We really like Dr. Box. Here was fantastic with out 6 and 3 yr old girls. The staff are generally nice but not really highly responsive. There have been some minor issues with our insurance/billing that took awhile to correct. Also, like with any vision center, its been much cheaper to get our glasses online. But Dr. Box is really worth it!

I Have been a costumer of Dr Box for almost 15 years, But after today I will never step for in this place again. I walked in there today to purchase a box of contacts as well as a replacement contact for my right eye, as the last one I have split. Not only was his staff rude, No one told me that I would need to go to the front desk to purchase a replacement until after the front desk literally closes while Im sitting there. On top of that they would not even give me my prescription so that I could at least try to purchase a replacement from another business. Take it I travel the highway everyday with my 7 year old Son and me not having a Contact in my Right eye is beyond dangerous. I was not willing to take that risk. I called Americas Best and told them my situation, They scheduled me an appointment immediately and they Now have a new Permanent Customer. Dr. Box my grievance was never with you and you are beyond great at what you do, which is why I have been a loyal costumer for over 15 years. But Today, Your Staff Lost you this loyal Costumer.

I walk in there and the service was awful from the ladys who work there. The only good thing that I will say that the male doctor who examine my eyes was nice and very spirited. They said that they will call when my glasses are ready and they never did. Matter of fact I had to call them about my glasses. They have already been in, but noone had ever called. I wouldnt go here if I were you. The only reason why I might go here was for the nice male doctor who examine my eyes. He is really sweet and really cool.

Daniel Box, the optometrist, is great. Go somewhere else to get your glasses, though. They dont really do any work on the glasses here so short of adjusting the temples, youre going to have to wait several days for work. They probably wont have your contacts in stock either and you can probably get them from somewhere else faster.
