Great return policies. They take it back if it doesnt work for you no matter what. Online store inventory often not accurate. So go look for yourself. Lots to choose from.

I came over on my bike to pick something up really quick. Notice there wasnt any bike rack to safely lock my bike. Francisco was working outside and he offered to watch my bike. I quickly picked up my thing and 5 minutes later went outside and saw Francisco watching my bike. I appreciate him going above and beyond with great service.

The location is a little chaotic to get in and out of, but its in a nice and conveniently located shopping center.The last couple visits have had amazing customer service - employees double checking that Im finding everything, pointing me in the right direction, then following up with me later to make sure I found what I needed!Check out is self-service and a minor wait, but well guided and quick to help when the automation requires it.Much nicer overall experience than it used to be!

Home Depot always has everything I need for a project. But I got to tell you, I have yet to go into Home Depot that I can spend less than 30 minutes in LOL. Theres so much to look at!

Normally I have a great experience, but this order was missing items, the woman that I spoke with to bring my order out was rude, the man that put the stepping stones in my car trashed the side of my car even after I supplied a tarp to guard against damage. The only person that was pleasant to me was the woman that asked for my ID.

This is one of the nicer Home Depot stores around. It is a big store (with garden, rentals, pro area, etc) that is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are knowledgeable overall, and they have great tips for those who already know a little bit about construction/home improvement. My hubby (who is super handy, with a construction background) absolutely loves this home depot and always leaves with new knowledge and a viable plan for unexpected, irregular jobs around the house.I’m happy with the team at the paint counter, who always give friendly, helpful input. I’ve also noticed this location has hired more female employees in the last couple years, so the ratio of male to female staffers is pretty balanced, although most of the women seem to be placed as cashiers, with male staff working in the more technical spots on the floor. And this is my one concern about Hone Depot, and why I preferred Lowe’s (sad the Lowe’s on Jamboree is gone). In my opinion, the general vibe I get when shopping there, as a woman trying to solve a technical home improvement issue is: send your husband back instead. No one has directly said this to me, but I hear the way my “insider” hubby is treated vs my own interactions. Granted, he knows the technical specs of a who’s-it board and a whatnot bit, and I’m starting from a very rudimentary understanding of tools and supplies. But they seem annoyed having to get me up to speed when I need help. Eg if hubby has started the project and sends me for aesthetic stuff like hardware, and I have a technical question about clearance for mounting brackets, they say, “just have your husband come back when he gets a chance.” Um, no. My hubby is currently bracing joists, and I just need to know if this size hinge is sturdy enough for X size lumber he’s installing outside. I’m actually quite smart but inevitably feel stupid at this Hone Depot. More female employees with technical/construction skill would help, or just greater patience for us “outsiders.”Other than that issue, it’s a great store which always has what we need, helpful staff who help hubby problem-solve, etc. ample parking, very convenient vehicle access to parking lot, nice garden area, too.

Home Depot was amazing I went for plant food. They have a wide variety, just what I was looking for. I even almost bought a little palm tree for my living room but didnt pull the trigger.

He helped out with my curbside pick-up and explained in detail what went on and what could be done. Just a great great guy, if anyone gets to talk to him, hes just some charismatic dude. A fully stocked store. Staff quickly responded with extra effort. My project needed adjusting due to an unexpected schedule delay for delivery of an essential component. Project scheduke is On track.

Only because; the one time; I happen to arrange _ get a ride over there, it figures- the store didnt have / the 1 of 2 main motivating reason: I had waiting diligently to finally achieve a ride over there & to finally aquire the item a ) just as find: ( of all things ), the one thing- their out of. Its usually, my bad luck so typical, in my multiple occasions of this repetitive nusence !!+ The more of a big deal something is / the less likely, I am likely to achieve it !

Always a good time or a good deal

Somehow they have made an already difficult flow in the garden department even worse. Multiple aisles completely blocked with delivery racks so we could barely get through, and checking out was bedlam. No one could tell which direction they and their heavy carloads were supposed to maneuver.

Always have what I need, and customer service has never been an issue.

I went to the Garden Center to pick up a few plants and some soil. I got help with the heavy bag of soil. The prices on plants are pretty good but Im not sure how the plants are going to do. they didnt look as good as the plants at the Armstrong Garden Centers I visited recently.I was disappointed that some of the plants I was interested in did not have price labeling of any kind that I could see. When I asked the cashier about the price, she was uncertain.

Home Depot has a great variety of DIY products. If you need plumbing, electrical, hardware or gardening supplies, Home Depot is a great one stop place to shop. Their prices are very competitive. I especially like their home paint products.The store is well organized and clean. The issue is trying to get assistance if you have a question. It can be difficult to chase someone down in the aisles for help.

Its a nice clean store located at the Tustin side of the Market Place. The associates are friendly and helpful.My one complaint about this store is the lack of an loading area for PROs. Everyone and their mother thinks that they are entitled to park directly in front of the store. Not only do they block the path to the parking lot plus it is not easy to cross over to the parking lot with all the traffic and with heavy and ackward items.

Come into this location once a week to get new planks of wood for my business.. Most of the planks are bowed, (you really got to pick through them) or they are empty. Otherwise the rest of the store is clean and pretty well stocked.

Holidays are coming and stores like Home Depot are usually busy, especially on weekends. Yet, at this HD at least 5 associates asked me if they could help me with something while they saw me impatiently waiting for a guy to come and cut some 2x6... I waited for this guy for at least 15 min but when he finally came, he kindly explained his delay when he actually had no obligation to do so (Im not his boss). He was very cheerful and made me realized that hes commited to his work and someone needed his help so that was the reason for him to taking so long. I truly believe associates at this store care for customers and I give you 5 stars for your great service.

The manager in the gardening section was very helpful. Thou I didnt understand why a $30 item was labeled clearance at $29.00. Ive seen sale items give a bigger discount than that!

Found what we needed and had all our questions answered.

I just went there and got a bag of soil. I was surprised to see it was marked down 50% (there was no damage on the bag and no sign for a sale) on the receipt so I went back for more soil (after going home to get a larger car). When I came back for more, the cashier wouldnt honor the price unless I showed the receipt...So I left the soil with the cashier and went home to get the receipt. When I got back, I got there was a different cashier who would not honor the price even though I was told that it would be honored. I asked the cashier to find the other cashier, but this cashier would not do it...I left the store. Not a very good day.

Store is clean and well organized. They also have unique plants delivered weekly. Also, thumbs up for the old gentleman in the plumbing department. He is like a grandpa who answers your question then walks away before you can ask follow up questions or even say thank you.

The associates seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Three of them were blocking an aisle talking and didnt attempt to move until I asked to get by. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving so the place was already crowded to start with.. That wasnt the only annoyance during that visit. I was going to Lowes but home depot was closer, next time Ill drive the extra couple of miles.

Customer service rep Alex was horrible. She should not be helping customers could she could care less. Went in to rent a truck. Nowhere does it say bring your insurance. Had to run home to grab it. She would not hold the truck for me. (which was as easy as setting the keys to the side) Said she would only hold for 15 minutes. We were back in less than 15 minutes but truck was gone. Alex did not put a hold on it and went to lunch without telling anyone. Will never go back to this Home Depot their customer service has always sucked.

I came to this Home Depot because of one of Home Depot staff in the tools department named Jeff. I refinish dressers and had some issues with the antique pulls. I came in before the covid pandemic to have the pulls removed and bought a drill and other supplies. I returned today May 29, 2020 and returned back to Jeff to help me put them back on. He went beyond and way over what he was supposed to do. You better give Jeff a raise! Thank you for having great staff! Love Home Depot

Cool shop! Picked up some gardening supplies.. I think the person who helped us (after more research) showed us some very pricey items but home depot as a whole is cool.

The man who took care of our huge kitchen remodel appliance order was named Fred. He was very helpful and took care of us well. We love to come here and shop for home improvements.

I went in to get myself a good broom and some plug in freshness- Im doing some fall cleaning for the upcoming new year. Social Distancing was in place.

They had the toilet seat I was looking for. Didnt have to wait for the self checkout. At 3pm on a Thursday, it was not crowded. Previously bought horizontal blinds which their staff cut to size. Staff was professional and efficient.

Found exactly what I needed, knowledgeable help from the electrical department and fast, safe, socially-distanced check out.

I was looking for concrete patching compound... all I saw was on a pallot, shrink-wrapped, so I left empty handed...

If you could go extra 4 miles, you will find a much better Home Depot with better product availability and better service. This one is just so disorganized.

Great store and great products. But most of the employees that this company hires do not seem to know much about home improvement, or construction, or materials used in home building at all. You think a home improvement store would actually hire some experts in the field they sell products in to better assist their loyal customers instead of worrying about Loss Prevention so much that they scare away or creep out or flat out harass anyone that is attempting to spend our money on products for their home improvement needs here.

Lot of items were on sale for Black Friday. The store was not crowded.

Its just another typical Home Depot, nothing is special about this location than any others. It is however seems to have more products in stock than others. On the low side, or perhaps varies by each location, this HDs store layout seems to be different than most of the locations that I have been, thus a quick stop now rather takes a bit longer to complete. In conclusion, its what expected, and its all there is to it.

Store give Mask to customer if customer dont have and store has a lot wipe with alcohol but under the shelf has a lot of trash

Cant say enough about the attention and service I receive at Home Depot. Very pleased with the professionals working in the different departments. Dont be afraid to ask technical questions frequently if the person you are talking to doesnt know theyll find someone who does. The tool selection here is beyond compare; both for the homeowner and the professionals.
