Be aware - I went into the store to buy a cell phone and the sales associate offered me television service.I inquired about a specific sports channel and he said it was included in the plan. As an added incentive, the sales associate promised me a $200 VISA rewards card if I signed up for the television service. I took advantage of his offer.Well, the sports channel was NOT included and I had to upgrade the television package (more money). Also, the promised VISA rewards card was not honored.To top it off, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager after AT&T corporate recommended I call to escalate this issue and resolve it.When I called, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and had to call back. When I called back, I was totally blown off by the associate and told a manager was not available. I asked why I was left on hold for 20 minutes and why someone couldnt pick up and tell me a manager was not available. He replied he didnt know and he was helping me now and there was nothing he could do about my incident.This store and their associates are not friendly or knowledgeable about their product and they lack professionalism. Above all-they DO NOT honor what they promise...any potential customer should be very cautious and challenge anything an associate promises you.

My experience went very well. My service representative was kind and attentive and truly cared about the reason for my visit. I wish more businesses could provide the quality of service that he did. Thank you.

Amazing experience! I was switching over to AT&T after leaving Spectrum, Liz quoted me over the phone. When I came in Liz and Jackie were able to get me set up with a new cable / internet plan. The experience was fast and easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes! They helped my mother navigate through how to utilize the new devices. Overall, amazing experience! Props to the manager who’s leading the team here, everyone was pleasant!

Walked into AT&T to see what deals they had on the new iPhone 13. We also wanted to know ball park figures about adding a line to our account for our daughter. Michael came up and asked if we needed help. I was hesitant to take his time away from a customer that would actually buy something, but he said that he was here to help anyone and just had a wonderful demeanor. He took us through the deals in detail and explained what would happen to our bill should we move forward. He put us at great ease and kept all of our discounts on the contract most importantly the military discount.It has been quite sometime that I have worked with a salesman so patient, friendly and has excellent customer service. I came in with a doozy of a problem between my two accounts. We have a business account and a personal account, and it’s been kind of a nightmare for a couple years honestly. Michael G was SO patient and such an amazing problem solver. He consolidated everything, gave me some great solutions and honestly in the 7 years I’ve been and AT&T customer I’ve never had such wonderful service. I was there for over two hours and felt terrible that I had so many issues but he knocked them out, one by one, and had me laughing several times. I mean honestly who enjoys spending hours in a cell service store? I did. I had a lovely time and felt amazingly accomplished after walking away with every single of my multiple problems solved that haven’t been solved for at least two years. Thank you Michael. I’m a small business owner and I kept thinking he’s 100% the type of employee I’d want working for me. He really genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and I hope he knows how grateful I am that he solved so many issues for me.

There was a notice on my phone about data and photos about to be deleted soon. I clicked on the link and then all the photos in this phone seemed to disappear. I came in to this store to see Michael, the Samsung guy and he helped me out tremendously to find where those photos went. It means a lot because my moms memorial photos were among those that disappeared. I definitely recommend these folks if you need expert help in any way.

After having a terrible experience over the phone with customer service reps, I decided to go into the Tustin location and what started off as a horrible day, Michael immediately turned that around and it ended being the best customer service I have ever received. Michael went above and beyond to resolve my issues and even found better deals for me to take advantage of and what seemed so difficult for the over the phone customer service rep, Michael was able to fix with ease. I will definitely be using this location as my home base.

This At&T store is phenomenal. My wife dealt with Dacha, one of the managers, and a week later I dealt with Liz, another one of the managers. Both were knowledgable, attentive and really cared about the decisions they were affecting when speaking with each of us. I bought a new iPhone 13 Pro MAX, and Liz not only spent 90 mins with me getting everything set up and moved over...she also took the time to prep the screen for a new protector I bought in-store and expertly applied it, saving me from the inevitable grains of dirt and bits of hair I wouldve gifted that phone had I muddled through the application. OH...and I didnt even ask. She just did it. My wife said Dacha was just as incredible. I find that hard to believe, but hey...the wifes the boss. Lol

Christian helped us out with new phones for the whole family, trade-ins and upgrading our family plan. He was knowledgeable, very patient with all of our questions and put up with our jokes. We came in on a Saturday, talked with Christian, shopped a bit, got a quote, thought it over. We came in the next day, met with Christian and completed the deal for real!

I had to have my phone fixed after breaking the glass and Isaac was wonderful in helping me with my repair. He was courteous and attentive. My phone was fully repaired and like new in under an hour. While waiting a rude man tried to come in without wearing a mask. I believe he was the manager, Christian, promptly asked him if he had a mask. The man sad no why do I need one. The manager pointed to the door and said Sir we ask that you please wear a mask while in our store. If you wait outside we will get you one. The man walked to the doorway and just stood there. The manager again asked him to wait outside and said someone will be right with you. The man was mouthy and rude. I honestly feel he was only there to cause trouble and make a scene. The manager handled the whole situation with politeness and calm behavior. I was impressed with how well the whole store was run and how that situation was handled. You could tell the people working at this store truly care for their customers and their safety. We will continue to shop here as we appreciate great customer service.

I get text messages and send them so fast, I always have service it is so great. I dont thing I would need to come back until I get a new phone, because I havent had any internet problems. When we first got there right when we walked in someone came up to us. The whole thing lasted no more than 30 minutes

First off, I was trying to convert my prepaid to postpaid plan. During this process I was tossed around from ATT store to ATT store and then was told to call the ATT service line where I was tossed around for 3 hours to different service agents. When I came to this store I had it. But KENDRICK, went above and beyond to address my issue, it took 90 minutes but he worked and called agents and made sure everything worked out. This guy is amazing, 100% would not go anywhere but to the store this guy is in. Thanks Kendrick.

My wife and I dropped into this location today nexus’s my wife was in need of a new phone. We were immediately greeted by Harrison Hough who took our name and put us in the queue. A few minutes later he returned and began asking us what our needs were. We explained what we were looking to do and he escorted us to a table to begin looking at the different options we had. He was very thorough and professional and explained everything in complete detail. We decided on an option and he went to work on setting up my wife’s new phone. He also asked questions and learned my wife was a teacher and he introduced a corporate rate for us. Overall the entire experience was perfect. We walked out completely satisfied with the entire transaction. I highly recommend this location and the professionalism of Harrison. Great job!

We went in store to find out how to reduce our monthly bill. They told us to upgrade all three phones so we bought the newest phones. They told us 4 weeks to ship. We received one new phone and it was wrong. Due to past experiences of AT&T turning off our phones (incorrect phone they turned off) we returned that new phone and cancelled the other two that had not arrived. They were supposed to refund my deposit and instead they charged me again. They could not reverse the charge in store and were unable to reverse the pending installment plan. Basically useless folks.

Walked in today to upgrade my iPhone and I was so pleased with the service provided to me. Carl and Karen were very attentive to my needs. This location by far is the best AT&T I’ve visited so far.

Unfortunately it felt like I walked into a dogfight. Nothing close to customer service at all. Unfortunate that the kids working here are trained and brainwashed to defend a billion dollar company rather than offer actual help to customers (especially my business line).I regret moving my business line to AT&T. Be wary.
