanted to hear, asked for large down payments that where unrealistic and quoted price that where no where near what we wanted. We had said we where done and not stopping at any more lots when we passed by and saw something catch our eye and it was the best stop we made. We walked in and waited, we could hear they where busy and almost walked out when Michael came out. He talked with us and found out what we wanted and then we looked at a few homes that actually was in our range. By the end of that first visit we finally new what we needed to be able to make our dreams come true and we left with the feeling we could really accomplish buying our first home. Michael and Danny Smith both knew we needed a little over a month to be ready and when Michael called to see how things where going for us I knew we where dealing with the right place. When time came and we where ready Town and Country Homes was on it. Every phone call was answered or returned quickly, every question was answered and nothing was promised that was not kept. We are now living in our dream and still when I have a question or concern about anything they are still just as quick to take care of it. We were blessed that everything came so fast they have wonderful people that work for them I recommend them daily. Thank you again!

Drove from alabama to Mississippi to look at a couple of homes. Arranged a time to meet because the wife works 6 days a week and this was the only time we have to do this. Got there 15 til 4 and no one was there. Will take my business else where!

I highly suggest Micheal Russell as a salesman if your looking to do business with town and country. This man has bent over backwards for us. Our process was quiet lengthy and stressful. He’s very professional and will do what he can for you even after the sale is finalized.

Love the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional. They didnt judge me or ask a million questions about my financial state. Much better than the other mobile home lots in the area. I highly recommend anyone to visit. I will most definitely purchase my home from them!
