Its an easy place to pick up shipments. However some of the staff provide no customer service. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk into a store.

They do not open at 10AM just like they have online and in their entrance. I wait for 13 minutes and left because they benever come. Its been very hard to just get a new phone for my Dad and I had to come back to the store 3 time and have nothing resolve. I will change my dad to another company is ridiculous.

The Spanish man who works here quotes his own prices. Lucky for me my debit card was having an issue and i had to call my bank whick ultimately caused me to leave the store and go to the bank to pick up a temp card. Instead of going back to the original location i decided to find a different store and found out he overcharged me by 30 dollars. God works in mysterious ways & that guy is a thief. Thumbs down!

I had a package shipped there and the person behind the counter refused to give to me.

I had a wish order and they claim to not have it. Yet Mary scanned my phone and a few hours later wish emailed me that thr order had been picked up. Ive never had a store lose my orders. First and last. Lesson learned.

I actually dont use Boost Mobile but use the store as a ship to address for lower shipping charges. The last time there wasnt a wait at all; this time there was a short wait despite a few people already in the store... the guy see that I had a pickup barcode so he scanned it and got my package while he was still helping someone
