Our experience renting our unit at StorageMax on Cliff Gookin in Tupelo has been so great, we feel safe when we drop off and pick up items from our unit. Getting into the unit is very easy. Charlotte was so helpful the day we signed the rental agreement. She explained the agreement in perfect detail and was very helpful getting us started with storing our stuff. The unit was a great size and in great condition.

Anytime the manager of your storage unit facility is in the newspaper for winning a recipe contest, you know your stuff is in good hands!😁😂👍

Best storage unit in the Tupelo area! Clean and well guarded. Charlotte set me up with a climate controlled unit and could not have been more helpful. She gave me a discount off my 1st month and I was able to use the StorageMax truck to move my stuff instead of having to pay for a U-Haul. SM is the way to go!!

Have used the StorageMax Cliff Gookin Blvd location in Tupelo multiple times, always clean, always friendly, excellent place for your indoor storage needs. Ive only used the indoor units -- love driving inside the building to unload or load. Have used their truck on two occasions to move into the unit. Will use the Cliff Gookin facility again if ever need storage facilities.

The first person I met there was Ms Charlotte Crump. She was and is one of the most courteous, polite, caring and helpful people that I have ever encountered and needed in a situation such as this. She has always made me feel welcome there, she has assisted me many times and always does so with a smile, great attitude and will go out of her way to help in any way possible. I had an excellent experience working with this Storage Max. The manager at this particular location was beyond kind and professional, providing me with a level of customer service I have not really experienced in many other businesses. I was having issues getting moved into my new apartment and needed a few extra days on my storage unit, so she helped me work out the details so that I would not have to pay for another full month. I am recently out of college and operating on a very tight budget, so her understanding and willingness to work with me on the money part meant the world to me. She answered the phone after hours and really just went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.
