Couldn’t believe the wait time. It was very quick and my glasses turned out wonderful. I went to Eyemart Express because my glasses broke and I was looking on line to find a place that had a reasonable price. I had a previous prescription from my regular seen eye doctor.. so I decided to check out Eyemart. I got there and I was greeted by this nice young lady. She helped me and walked me through the whole process. It didnt take long at all. You can actually receive your glasses in some cases, the same day! Mine were ready, but I went the next morning to pick them up😍! She was very professional and kind. She gave me the prices and didnt get upset when I changed my mind about something that I thought I wanted. She was so sweet!I loved it so much.. that Im going to make an appointment to see the eye doctor there. I would tell everyone to go to Eyemart Express for all of your eye care needs.

My doctor is awesome, just to be clear on this. For the 2nd time I tried to get my glasses here at eyemart Express. Morgan assisted me first and was not very clear with what they can offer so I asked for another person. She got Marco, he said he is the assistant manager was not friendly at all. He accused me of making a confrontation when all I was doing was getting an explanation on why I cant just get one lens for my right eye . He said the doctor does not have anything to do with their business. What? I thought the doctor makes the referral to them!. Not ever going back to this place for eyeglasses. Oh, by the way. This was the same guy who said go back to your doctor about 6 months ago after not even looking at what is wrong when asked about my the possiblity of re adjusting my glasses? The glasses I bought and they made for me 1 year ago!. No more business for me or my family or friends from this place. Is there a 0 star?

This is my second time shopping with Eyemart Express and it has been another great experience even with all thats going on. I absolutely love both pair of glasses I got. The associate who helped me was Jennifer and Marco I just love them!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole process was quick. I purchased two pair of glasses at 11am on a Saturday and they had both pair ready to pick up by 2pm same day. Also another bonus is that they gave me a 10% military discount. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I cannot sing Jeremys praises loud enough! He was so extremely helpful finding a set of frames that fit my lenses!! That may not seem like a huge deal but this was the 4th stop that I made and I was just about to give up. Hes extremely polite and I am so grateful that I called Eyemart! Someone give Jeremy a raise though, seriously. Hes fantastic.

Staff is really nice and helpful but the glasses are really cheap and badly made. I bought two pairs of classes from them last summer and within less than a year, both pairs have broken and needed to be repaired multiple times. I dont even wear them while Im doing something active, this has happened while Ive been sitting still on the couch watching tv and a screw will suddenly pop out and the glasses fall off my face. Really expected better quality for the price.

I recently had an eye exam and purchased eye glasses from here. The eye exam was quick. It only took about 15-20 minutes. I purchased one pair of eye glasses and got the second pair for free. My glasses where not available immediately due to the laser machine being broken but where available 2 days later. Eye Smart sent me a friendly text message telling me that my glasses where ready. When picking up my glasses, an employee made sure that my glasses fit well and made adjustments when needed. All employees were extremely nice and helpful. There are many great selections of mens and womans frames to choose from. The store seemed spotless and well organized. I recommend this place if you need eye care service.

I have bought prescription glasses and sunglasses at this store and been very pleased. Unfortunately, I recently lost my sunglasses while on vacation. I returned to the Tuscaloosa Eyemart Express and talked with the manager, Marco. He was extremely helpful and within 30-45 minutes I had picked out some new frames and had new prescription sunglasses. Now that is customer service! I will continue to use EE for my glasses and sunglasses!

After breaking my current pair of glasses, I did a google search to find a local place that makes glasses in the same day. I decided to buy 2 pair because the price couldn’t be beat. In about 1 hour, I walked out of the store with my glasses. I wore them for a few hours at home and this morning I went back to have them adjusted. Jacob was terrific at listening to me and adjusting both pair.

My eye exam with Dr. Dubose was efficient and thorough. Although I had an appointment, I did have about a 40 minute wait. However, I do not think this is the norm! I think they were seeing a large amount of walk in patients due to the time of year it was.I had a wonderful experience choosing my glasses. Olivia was my optician. She was extremely knowledgeable about the frames and lenses. She was extremely patient in helping me choose frames that were stylish, yet didn’t cost a fortune. She was honest about which services were and were not worth the cost. She explained what was and wasn’t covered on my insurance and worked on calculating to get me the best deal possible with little out of pocket cost, which I appreciated!!Would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family!

I got safety glasses here for work. Well my insurance covered so much. I only had to pay about 126. Plus since I used my insurance here I got a free pair of 19.99 glasses as spares! So for 126 I got 2 pairs of glasses for cheaper than I paid at my eye doctor! Plus both pairs were ready in an hour. Where with the eye doctor you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks. Plus my glasses I got from eye doctor were supposed to have an anti scratch coating on them. My glasses from them have mini scratches on them. I am not saying this place doesn’t have faults. But as of right now eyemart has my vote of confidence!! Plus the staff was very accommodating and friendly!!

The worst experience Ive had in my 57years. They lied about mailing my glasses on 3 occassions. The manager, Ceasar, eventually tried to act as if I was in control of their responsibilities.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.I will not take ownership of a service I paid for that went so wrong. I had to wait a week to get my glasses. Just to be lied to about the mailing.NOTHING SCREENS REFUND LIKE THIS!!!!

I recently bought one pair of glasses from Eyemart and I was leery due to the old reviews but I was thoroughly surprised by such a pleasant experience. Just like all retail business, it tends to get busy. It had been crowded that day, but I was warmly welcomed! I was astounded first of all that the retail staff was amazingly sweet and helpful and also because of the great deal I got! The girl that helped me (Randi) was very genuine and knowledgeable! I do NOT like pressure sales and this is exactly the opposite of what I experienced! She nor any of the other techs tried to take my money by selling me stuff I didnt need. Im grateful for the whole staff at Eyemart Express for striving to provide excellent service! THEY DID FOR ME!!!!

I mean I got what I went there for... Do I think the assistant could have been a lot nicer and more pleasant to be around? ABSOLUTELY YES! The doctor was nice and okay. As for the assistant, if you hate your job that much then do something else or dont try to make the customers feel like I am bothering you. So, in the end Dr. DuBose was nice and did a good job.

Got two pair of glasses the first pair was ok. 2nd pair had scratched lenses. Had to redo no problem. Then 2 hours later the 2nd time had scratched lenses again. Having to drive 60 miles one way to get them tomorrow. The bad part is there was no Im sorry or anything. Were acting like I should have took them on or was my fault. Not a good experience. The worst thing about this was that they didnt check there work before I got the glasses.
