I recently went into this T-mobile in Turlock being that I was in the area and kept having call/web issues. I went in and the manager assisted me and was extremely helpful and troubleshoot my phone to find out what was causing the problem. He helped exchange my SIM card and it started to work. I ended up buying a case from this store too and gave good recommendations on what would best work for my phone based on what I liked and needed. He is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Will definitely recommend this store to those in the area!!

My first time into store I was greeted very kindly and only had to wait a few minutes to Be helped with a small problem with my phone. While I was there each employee walked over to me and thanked me for my service to are country,I am a former veteran and also a former LEO. I was taken back by the professional and personal welcome by the entire staff, My next journey into the store was yesterday and again was warmly welcomed by the staff and the manager whom I had not met my first time into the store. Bernadette introduces her self to me and thanks me for my service! She got the services I needed from sprint done for me and I was very impressed by how she was so proficient and her job and her attitude with all the customers, all at the same time!! Congratulations too Sprint for operating such a wonderful staff and Store! Thank You 👍

Horrible costumer service!! We went in asking questions about upgrades and received nothing but a horrible attitude from the employee. So we walked out.

They are always nice in here. They actually know what theyre talking about too. No need to call customer service and get an hour run around on the phone. Just take the 5 minute drive and get the information from them. Theyre knowledgeable and helpful. They try to save you on your bill too.

The store manager is really funny and informative. The whole staff is welcoming everytime I go in to pay my bill or upgrade my line.

Very poor service I ended up calling corporate to deal with the issue and was told that corporate called the store and the employees at the store lied to corporate. These people on countryside in Turlock do not represent Sprint very well. Sprint needs better employees and train them on customer service

They lie to you and tell you, you will get a discount after one year and its not true. There customer service is horrible. you cant even understand what they are saying and this place promises everything to get you to switch over. There service drops all the time and you can not use their internet ever. stay with you carrier, this is worse than metro pcs

I came in to pay my phone bill none of the three employees acknowledged I was here, ok of course they are with customers but at the least say you’ll be right with me after, nope nothing I will find a different location to pay my phone bill thanks Sprint! 🙂 NOT!

Got to say this is the best service I have received at a Sprint Store. I use to live in San Jose and go to the store by Eastridge Mall. This store in Turlock is 10x better. The service I received from Antonio and Daniel was on point (which reflects on the manager). They had an answer for every question I had. I ended up purchasing 3 iPhones at a great price. Keep up the good work everyone!

Service was bad . Ive been with sprint for 10 years and everytime we go to a store they are very friendly . They were very rude wanted a id to verify pretty much everything. I rather drive to modesto and get better service.
