The guys that work here are always friendly and super helpful. I havent been disappointed once with them. I would rate 5 stars, but most people just scroll past a 5 star review.

Arrived at 7:18pm on Saturday, and they were closed already. Called twice and was hung up on twice.Google must be wrong since Google says they close at 8pm on Saturday.

Unorganized and misleading. They had multiple signs posted for discounts, but the discounts didnt apply to the products that they were posted at. Was going to buy 3 items, (all in areas where discounts were displayed) but when I went to purchase them none of the items were discounted. Walked out with nothing.

Ive come into the store several times. The staff has always been super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today though, today was simply amazing. Martin was super amazing and Arthur was super cool, but would be cooler if he listened to Martin about the game we talked about.

I visit this establishment fairly regularly, they are always very friendly, have great customer service and vast knowledge of multiple platforms. They chat with my kids and make them feel welcome and always makes for a fun visit with my family. Thank you all for being awesome.

I love this GameStop. Its close to my house and Sees candy is right next door. My girlfriend and I divide and conquer. I go here and she goes next door.The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I have questions regarding anything associated with the latest and greatest in video gaming.

These guys are on fire. As a 45 year old guy, I need help finding gaming gear for my kids. These guys crush it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are cool to the kids who go into the store. Arthur at Geer Rd does a great job.

Alex was incredibly helpful and kind, making my purchasing experience great! The other Alex sat there and made coy remarks about dogs. Meet them both, and you decide which one was the better employee.

Every time Ive been to this location, something goes wrong... wrong price on a sticker, cant get my information right, they try to explain something and end up confusing themselves (and me with them) etc. I give them 2 stars for at least being able to (eventually) explain where the mistake was made... its always on their end however. I recommend not wasting your time here and going to the location on Countryside in the Target shopping center instead.

Ive never had such unpleasant service at any game stop, in my entire life. My little nephew is staying the night for only ONE night. I see him about 3 times a year if Im lucky. They close at 10, I got there at 10:01. My nephew and I waited at the door in the cold for about 2 minutes after knocking kindly on the door. The cashier, a young American man with brown hair and a beard wearing glasses unlocked the door and said he cashed out already. My nephew asked him please and told him we just wanted 1 specific game but said he couldnt. Its not that he couldnt, its he wouldnt. He could have and nobody can cash out in 1 minute!! That is ridiculous, I will never go here again. Bad service and rude workers who break a little kids heart right before Christmas. If I can rate a 0 I would.

GameStop website continues to lie about games they have and consoles they have for sale.

Employees are so nice and informative but They don’t keep in contact wit you at all. I pre-ordered some Funko Pops from them several months ago. They say they will call you when the order arrives but they ended up giving my pops away. if you don’t pick them up when they get there “because you are just sitting outside the store for months waiting for the shipment” they just sell them.

Excellent customer service. I have never been happier with a store before. Never once have I been treated badly or rude. Keep it up!

Pretty disappointed with my recent dealings withGamestop - Geer. Had previously pre-ordered somefunko pops and waited for the call when they camein. Never received a call. Finally when i received a callfrom one of their employees they informed me that ifi wasnt interested in the pop they would be selling itoff. Confused I told them that i was still veryinterested in the pop and had never received a call orvoicemail that my order was in. They said they triedcalling me twice over the last week. Checked myphone log. No incoming calls from Gamestop - Geer. Ifinally picked up the pop and the box was damaged. Itried to ask for another one and they said theresnothing they can do for me. Being a collector andreceiving a damaged box is pretty annoying. In thepast Ive dealt with awesome staff that know me as acollector and always made sure my needs were met.Now, not so much. May be taking my businesselsewhereUpdate: went back today (10/26/19) gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my last experience was a one and done situation. Not at all. Costumer services was really low from the minute we walked in. Tried buying another pop that was top shelf and outta reach. Requested to buy it. He gets me a damaged one, scans it and tries to sell it to me. Thankfully i checked it out before buying and noticed. I requested another one. He goes to get another one and with no care, knocks one down from the top shelf. Luckily it wasnt damaged. I give up with this location. Will be driving cross town and going to countryside drive location from now on.

Amazing customer service to help save money and still get what your looking for

Screw gamestop... I had to sell some games (I know bad idea) but I needed the cash ASSP, so I downloaded their stupid friggin app and checked how much I would get on both basic membership and Pro since I wasnt sure if my membership expired or not, and with pro their app said Id get about $56, and without it was somewhere in the mid to high 40s, and when I get there theyre all like I can give you $35 in cash when I explained to the that their own app said I should get X amount they didnt care but since I NEEDED the cash I accepted it.Long story short. IF you EVER need to sell some games, consoles, accessories, or what not NEVER EVER EVER sell to these guys, let their business fail like its currently doing and let them BLEED.The guys at the shop were nice enough but their store policies are ANTI-Consumer. The only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1 is because the employees were fairly decent guys, thats their ONLY saving grace.

My son Hunter Smith is a pro-member and has been for many years. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received from the manager of the Gamestop we always shop at. I called Gamestop right at 10 AM on 12/11th and explained that it was Hunters Mom whom all of the employees are familiar with Hunter and asked if they had the black Nintendo DS XL in Stock and he said yes we have one left, I asked if I can purchase it by phone so I can pick it up because I was having trouble online, he said No, I asked him since you know us and I always buy games from the store can you put it on a courtesy hold for one hour and I will be right down and he said No, I said ok fine Im on my way. I get there shortly after and he smiles real big and says sorry I sold it 5 minutes after we hung up on the phone. This is someone you call a manager, he knows nothing about customer service and customer appreciation. Im disgusted by the treatment I received especially since I called the Ceres, Ca store and she said the last Nintendo 3DS XL was on a courtesy hold for a well known customer. I said how ironic the manager of this store said you cant do that and she said this is for a customer we know very well. Well you lost my business because I went to Walmart and they price matched your ad and I made a 250.00 purchase with games and 3DS XL since your manager decided to treat me with disrespect. I really hope he gets this feedback so he can learn how to treat valued customers. Unsure of his name but he is very tall and sarcastic. The store I am referring to is located at 2960 Geer Road, Turlock, Ca. 95382.
