I was very happy with CPR Cell Phone Repair. I thought I was going to lose all of my data because my computer crashed and I was unable to get into it. CPR recovered all of my information. They also replaced my hard drive which has made my computer run even better than it did even when I had initially bought it. I would definitely use them again!

We used a different CPR in Tustin the last time were out here. This one was more convenient so we headed there instead. Joanna (I believe thats her name and I apologize if its not) cleaned the charging port on my phone and recommended that I take it home charge it up and see if that solved my problem. She could have, of course, signed me up for an expensive repair, and I would have known no better. I really appreciate the help and this ensures that Ill be back if I have any other problems. I dropped by cell just right and turned my screen into a spider web. I contacted the CPR in Tustin, they set an appointment time for me to drop off my phone. Repair an old iMac computer. The team at CPR are easy to work with, have very fair pricing and perform good work. I first went in with a problem with my iPad which I thought would need a new power connector. They immediately were able to fix the problem without requiring any new parts and did not charge anything. I also had an old iMac which I had given up on and they diagnosed and fixed that also. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

CPR was great. My pc kept shutting down on its own. Juan, the technician, fixed the problem within a few days so I would not miss of my zoom students. He also backed up all my data so that when I was available., the data could be transferred to my new windows 10 pc. He and the staff are very knowledgeable and care about the customers. My phone was having issues with a bad battery that was past its desired life, and when I took it in, the guy handling it was really cool. Communicating the problem, fixes, and procedures were easy and friendly. I perfectly understood what to expect and his analysis of the issue and possible causes. It was taken care of quickly and it was back to a fully working and happy little device very quickly. Also did a better job of applying a screen protector than my provider who I bought my phone from, so that’s an even bigger plus!Definitely happy with CPR, and would gladly recommend them.

I called before to confirm if they had my privacy screen in stock for my iPhone 11. I notified the person on the phone that the screen was input in incorrectly it was slightly off and I asked him if he could replace and would it cost anything due to the fact I have warranty and it was there teams fault for improper placement of the screen on my phone. The gentleman assured me that he would replace it and it would be free due to your warranty. I arrive and notify him and first warning signing is he is trying to sell me on and older privacy screen edition when I know that’s Not the most current edition for my phone. First warning sign and then he starts saying I can’t replace it and I reiterate that I called and asked him about the issue before and Clearly stated if he would be able to replace to save me the drive and time showing up. He then say I will try and correct but if not done properly I will charge you. I informed that the screen obviously off and if it was put right in the first place this wouldn’t Be an issue and I have warranty. This is a prime example of horrible customer service and just being cheap. The fact this guy tried to sell me on an older screen for my phone privacy screen just rubbed me the wrong way. Then he goes to the back and changes his tone of voice and speaks in a different language so that I don’t understand him and that just rubs me the wrong way l. I am not not some guy that just woke up in 2020 I know when someone is trying rip me off and I just told him I would take my services elsewhere. I highly don’t recommend him horrible experience today an wasted my lunch time on this . Another on another note the zagg retailer I went to before placed the screen and I didn’t like how they placed it on my phone and they with no hesitation took it off and put on a new one till I was satisfied . They also let me know if any bubbles or anything pop up we will replace for free just bring it in. The only reason I didn’t go to them if because they are closed to due to the current pandemic. I am absolutely disappointed in this customer service and would never recommend them to anyone save your time and money and go to the orange location.

Went to CPR to have two iPad screens replaced. They provided me an accurate quote on the phone. When I arrived they were very accommodating and friendly. My iPads were both ready by next day and received a call to pick them up. Would highly recommend using them for all tech repairs! I called another place first and CPR prices were also much better!

I had a problem with the volume after the phone was submerged in salt water. Afte going to one repair store and was told it would be expensive to repair and without any warranty. I stopped into CPR in Tustin and in 15 seconds the tech fixed the problem at no cost. These guys know what they are doing.

I took my cell phone into CPR because my screen was cracked. It is quite costly to replace a cracked Samsung Galaxy S9 screen, but they were the least expensive in the area. Aside from that though, the customer service was excellent. Ali was great. He answered all my questions, and put me at ease about the replacement. The part they ordered came in very quickly and they had my phone fixed within 40 minutes. He even gave me advice about a screen protector and new case, but didnt pressure me into buying anything additional. I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair.

They originally quoted me $99.00 to do a program install and recovery. They kept me informed for two days while they worked on it, it was done when they said it would be, and then they called to say, Since it was an easy install, were only charging you $59.00! Who does that ... especially when they know youre at their mercy? The computer is running better than the day I bought it two years ago; thats a fact. They certainly earned my business anytime in the future and Ive already told several friends about my excellent experience.

Replacement was good, iPhone screen did not come with the original “3D Touch” the X and XS Max came with, and True Tone doesn’t work. One middle eastern guy, most likely franchise owner has a bit of a condescending attitude. But what owner doesn’t.

Computer Guys of Orange County was a great experience. I called them up with a failing hard drive on my Mac and let them know I was on a deadline for completing work the next day. They took my computer in at the end of the day and worked to get it back to me with a new drive and transfer of gigs of information overnight. Great service at a reasonable price, I couldnt expect anymore.Additionally, my back-up drive failed and instead of just selling me a new one, they helped me get a new drive from the manufacturer at no cost.

My laptop had been susceptible to malware and the Computer Guys of Orange County kept my laptop for 24 hours to run some tests on it to ensure there was so virus on it and they had it ready for me within the time frame they promised. My desk top turn off upgrade button cause my home screen flashing on the following upgrade version of window 7 home premium system. I took my Asus laptop in because the mousepad was lifting on one side. CPR determined it needed a new battery, as it was swelling, causing the left side of the mousepad to lift and become unusable. They ordered the Asus battery, keeping me updated via text messages as to their eventual receipt of the battery and ultimate repair. I broke the screen of my iPhone 6+ today in the morning. Imtiaz told me the replacement costs 69$ and there is 1 year warranty. It took him 15 mins to replace the screen and meanwhile I did some groceries shopping. Very fast and high quality service. 4 stars!
