Wow, first I will start by saying what a great experience I had tonight... all thanks to Charles (Chuck). My mom and I first walked into Toyota and was very disappointed. Not only were they way too expensive, their service was extremely disappointing and inattentive. We decided lets try out Mazda. We didnt have an appointment and it was close to closing time. Thats when we met Charles. GREAT attitude, very helpful and all around an amazing human. We got a way lower rate than what Toyota was offering, great car and I couldnt happier. Great company and staff. Not often do you leave a dealership and immediately tell your closest family and friends about your experience and the impact a sales person has on your life. However, I have done just that. Yes, I love my car. Its beautiful. But Charles made this experience special. I will now ALWAYS recommend anyone to check out Mazda especially Tustin Mazda. Jim Feinstein at Tustin Mazda exceed all my expectations. Once I decided I wanted a Mazda CX 5 I reached out to him and we set up a time last Friday to talk on the phone. Jim spent about 20 minutes asking me about the vehicle I was considering, trim level, color, price range, must have options as well as just a general conversation about how we plan on using the vehicle. All without any sales pressure.I made plans to drive down to Southern California from Central California last Sunday. During the drive Jim called me twice as he was working on finding the perfect vehicle even before I got on the lot.Now Im aware that the pandemic has affected inventory across the board so even after looking at the Tustin Mazda website I was ready to compromise on trim level and options I wanted, or the color my wife wanted, in order to stay within my price range. Jim kept me informed via email and texting throughout the day as he was searching for the CX 5 he thought was a good match. He called me about 2 hours into my drive and had found what sounded like exactly what I wanted. He even gave me the price on the phone which, I knew from my research, was a fair deal. When I arrived I wasnt passed off to another salesman. He never had to go check with the manager. I gave him a copy of my License and insurance and he got to work. Before I could even download the Mazda app to my phone I was in financing signing docs. No crazy fees, No added protection packages, and especially no (pandemic) market adjustments. He found me the perfect car! I got the color my wife wanted, the options I wanted (Bose stereo) plus a cpl I wasnt even considering. I couldnt be happier unless I had won the car in a contest. Best car purchasing experience Ive had.

The employee Chance at Tustin Mazda had the confidence and patience to walk me through purchasing my first car. This was a big investment for me and I felt he took the time to ask me the right questions, look for the best options, and overall walk me through the process of finding what car was right for me. After sitting down with Chance and going on a test drive I felt like I had the knowledge and comfort to truly enjoy every aspect of my new 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback. I am so happy that I was taken care of from start to finish and can’t thank Chance enough for being such an understanding and genuine employee. His customer service was outstanding and his positive attitude was contagious. I brought my 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback here for a quick vehicle inspection and Oil Change, and to get a key programmed for my car. Dylan was excellent and was able to get my car back to me with everything done in a short amount of time. Dylan was kind enough to explain exactly what they had done with the car and what was on each paper I was signing, and answered several of my other questions that were less relevant.

Random acts of kindness. On my way to Disneyland with my two year old I had my tire blow out on the freeway, and was stranded in front of the Tustin Mazda. AAA came and told me my spare tire would not work. It was after 6pm and no where was open. One of the salesman (Jerry) brought us water and tried to assist us to find solutions. He then took the tire to one of the technicians and was able to fix the spare tire for us! Thank you so much, we are so grateful for this random act of kindness! Thank you for saving my son’s trip to Disney!

Even though I had purchased several cars through Tustin Mazda over the years, times are a little tighter and I was considering a used Mazda3. Unfortunately, Tustin Mazda didnt have what I was initially looking seeking. But I happened to find a used Mazda3 at another dealership. Jimmy at Tustin Mazda spend a bunch of time going over the specs of the other car and even suggested that I go ahead and purchase the other vehicle. 0 pressure whatsoever. However, when I started doing the math, I realized that a used Mazda3 with 106,000 miles for $11k didnt feel right. So I asked Jimmy to run some numbers. Ultimately, we ended up with a brand new 2021 Mazda3. Again, there was no pressure to transact with Tustin Mazda. But the deal seemed to make sense and Jimmy just gave me the space I needed to come around to my decision. The entire experience was efficient and easy. I remain ever so grateful to Jimmy as I purchased my 7th Mazda.

I cant even explain how amazing Jim and his team are. I initially contacted Jim because our lease was going to be ending in a couple months and I figured we could Upgrade to the newest model and have all the nice tech. I explained to Jim that we wanted a 2021 Black on Black Grand Touring CX-9. He told me hopefullyHe can find one. Amazingly He actually found one in Glendale a d he sent one of his workers to go get it and drive it all the way back to Tustin. He made sure that it was exactly what we wanted considering the shortage of new vehicles due to the chip shortage. On top of everything, Jim made sure that we did not go hungry considering we went straight to the dealer after work.I would absolutely definitely exponentially recommend Jim and his team at Tustin Mazda. Came in for an oil change, was taken in. Vehicle was taken for service: oil change, fluids checked, tires rotated. While waiting. Received a text with a link from Mazda.WOW, they took a video of the service inspection: showed the battery, air filter, brake pads, tire tread and under carriage of vehicle. Was impressive to see how/what they do for vehicle inspection instead of tell you at the end; they actually show you your vehicle and whether it is good or what issues it may have!Awesome job!!

Don’t trust their website where makes it look like you can purchase online or even reserve online. I went through the whole process, uploading drivers license and proof on insurance, and made an appointment to purchase it the next day. The salesman contacted me and confirmed the appointment. Then they sold it the next morning before we could get there. If they want to operate on a first come first served basis they should make that clear on their web site instead of tricking me into thinking that I was reserving a car.

Brought my car here cause my connected services recall isnt working. The service team wasnt able to diagnose the issue and said they would call me to bring my car back in when they brought in a specialized mechanic. That was over 3 months ago, they lied to me and never brought anyone in. My car is still defective.

I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. Our experience purchasing the car was fine but the two visits since then to get our car serviced have left a lot to be desired and have convinced me to not come back. Both times, the service manager left me waiting way past the quoted amount of time and the second time I went in, there was mud spots all over the passenger side interior when they returned it to me! I had to clean my car when I got home because it was so bad. I went to Toyota for 3 years prior to going here and never had any problems.

I had brought my new MX-5 for its first service and was immediately greeted in the drive by the nicest gentleman who then pointed me towards my service advisor, Damian l, who was very charming, relatable, and friendly to talk to. I didnt need very much work done with this visit but he went over it all with me anyways.I also received my inspection video from my tech, Eric who was very thorough of in showing me everything! I know how much extra work those videos can be to their day but believe it or not, we do appreciate it!Overall, a great service visit :)

Id spoken with Chance for a while about what I would like to get in a car and he was beyond helpful and we figured out my maximum spending cap in no time. From there we kept in touch and he was always making sure I knew when they were receiving another batch of used cars so I could have a nice selection of them. It didnt matter, as the first car I saw in person was perfect for me because he knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Very disappointed by my service today. I purchased both my car and my wifes car here in the last 4 years and always do our service here for both cars, but I will be taking my service elsewhere moving forward for both cars.I brought my CX-5 in for service because the automatic tailgate was not working. The diagnostic charge for this was $190, but the tech said the fee would go toward any repairs. I was later sent a video showing the mechanic testing the car battery and said it needs replacement. When the battery was reconnected, the video shows the tailgate working. Obviously there was nothing wrong with the tailgate and it was simply related to a low battery charge causing it to lose connection.The tech quoted me another $200, approximately, to replace the battery, on top of the $190 diagnostic. I declined the battery replacement because the $190 diagnostic fee should have been credited toward battery replacement, the actual repair that is needed. The tech texted me that the $190 covers the time to figure out the tailgate problem and make the adjustment to make the tailgate work again.At the dealership I told the tech all the mechanic did was disconnect the battery and the tech said no it was much more complicated the KAM system needed to be reset. I later googled how to reset the KAM and it says simply disconnect battery for 5 min. Basically I paid $190 for the mechanic to disconnect the battery for 5 min. I felt very MISLED AND OVERCHARGED! $190 down the drain! Honestly I dont know how they sleep at night knowing they charged someone $190 to disconnect the battery for 5 min for temporary fix.Sure enough the tailgate stopped working a few hours later so I replaced the battery myself to fix the problem they wanted to double charge me for. I am attaching a screenshot from another Mazda dealership website that states there are instances when the Mazda CX-5 liftgate hatch won’t open, most often due to a dead car battery so other customers can be informed and avoid my $190 disaster. Actually a $380 disaster because I had to buy a battery elsewhere in addition to the $190 fee Tustin Mazda charged me to disconnect the battery for 5 min.Tustin Mazda got greedy and now they lost a customer.

Larry was awesome and great at helping make sure it fit my specific needs, both financially and with what I was looking for in a new car. I was recommend to this dealership through a friend who also bought a new Mazda a few years back and every time I came with them to do routine maintenance on their car, the customer service has been top notch. Recently traded in my 2015 Mustang for a 2018 Mazda6 Signature and I’ve never had such a pleasant and seamless car-buying experience. I was in and out of there in 3 hours. Do your homework and go in prepared and you’ll also have a similar experience with this place. Entire staff is very easy to work with (my sales rep was Tyler) and they’re transparent, direct, and honest. I highly recommend the sale representative Jeffrey Lesniak. Hes been with Mazda for a while and he is a real car guy! He owned S2000 and Miata and understand your scenarios. Made an appointment, cars ready when I arrives. Test drived with a well designated path to enjoy the characteristic of new Mazda. Love it. After the 1st visit, No push, regular follow up. Very touchy and respective! Also shout out to my first contact Omar. He is also very professional. If I would like to keep the car for 5 yrs or longer, I definitely will buy the Mazda 3 2.5turbo. Same handling with my bimmer 2 series. The power is soft but Im pretty sure the after market will have sth very soon coz we are waiting for a speed 3 too long. My lease was ending soon and my previous purchasing experience with Shaun had been excellent. So I dropped by and in a very reasonable amount of time drove off in a new 2018 CX-5.I love the car and I really love the great service I’ve recieved from the dealship. I’ve not had a single negative interaction with anyone on any visit. (They did all the service on my 2016 while I had it).Shaun is the rare automotive salesperson who actually listens to his customers and streamlined the process. I could lay out the numbers and each time he’s worked to match up a good fit to meet them. None of the silly back and forth games that can last hours, no “closer” coming by to squeeze any extra dollars out of you if they can. (I’ve walked away from those sorts of salesmen numerous times.) Shaun is the first one to win my loyalty (it helps that the car is great too).I can’t begin to praise him and the dealership enough. But I do know that we will be heading back in a couple months for car number four (for my wife) from Shaun. I can’t say that about any auto dealer or salesman that I’ve ever worked with before. Id been looking for a used Prius with a sunroof (less common) for a few weeks. The private party cars for sale were all overpriced or had too many miles for my taste, so I started looking at dealer inventory on craigslist.Ive purchased a number of cars over the years but avoided dealerships for used cars because the price is normally so much higher. I was surprised when I found what I was looking for a reasonable red tag price at Tustin Mazda, so I called to make sure that car was still available. It was so we drive an hour and a half to Tustin to check it out.When we arrived, we quickly found the car and Robert came over to see if we needed any help. Robert was great! Easy going, friendly and let us take as long as we wanted to explore the car. WAY better than the experience I had last week at another dealership.The car drove well and was in good condition so I made an offer. Theres always a bunch of paperwork when you buy through a dealership (even if you pay cash) but you also get a car thats been all shinned up for you and all the DMV stuff gets taken care of for you as well. Big shout out to Tom in the parts department.I’ve been looking for an Engine Oil Dipstick for my 2011 Mazda2 for a little bit now.Today I called Mazda in Orange (different dealer), they told me the did not have the part & pretty much said “oh well”.I have Tustin Mazda a call, I spoke with Tom & he informed me they did not have it either BUT he did what he could to order the part, got it paid over the phone, informed me of the ETA for deliver & make the entire process a very seemless & pleasant one.Highly recommend Tom & Tustin Mazda for treating me like a valued customer & helping me find the part I needThank you so much Tom. Excellent customer service from Service Department all the way to Sales.Elle in Service has always been professional, personable, and communicative. She cares about her customers.When I was considering trading in my 15 CX5, I was working with Omar in Sales who is very communicative and low-pressure. While I decided on another dealership, it was only because of my own situation. Omar is one I will recommend others to work with in the future.I am sad to leave this dealership, for now, but I know in the future I will going back to them for my next car.

Pays to have excellent people.I ended up purchasing two cars from Tustin Mazda. First of all, I want to say the place was very busy. I was expecting to be put aside, and not taken care of. Boy, was I wrong! I met Robert Nelson, my salesman. He took care of me like family. Treated me with respect, and listened to everything I had to say. I originally went in for one car and walked out with two. The other was a surprise for my daughter and he helped make it special for her. The planning and thoughtfulness that he displayed were awesome. An experience like no other.Robert is a fantastic employee. He is very customer oriented and accommodating. I was thankful I had the chance to work with him.Plus! During the busy weekend, there was a person who was supporting the staff. Getting people BBQ, from the grill, water, help with a salesperson. Anything anyone wanted he was there to help. His name was John Patterson. The owner of the dealership. What a classy guy.Now I know why this dealership was busy. However when you were offering free services for healthcare providers I had to cancel my appointment because I was told that as a Pharmacy Technician we are not health care providers. The definition of a Pharmacy Technician clearly states that we are healthcare providers.

Sometimes theyve taken longer for service than theyve promised, sometimes Ive called to make sure they have a part and confirm an appointment, only to come and find out its not in stock when I arrive, but each time theyve taken care of me and gotten a rental or made it up in some way. There are things in the appointment system they could tighten up, but generally, customer service is very good, as is the work they perform. Wifi, tea and coffee, and a clean waiting area make it easier to wait for your service, and Ive done that a couple times as well. Good dealership and I dont hesitate to come back.

Great car dealership.I dealt specifically with Omar and he was very helpful.Usually car dealerships are a rather hostile place with salesmen Hawking the area for sales but I didnt feel that here. Omar helped us and never pressured is into making decisions. He allowed us to test drive multiple cars and even showed us used cars that had great deals.Overall, I felt that I had a great experience here. I helped my brother in law buy his first car and the transaction was easy and professional. I will definitely come here again if I decide to upgrade.

Tustin Mazda is a place with an extremely high level of integrity. Jeff Lesniak was amazing! He was approachable, calm, patient, genuine, and a wealth of knowledge.Jeff was very helpful every step of the way (and it was a long process because we have two children under two years of age we were juggling with), even when we needed extra time comparing our options. When it came down to it, we were between two vehicles at two different dealerships but we wanted to do business with Tustin Mazda because of Jeff! Therefore, we went with the vehicle Tustin Mazda had to offer. We could not be happier with our purchase and with our decision to do business with their establishment.The dealership made a promise in the sales contract to replace a small part that we found needed attention. Let’s just say, they went beyond expectations and replaced the part while issuing a courtesy vehicle plus (without going into detail) went the extra mile with the replacement!! This was my first time buying a car and my first Mazda car ever! I couldnt have asked for a better salesman than Frog at Tustin Mazda. He was very personable and treated me well from the moment I first stepped on the lot to when I was ready to make a purchase. Before we test drove the 2018 Mazda CX 5, he gave me a full walk through of the car, which I really appreciated since I knew nothing about Mazda or the car. I test drove a few cars at different dealerships that day, but my test drive experience with Frog was the most memorable. It felt like I was driving with a friend going for a joy ride. WOWWWW!!!!! All I can say is wow!!! The people at Tustin Mazda are nothing but amazing!! They really helped me out and made it hassle free. They did not lie, jerk me around or try to sell me the vehicle. They treat you like family and they make you feel at home. Harvey was my sales representative and he is the best Ive ever seen in the business. He told me everything upfront and went out his way to get me the best deal. Was recently involved in an accident where the driver at fault totaled my vehicle. I saw Tustin Mazda near Enterprise on Auto Center Drive and decided to walk over to check out the new vehicles. Id like to call myself a Mazda loyalist since I am a fan of their cars since I was little.Harvey helped me out and patiently worked with me in finding my car. I really wanted a Mazda3 hatchback with a manual transmission, but they didnt have the color I wanted. Sure, they couldve tried selling me something else, but Harvey knew what I wanted and he pushed to find a vehicle that suited my needs. The dealer had to end up trading for the vehicle, which took a while. But they were able to get my car swiftly and kept me posted. Still loving the car to this date. Always a pleasure to drive. To start it off, I ended up buying my new Mazda 3 from here. Im from Los Angeles, so you may be wondering how I ended up getting my car in Irvine. To tell you the truth, I wasnt expecting to get the car here. I was visiting my friends in Irvine and we were going to just test drive some cars. I met Larry and he helped us with testing driving a few different models and then we went on our merry way. Chance worked so hard to make us feel comfortable and to accommodate us. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the Mazda 6, but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on a Friday night. He was so thorough and professional from start to finish, even going over the fine details of the functions and controls in my new Mazda 6. Their Finance Director is Outstanding! Always a great visit. I bought my car here in September and the salesmen were the best compared to so many other dealers I went to. No games, everything was straightforward.I have a year of maintenance with the purchased vehicle and that was my visit today. The coffee was good (they have a really cool machine), the wifi was fast, the TV had a million things to watch, the service writers were all super friendly.All other dealerships give Patterson Mazda a bad name, these guys are what every other dealership should strive to be!

They really go above and beyond to have your needs met. Bought a car here in 2016. Had to bring it here because of the warranty since something was malfuntioning.
