I used to really like this place, especially before COVID but now they’re always closed. I’ve shown up at 445a for a coffee. Nope. Closed. The sign said opened at 5a. So the next time I stopped by at 545a. Nope. Still closed. Add to the drama that I cannot get a refill drink and they don’t have the super gulp and I’ve decided not to trust the now unreliable 5 to 11 place.

Great service personel

On my way home stopped to get something at 2a.m. a sign on the door said closed for cleaning. I tried reasoning with the clerk but he said registers are closed. They are not open 24 hours they need to update their hours of business. For being a convenient store it wasnt very convenient.

Its pretty good. Cashier didnt want me to buy gift cards unless I used cash until I pushed it and he let me buy the gift cards with my debit card.

I dont like to leave to many reviews but, this has to be said. On 9/8/2020 Tuesday there was two woman working the counter one young and one older, They are not wearing any name tags that I cam see today so I will have to refer to the older female in this review. She is very rude, when I asked her for the price on an Item, she said rudely ( I dont memorize the prices in things) what she should have said is, im not sure what the price is, let me find out for you sir. Not to mention it should have to price on the shelving already. Maybe she should get off her cell phone and make a price for the shelf. Not to mention the item she was pushing was the item that uhad no price, also she said ( come on buy it, YOU PEOPLE LIKE BEANS) wow, what a sterio typical answer, a form of bigotry, I had never been treated so rudely and with bigotry in a 7-11 ever before. I would have not posted this but your phone number on google and on your receipts is disconnected. I guess the owner does not care to lose customers, I will never buy from this location again!!!!! Brutal to have been treated this way, If your were there you would have felt the and heard the rudeness.

It closes 12am-5am every day

I, just went right now at this location the lady that was there gave me Avery very bad customer servicde, she was very mean to me. I she doesnt do this to other people, and all this for just a cup of coffee. I, wish I can talk to the owner about this, but she didnt want to give me any information.

This location doesnt have the vegan silk creamer that is advertised on radio as well as 2 different signs inside the store. As well as did not have cold brew black coffee. Smh waste time and gas.

I have only been in this 7-11 a few times, but they are always friendly.They are major supporters of Tustin High School and the PTO there. We appreciate their generosity and support!If you are a Tiller, support them please!
