The overall service experience was very good. Brought my car in a regular maintenance which was going to be about 1.5 hrs. Asked for a loaner, but they offered to shuttle me to my home which was about 10 min. The car was serviced as scheduled and the car was washed. I was very satisfied.

Location is being renovated so perks like coffee, water is out of sight. I was offered water by the cashier before leaving though. Service rep Brando was friendly and efficient but they did run out of loaners and I had to be driven to Enterprise to get my loaner. I had a reservation for a loaner so this was a hassle especially since Enterprise told me Lexus only pays for basic cars. Would I return? Maybe when their renovation is done.

I found the car online and submitted all necessary documents before speaking to anyone. Upon arrival, Scott was very attentive, had the car ready, and went for a test drive. After the test drive, we dove right into the numbers. From the finance department to the sales team, I felt like I was in good hands. The process was streamlined; however, everyone was pretty thorough in explaining what I was signing off on. A great experience none the less. Highly recommend.

This is one of the few dealerships that are honest and treat you with respect. They are expensive as expected but they provide a loaner for free. Fill your tank with gas ⛽ and wash your car. Other than the price the place is great.

My service manager Evan Nguyen is fantastic ! He takes such good care of me and my car. I will always go to Evan. He is very professional but friendly too. He returns call almost immediately. There was also a young man named Jimmy (he brought my car up). He was awesome- helped me put all of my stuff from my rental into my car. He was very patient, and friendly. What could have been a major issue turned out to be something super tiny. Was so happy that they were willing to try something first rather than throw the kitchen sink at it.

Tustin Lexus posted an ad for 2017 LS460 on Edmunds website .I called day ad came out and confirmed price with operator at Tustin Lexus. They gave me salesman who then sent me the advertised price in e-mail. Came that day to buy vehicle and all of sudden when going to sign paperwork the price had increased by 8000.00..They stated price was put on Edmunds was mistake by Edmunds. So I called Edmunds and they stated NO WAY ...they dont put the ad in... the dealership puts in the info.So wrote letter to President Tony DAmato. Got absolutely no answer and sent letter certified...

Took my car in for its 60k service and for a vehicle recall. Brando and the service team were amazing. I requested we do a break down of the service to be completed and Brando was able to provide me all the detailed info. He got me into a loaner and was able to get my car back to me later that day with the gas topped off and a fresh wash. Nice job Service Team!

I can’t say enough about Tustin Lexus and their salesman Joe Ehlett. Not only did he help me find an SUV that I’m in love with but he went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied.- allowed me to take extra time on my test drive- took the time to make sure I understood how to work every feature on the car. I’ve had other Lexus but never understood how to actually work many of the features.- helped me get my equipment in my old car home and unloaded so that I wouldn’t scratch my new car- helped me program my garage doors to my car- helped me set up enform service- gave us his cell phone in case we forget how to work a feature.The list could go on and on. Such a great experience! Joe and Tustin Lexus will be my go to when it’s time for another car.

I was very dissatisfied with the service department at Tustin Lexus. I bought a brand new 2021 Lexus IS from them the week prior where I scheduled an appointment to come back the fallowing week to get my windows tinted. I was told this was a longer process and was promised a loner car due to the fact that I live an hour away. When I got there the service guy taking my car in was rude and told me there were no more loner cars. The service crew then told me I needed to go to enterprise to get my rental. Service was slow and I ended up with a POS truck that was dinged, dented and trashed. After getting this rental car I tried calling Lexus back over 10 times to let them know about my dissatisfaction and they did not answer any of my calls. Finally after over an hour one service man returned my call saying they hadn’t even started working on my Lexus yet and it had been there for over 2 hours already. Not what I was expecting at all from my first ever service at Lexus. You would think that after spending so much money on a car you would get better service. I guess not… I will not be taking my Lexus back to this dealership.

Came to Tustin Lexus on 6/1/21 for 65k service. I was told by Brando that front brakes needed replacement and rotor resurfacing at a price of $625. I asked if he could do better on the price, he said yes that he could take 10% off, however, when I picked up the car I still had to pay $625. Out of curiosity, I then checked with the Crown Lexus website when I got home, and found that their price for the same work, front brake replacement and rotor resurfacing, is $379 (a $246 difference). Im very unhappy with fact that Tustin Lexus would take advantaged of myself, and likely many others, in this way, especially for a senior like me that is unfamiliar with the cost of work such as this. I will not return to this dealership again to buy or service a vehicle.

He’s honest and doesn’t recommend any services that we don’t need like other car dealerships have been known to do and he even saves us money whenever possible by providing options when available. Bought a 2017 LS 460 that was listed on Edmunds website that Tustin had advertised on. Called the first day it was listed and confirmed the price. WENT the same day ad came out and was ready to buy vehicle and price had magically increased 8000.00 dollars..I even had copy of ad on my phone sent by salesman..They stated was listed improperly by Edmunds.So called Edmunds and they stated all website info is put in by the dealer..So Lexus was doing old bait and switch advertising..Even sent certified letter to Tustin Lexus President Tony D Amato and got no response..

Made an appointment for a minor service. Showed up early, but was taken immediately. Service was explained to me and was completed in a very timely fashion. Service tech was friendly and professional. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Been coming here for regular service on my Lexus for a while. Ill be honest it was always the typical dealer experience nothing special, just what you would expect.HOWEVER, my recent visit. I was helped by Derek Kincebach who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. Came in for a simple oil change but had a feeling tires were going to be needed in the near future and sure enough my front 2 were bad. After trying several Costcos and other places in my area with no luck, Derek was able to match the price with Costco and get me the 2 Michelins I wanted. Overall very satisfied with his level of customer service.

The service department at Tustin Lexus is first class customer service. I worked with Nick and had a fantastic experience. They were very accommodating of my schedule, communicated very well, and most importantly took care of everything the car needed correctly the first time.

I was able to lease a new car with great ease. Over the phone is so much easier than going into the dealership. I called and told them what I wanted and they told me what was available. Once I picked out the vehicle, we discussed price and came to an agreement. I think this took all of 1 hour going back and forth. They prepared all the paperwork, prepped the car and delivered it to me. So much easier. It took me about 15 minutes to go thru and sign all the paperwork. I was given information on the latest features and we were done.

We met Trevor when i inquired about a car online. He was responsive with our inquiries and quick to get us keys to test drive. We werent sure which vehicle was right for us but he was very helpful in deciding. We think were going with the rx and you can believe we will make sure Trevor is our guy when we come back. This is the best auto repair facility. They always give me a lender vehicle and so what they say they are going to do. No hidden fees! I bought the oil package when I purchased the vehicle and have not had to pay for anything Except two tires in 4 1/2 years! Plus, they topped off my gas and washed my car. I am very happy with them.

I bought a Lexus at Tustin Lexus when I got there I told them I was already approved by my credit unions they knew that, I gave them all my information from my credit union but I found out later that they switched to one of there finance company and never use my credit union which left me with higher interest rates beware of what you signing

I came in on a whim to test drive a few cars. Ryan was patient and great at explaining features of each vehicle he pulled out on the lot for me to test. I drove the RX 350, the ES 350 F Sport, and the IS 300 in one day. I was super indecisive after driving all three but Ryan was good about explaining options and allowing me to think about it without feeling pressured. He kept in contact with new inventory and I came back in on a seperate day to test drive the IS 350 F Sport. Still unsure if I was going to go with a lease or CPO at this point, and still no pressure from Ryan. Eventually I came in A THIRD TIME to sign off on a lease for the IS 350. I was SO pleased with the friendly, no pressure service I received from the sales team- the financing department was super quick as well. I was in and out of Lexus with my car in a matter of an hour and a half, wrapped up in a pretty bow and all. Definitely outstanding service here, from everyone on the Lexus team that I interacted with. THANK YOU! I am a now a full convert from German cars and I am never looking back!

Iman was a great help when it came to servicing our IS250. He was knowledgeable about warranties and helped us get our dashboard and door panels replaced! I came in for an oil change and to get a headlight fixed and Iman was able to determine that only our bulb needed to be replaced. Overall great customer service and will keep you up to date on your vehicle.

I had the battery replaced two years ago for my IS250 and its dead (likely due to the fact that i didnt drive this car for a long time due to pandemic and I drive the other car for occasional grocery shopping and errands ). I took it to Tustin Lexus, where I purchased the car. Fortunately, its still under the warranty and they replaced it and upgraded the software for free. They also loaned me another Lexus car during the service for free. Great place; great people and great service!
