José Lima was very helpful and polite. He answered all my questions, which helped so much because many other stores act like the customer is supposed to know everything already. Mr. Lima was not intimidating at all and was very patient. I think I will only be seeking his help from now on. Awesome work.

Often the service levels are exceptional from team members at the Turlock store. Easy and helpful. Unfortunately the manager, Daniel, doesn’t understand “customer service” and treated me disrespectfully and rudely. Felt as though he thought it was okay to treat a female with intimidation as his introduction.

Juan has been very patient with me in resolving issues with my phone I also had great service with his manager Monique and I truly appreciate the time that we took to resolve my issues I would highly recommend them as having the greatest people skills and patience with him with all my issues thank you

I spent time with Joe and Tyler at the Turlock CA location. They went above and beyond with costumer service. During my time there they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are so friendly and kind I forgot I was there to fix my phone I was having such a grand time with them! I was able to get my screen replaced and look over my plan options. These 2 guys are absolutely amazing, kind and have a great sense of humor. You are lucky to have them as part of your staff!

Rep went by D? Surpassed expectations, didnt feel like he was selling but trying to find us best plan and best phone for what we were looking for. Offered more options and helped transfer phone # from another carrier. Just above what is expected from your average employee!

My husband recently visited the Turlock location off of Monte Vista to activate our newly purchased ipad pro. Jorge assisted my husband with the ipad almost immediately by activating it onto our account. He also noticed he could save us money on our monthly bill. My husband called me which I ended up speaking to Jorge who explained in detail where the savings were. He was so detailed and clear about his findings that I was actually impressed. Impressed bc Customer Service is almost always difficult to assist on any savings. My husband and I approved the changes and thanked him for an outstanding catch on our monthly bill. We hope he is with AT&T for a long time bc he will be our person at this location. Thank you Jorge!
