The doctor is incredible! Really knowledgeable, very personable, and keeps you feeling at ease. The staff was very friendly and super helpful when picking out glasses!

Ordered a pair of glasses with the scratch resistant lenses and didnt get what I payed for they ARENT SCRATCH RESISTANT!!!

I saw 2.9 avg review and thot never mind. But I went anyway. Saw Dr. Wilkerson Saturday. All I can say is best competent patient helpful kind personable dr I’ve seen. Ever. Just go! U got nothing to lose. I’d never lead anyone astray here. If he can’t help you (he’s not a surgeon), he will find one who can. He called me Two days after my visit and had set me up an appointment w surgeon consult. If my eyes can’t be improved thru surgery, Dr won’t leave me hangin. He’ll help me as best he can. I trust him. I almost love him. Go See him. I mean it. Go!

Missed my first appointment because the doctor didnt show up ( at least they called me the day before).Made another appointment and made sure I was the first of the day so I can hurry and get back to my job. After waiting almost 45 minutes some other customer came out of the exam room... seems they took someone else first, I think it was a walk-in.Since the exam will take at least 45 minutes I said I had to leave and go back to work.They said to make another appointment.No thanks, youve had two chances already to get my business.

Dr. Kirkemier was concise yet did not rush while providing care. Great experience. Would recommend!

Stood in there for almost 10 minutes and no one greeted me or tried to assist me. Even while with a customer, you should acknowledge/greet when another walks in. Work on customer service

NEVER GO HERE! Had exam, dr cancelled my next two apts, now she no longer works there and I cant get my RX for contacts or my money back! They took my money and gave me NOTHING in return!

When I arrived they could not locate my insurance and I had to sit and wait for over an 45 min for them to find it. The appointment went fine and the Dr. was kind. Thats the only reason Im giving more than one star. I was charged for a protection plan I didnt ask for because I could not afford it at the time and when I called to ask if my prescription had come in the clerk who charged me the plan blamed me for not listening to him tell me he was charging me a plan. I was also told that my prescription would be in store in 4-7 days. I waited two weeks before my prescription came in. All together poor customer service and not a great experience. I will not be a customer here again and would not recommend going here.

Not sure who the eye doctor was on 4/4/19 for my wife’s scheduled appointment at 11am but they should be fired if possible. Even my 2 1/2 year old son told me how bad they were. Was very rude to my wife even after she waited past her appointment time to get a prescription for contacts. My son, that is only 2 1/2, and is just starting to talk, told me the eye doctor made mommy cry.Go somewhere else for eye care is my recommendation!!!

I have been a patient at Tuscaloosa Target for 10 years and doctor refused to extend a prescription so that i could purchase a contact while on vacation when my last one tore. Caused major issues while on vacation. Only 5 1/2 months expired. Will not be a patient there any longer.
