Went into store to buy a alarm for my car. They had everything i needed except no one to install it. They told me Id have to go to mission Viejo and wait too weeks to get it put in. I didnt fault the store cause of labor shortage. The sales people where friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. Not bad for a supply shortage.

The only reason I gave it two stars is because of their inventory. Their service blows. Its like the sales people think they are electronic gods, when half the time listening to them interact with other customers, they giving out false information. This trip I went to the computer department and thoroughly went through their entire desktop computer monitor inventory, made my selection, carried the giant box around the department checking to make sure I looked at every monitor, and still the sales people sat at the cash wrap and didnt say a word to me. I used to work for a company that was owned by best buy, and thats not how they train their employees to work and handle customers. There was a deal going on for half price keyboard with purchase, they didnt even try and sell me. I would have bought it if they at least tried. On the way out after hearing them give this poor customer terrible information about gpus, I stopped to give him the information that helped me. He thanked me. I checked out at the big cash wrap, and that took forever. Overall terrible experience. Dont recommend this store if your not too familiar with electronics.

I feel like whoever came up with the current aesthetic of Best Buy thinks that different parts of the store looking disjointed is a good look, but it really isnt. Its just kind of an ugly mess/warehouse/showroom in the worst way possible.

Very good service. It was pleasant to see because when I visited the Lake Forest Location about a month earlier I essentially had to track down someone to help me. I mean literally standing by the back employee door/window to see if someone was going to get someone to help like they said.I routinely time situations like this...not because Im crazy but just to ensure Im not over exaggerating and I ultimately ended up waiting 10-15 minutes at Lake Forest.This location was pretty good. I had forgot about the other experience until after I had 2-3 people ask me if I needed any assistance.

Customer service needs improvement. The person behind the register had other things to do than to help ring up- she didn’t even acknowledge that a customer was standing in front of her then points to get in line -There was no one in line ? Tf? I look up at the sign above her to make sure I was at the right place and it says CHECK OUT right where she’s standing. I look over to where she pointed and that has a big sign that says PICK UP - my problem with people in customer service is their role, if you’re not ringing up then why are you behind a register ! Pick up should really say CHECK OUT . Yall can do better.By the way - the one gentleman who did helpMe - you sir did a great job!

Went in today looking for a phone case. Looked at the selection in the mobile area and then worked my over to the Apple area. Sales person asked if I needed help. Told her what I was looking for. They looked it up, and went to hunt it down. Now, totally within their job details Im sure; however, I was really impressed with the professionalism and how courteous they were!

Absolutely the worst experience for VETERANS.. I came here to get my laptop fixed. They told me I needed to buy a new one and need to do a data transfer. I went out of my way to meet their timeline in less than an hr got a new laptop paid for the data transfer and left. A few hrs later they call me and told me I have to pay another 40 dollars because it was a new laptop and they even admitted it was their mistake that they did not let me know about this before. I asked if they can meet me half way because it was their mistake and I am still willing to meet them halfway. Just because of this they declined to work on my laptop wasted a whole day and mistreated me because of their mistake. If they are treating veterans ths way I cant imagine how they are treating regulat people. Oh and when I called to speak to a manager, I got the run around and got put on gold for one hr. I am never coming back here and so shouldnt you either. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with unprofessional staff. Ruined my whole day.

NEVER had a good experience with Best Buy. NEVER.IMPOSSIBLE to get any help. I had a large screen tv set for delivery and NO SHOW... No texts, no emails, no calls, no nothing. We live far from our homes and so we had to take time off of work to sit around and wait for the delivery. Impossible to get a hold of anybody who can do anything. They SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. They just dont care. We are nothing but little pawns. NOBODY to talk to. NOBODY CARES.

Not a good place to get customer service. Three times trying to buy a tv. Purchased the Samsung that was recommended but upon returning the cashier said yeah that tv is a problem. hmmm. The other guy recommended it. The very guy who recommended it was working when we looked for another tv. He said yeah Samsungs get the most complaints for their menu and issues. He didn’t say this when he said buy that tv. while trying to get service to purchase between Sony and LG this guy went to help another customer who interrupted us. Can’t see returning for any reason.

Do not go to this store. We bought a dryer and a washer but the sales didn’t include all the kits. We went to the store multiple times to talk with the manager. They came 4 times to install the washer and dryer. Every time they came, they said they didn’t have the required kits and left. We had to wait all day in the house for their workers. We don’t have time to wait for their installation. Go to other appliances store.

I have read recently purchased Wi-Fi equipment and a new over the range microwave from Best Buy. The sales people are so incredibly helpful. I received wonderful pricing and great service. I will always go to Best Buy first if I can. I am so tired of the poor customer service at many of the other big stores that sell appliances.

Horrible experience. Was there on tuesday afternoon to sit and wait for an associate to help in the phone department. As I waited I I experience the associate kinda arguing his point with a customer asking several questions and he was getting heated for sure . Finally helps me to tell me that he really cant help me because the store was closing soon . All I was doing was purchasing a prepaid phone. All he said I had to do was switch the chips in the phones and I would be done, but he was to busy to get to me and he seemed to be the only one there.so I decided to go by the following day. Big Mistake! I showed up even earlier this afternoon to again be told I would have to wait he had 3 peaple in front of me and also was short handed.1 hour later and approaching closing time. I had to literally follow him at the end make sure that he seen me because I seen that he took on another customer that was their way after I was and I was just standing there. I stood close by the desk waiting for him to acknowledge me .I was ready and had chosen a phone but he took on another activation and the customer that came after me even though I was standing ten feet away. The associate finally acknowledge me and said sorry Im shorthanded Ill be with you in about 10 to 15 minutes. I got frustrated and just told him I would be back the following day because theres another customer that was talking to him that showed up much later I started asking questions about the new iPhone 12. He was trying his best to help everyone but again short-handed and I got pushed back once again. Very sad because I only live a half a mile from this store two. days in a row I got the same results. This should be definitely more than one associate in the phones Department.. I actually was a Former Employee working Magnolia in the Torrance Store several years ago . Never had these issues. Disappointing.

I was asked to leave and I couldnt shop. I explained to them my doctor will not allow me to wear a mask due to asthma reactions. The young clerk didnt care and tried to make me feel guilty that I could get someone sick. I was not sick and already had covid along time ago. I wont shop where I must wear a mask. This is discrimination of people with disabilities. Asthma is a disability and requires fresh air always and low carbon dioxide.Unacceptable policy there for me. I have to use Amazon I guess.

The only negative I have is it took 30 minutes to get help! I understand Covid blah blah blah, but its being used as an excuse way to much! Once I was helped it took another 10 minutes to finish because I paid in cash over $500 and a manager has to verify and take the Drop to the safe. Then the sales guy tried to get me to buy Insurance & a credit card so I can go back into debt, uhhm no, I paid all my credit cards off and only keep one to keep my credit up to date. I also bought DJI Carefresh. No wonder buying online is taking over the world! Next there will be robots, one fast food chain said because of companies being strong armed into paying people a living wage that they are looking into automating. I hear We are Greedy POSs and dont want to pay anyone for there hard work! PATHETIC!

I like Best Buy. They have a HUGE selection and a knowledgeable staff in most cases. This time I almost got a new little TV, just because I could. I was trying to hook up an old VCR to some kind of monitor for nostalgic old videos. Im giving 4 stars because the staff told me that a new TV was the least expensive way to go. Turns out all I need was a $28.00 adapter and I will be good to go. Anyways......

The reason people come to your store is to buy a product on the spot not wait in line when the store has few people in it. No wonder why brick and mortar companies go bankrupt.I went to get an macbook. I spoke to a lady working there and she brought it to the register at the electronics register in the back and made me wait in line where one guy has been working with a client for 30min laughing and carrying a conversation. Some people value their time and she couldve easily took it to the front register and get me going.Hate to see a store i like get to this level of poor management.I left the store and didnt buy the MacBook. Your loss not mine. They are just encouraging people to order online and pass on the local business. Kudos

I ordered a GE Profile built in microwave online, set for free pick up at the Tustin store. It took 3 days for my microwave to arrive (one day later than advertised). As I visited the store for pickup, several shortfalls were noticed. Best Buy had approx 5 spots for curbside pickup, but the pickup confirmation email didnt have a link to activate the service. As I stepped inside the store, the reception area was unattended for several minutes. When I was finally instructed to where I should go to complete the checkout process, I was rudely met by a cashier who told me that I was waiting in the wrong line (I wasnt: I was at store pickup line), and that I had encroached on the employee area - no, I was standing on top of the social distance circle on the store pickup line. When I mentioned the poor instruction on curbside pickup, she got defensive and yelled at me again. The only reason I didnt walk away at this point was that I desperately needed this particular microwave. The only courteous service I received was from the associate who wheeled the oven out to my car. And this was after the rude associate asked me if I would carry the 50 lb microwave to my car. Cmon Best Buy. Best Buy??? More like Worst Buy.

Not sure if covid-19 has severely diminished the capacity, but I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to get into the store. When I entered the store it seemed pretty much empty. So it didnt make sense to me why I had to wait so long to enter an empty store. Despite that at least I was able to find the video game I was looking for quickly and jumped right in line. Once I got through it only took me 10 minutes in the store to purchase what I needed.

I came to return an item. In customer service theyree 2 ladies behind the counter. One with much more experience another very new. The experienced one told me to adjust my mask for it wasnt covering my nose properly. Fine. ✔️. Shes there to tell me what I should do but not there to help customers in the traditional sense. She leaves the area right after the mask thing; leaving a young girl there alone who needed more training. Its just me and the one customer with the trainee and she had to ask 3 times for help. The experienced worker came back from wherever she was too help her then left each time instead of opening a register. It took almost 45 minutes of me standing in line to return one item while this experienced lady came and left 3 times. Finally its my turn. My turn took maybe 6 minutes. They zapped the bar code and that reimbursed my credit card. That was the good part. Just frustrating dealing with the bossy boss woman who bosses everyone but herself

This place needs to hire more staff or train current ones better. I cant believe no one helped by the pick up line for over 20m when there was a long line of customers just waiting in line trying to pick up stuff bought online. Like every cashiers were only taking care of customers who are buying stuff inside of store, what is the point of ordering online if their priorities are in store customers? This isnt even the first time and I wont be ordering online from this store anymore

Loved this branch in Orange County. Very professional customer service. Walked about 4 miles to get a new Blu phone as my current Blu phone just blacked out. I couldnt get it turned back on even it was 80% charged. All that long walk and sweat paid off when I reached them right about 30 minutes before closing time. There were two employees out of three who really guided me to make a smart purchase with another Blu phone. Blu are budget phones hailing from Miami,Fl. Its perfect for students.

The large appliance sales person was very helpful. Looking at double ovens, verses oven and microwave. The sales person gave his opinion on the ins and outs of each. Terrible experience. I called to ask about repair options for my laptop and with a warranty plan I have, I can choose any shop to for repair and the warranty plan will pay the shop directly. I tried to explain the situation to the Best Buy agent who picked up and was told they cannot do that. I tried to ask without going through warranty what repair service they could do and got hung up. I called back again, the same person picked up, and just told me we cant help you and hung up right away again. Very upset with the experience.
