I’m in the process of selling my house so I’ve been checking around for a storage unit for my belongings once my home sells. I decided to stop and check out StorageMax. Macie and Ruth were very helpful in providing all the information I needed. They showed me around the place, we checked out a few units, they are extremely clean. And I love the fact that the place well lit at night and has a great security system. Both ladies were very professional and super nice!! When the time comes for me to move my things, I will DEFINITELY be renting a unit from StorageMax!!! And I do recommend this place to anyone in need of storage!! From the first phone call the manager, Ruth, was there to help us with our storage needs. Being from out of state and not arriving until after business hours she made everything easy for us. Plus the facility was clean and secured. All the carts made it so easy for us to move our items into our unit after a day of driving. And Ruth calling us to make sure we didnt have any problems after we arrived reassured us that we had picked the right self storage company.

I visited this facility with an elderly friend who needed a self-storage unit recently. All I can say is the customer service provided by Ruth was great. She took her time with my friend showing her the different unit sizes and how to secure the door when she put her lock on it. After returning to the office she even explained how her items could be stacked and organize into the correct unit size. She answered all questions and concerns which ease my friends mind. The facility was really clean and a very secure location. Anybody that will treat an elderly person who just lost a spouse with so much kindness and compassion is a person I would do business with. This was my first time to use self-storage even though I have had friends and family that had storage units before at different companies which I been to with them. StorageMax on McCullough is cleaner and more secure then other storage companies around here in Tupelo. The manager Miss Ruth makes storing there a pleasure. She makes sure you know how to store your items properly and explains all the rules for the month to month agreement. So you are not signing up long term. This facility has been my place of storage for the past 8 years and it has more than met my needs in availability, access, and security.The staff has always greeted me with friendliness and has also been helpful with my deliveries when I was not available to receive them for myself.The meeting room can be reserved for private meetings by requesting in advance as well.The restroom is always clean and fully supplied.The entrance is covered for convenience when the weather is bad.(enough room for 4 vehicles)Management probably puts this facility over the top for me and I highly recommend this storage facility.

I cant say enough great things about this storage company. My cousin got stranded in tupelo her car broke and wasnt running well. She was trying to get to New Mexico. Macy who works at storage max went above and beyond to help me and my cousin (she is hard of hearing) get her vehicle stored. They helped my cousin get the greyhound bus to New Mexico.
