People at the T-mobile were so unpleasant and unprofessional they were not listening carefully at what I was telling them they insisted on selling me other phone and on top of that the did transferred my line from AT&T but did not know how to clear the screen that was asking for a code I did have it written on a piece of paper and kept telling her that that was the code she needed to fully activate my phone but she said no it was not and me back to AT&T to ask them how to unblock my phone knowing that they were closing soon too on that day and I needed my phone at the end I was kick out of the store because she said it was closing time and there was nothing else she could do for me only AT&T. after I got to my car I put on the screen the code it was asking for and the phone did start resetting right away and stared working I knock on the door to let know it was the code and it seemed the stared making fun of myself and whispering between the two coworkers that were closing on that day. Thanks it was a really unpleasant experience hope you guys get a more professional crew on the future.

They do not want you there. I was there to bring 8 lines from Sprint and they said I will be LOSING ALL 8 PHONES NUMBERS. Wow, really? Later when I contacted SPRINT, they KINDLY explained that we will get new numbers temporarily for 3-5 days and will EVENTUALLY GET OUR ORIGINAL NUMBERS. She just did not want to work.

Sent my oldest son down to the Tmobile store to pick up a scarf for my wife. It was a free scarf promotion through Tmobile Tuesdays. My wife had just had a full hysterectomy and was unable to come in person. I myself am at very high risk for COVID (diabetes/high blood pressure/middle aged etc.) and so I try to leave the house as little as possible. Well, the manager refused to honor the Tmobile Tuesdays code despite the fact that my son had her phone on his person. Irritated, I went down there myself.The Tmobile store is roughly the size of a large living room and there were 15 people crammed in there. Social distancing wasnt on the menu. One of the customers was even wearing their mask below their face. Mind you, this was in late January. At that time, someone in Orange county was dying ever 6 minutes from COVID-19. Statistically, one in 5 people in the county was infected with COVID. Following the statistical model, there potentially could have been 3 infected people in that room.When I asked to speak with the manager, he approached me with his mask below his nose. I explained to him that he was not wearing his mask properly and that I was at high risk for COVID due to my comorbidities but the jackass, in true Trumpian fashion, refused to wear his mask properly. He then proceeded to tell me that my son didnt have my wifes phone and didnt have the code. This was a bald faced lie since I picked up my son on the way to the Tmoble store and physically took my wifes phone off his person. When I explained this, he told me that it didnt matter because you had to be there in person to redeem the code.Anyway, I got a scarf using my own code but that isnt the issue. The issue is that there were too many people crammed into a small, non ventilated space. Social distancing was not enforced. Wearing a mask was not enforced. And, worst of all, the manager himself was wearing his mask below his nose and flatly refused to wear it properly. Unacceptable...

I never seen like this customer service, someone was jumping to my time when the guy started to work with my phone and took hours of my time, then the manager didnt keep his words when he saw something happend in his store, thats the worst customer service .

Since the merger with Sprint the lines are long every customer with new transactions takes up to 45 minutes each hell wait several minutes to get waiting. I am changing carriers.

I went there today with a 1 month old brand new phone that completely malfunctioned and would not work. They kept trying to sell me a new one and when I said the phone was still under warranty they suddenly said it had water damage (which it didnt). Dont waste your time here. Go to the T Mobile store at 17th and Tustin. They exchanged my phone no problem.

Great location and super close to me!Went in today and was helped by Chris. first I have to say THANK YOU CHRIS!omg everything was going great I switched phones and then when he transferred everything... It wasnt showing up in the new phone and we waited and waited and he had already put the old phone to factory mode...I thought I lost EVERYTHING all the pictures memories -_- yess i cried... But we finally got it and everything came back... It was completely my fault I had switched emails long story... But we fixed it and THANK you CHRIS for being very patient! I feel so bad because I could see He felt horrible! sorry CHRIS ...Yes place is so low key many people dont see it but hardly crowed when I go! Ask for CHRIS hell help you especially if your a crazy costumer like me.

Due to the high volume of fake five star reviews, the highest rating I ever give for the best company service is four stars. The same can be said for reviews that specifically mention individuals by name, but at the risk of sounding suspicious, I’m going to depart from my usual policy of NOT mentioning employees by name. For me, this is quite the exception.I arrived to exchange my recent insurance claim replacement for another as the original replacement had an internal defect. I’m not real good with technology, and after several replacement coupled with unrecoverable apps and data files, I was reluctant to do any exchange, despite the nuisance associated with my defective phone. Though the store was just beginning to experience a rush, Desiree was totally chill, taking the time to confirm all my pictures, contacts, and most importantly, Clash Royale score, stats, and data were properly posted to the replacement device. It’s refreshing to see today’s younger kids taking the time to help old neophytes like myself. Especially given my lack of patience, she’s quite an asset, no doubt future management material, if she so decides.

I am so overly happy!!! Because a couple months ago, the customer service person put my payment in the wrong account? So unfortunately I started at 11:30 in the morning and it took me till 5 p.m. at night and it still didnt get straightened out I ended up driving a total of 30 miles. And this month T-Mobile fully compensated me!!! For all my trouble, they paid for my payment this month! So I dont have one bad thing I can say about T-Mobile, Ive been a customer for 5 years!
