The car wash broke my girlfriend s satellite antenna cover (standard equipment) and the owner refuses to pay to replace it. My friend is the General Manager at a restaurant in the Marketplace and he is telling his customers and other stores to not use this station because of this. Too bad his recommendation will cost the owner more than the cost of replacing the antenna cover.

This is the cleanest gas station youll go to. Its very well maintained with a nice convenient store and a car wash. Ive gone here for years and never had an issue with anything. Prices are always competitive and if you combine Fuel Rewards and/or Ralphs Rewards, gas prices are usually some of the cheapest you can get.

This is a really popular Shell station. It is on the way from the residential area to the 5 fwy from Jamboree so the location is perfect to get in and out of. The car wash is ALWAYS busy so I expect to wait for 2-5 cars on average. I wont wait longer than that so I just keep driving if I see the line grow out into the parking lot of the shopping center. They have free water and air too. Their store is stocked with the usual quick bites and drinks as well as Lotto tickets.

This is honestly the best Shell gas station Ive been to. They recently went through a huge renovation and replaced all the pumps. They look fresh and of high quality. But what I love most about this gas station is their car wash! This is seriously a high quality car wash and the best part about it is it is sports car friendly! I have a lowered S2000 and never have to worry about my car being destroyed from the bottom. Top notch gas station/car wash!

I Like the place, but this morning at 7:00 AM, I was there. After filling out the tank it occurred to me to go inside the market to buy a lottery ticket, cause..normally gas stations sell lottery tickets...so the door was closed and this little mexican looking dude..after I asked he said we dont sell lottery ...maybe he didnt like my bewilderment because in the worse way almost treating he came again WHAT DO YOU WANT!...Seriously little dude...you dont treat customers like that, if your day is miserable I dont have to pay for it, you looked dangerous to me...like you are waiting for someone who dont take your customer service to do something...are you armed? Do you want to make some news? So little dude, Im not taking my business away, I like the place, so Ill come back to ask you something else, also Im asking friends to do the same, and we will expect good and kind answers...because we are CUSTOMERS! Dont treat customers like that...and much less in times like this...

Cashier 1 on May 4 went above and beyond for me with awesome world class customer service!!!! Give that girl a huge raise!!! She is genuinely sincere and works with great intagrity!!! Thank you so much!!!

They get four out of five star because the car wash has internal mechanical issue. I was stuck inside the car wash multiple times because the car wash was computer was frozen and I had to call the cashier from my car, using my cellphone to come get me out. Everything else is good.

Went in early in the morning to fill up with gas. Decided to use their car wash since the screen prompted the use. I go thru it and wait for the air blower to start. NOTHING!!!! I go to the cashier and ask about the blower and he tells me that in order to get the blower, I have to purchase the more expensive car wash! I tell him my car is all wet and that I’ve never had that happen at other Shells and he says “Thats how we do it here”. He was more interested in his magazine than customer service. Not coming here again. Taking my business elsewhere.

Had issues with my car wash code, and the Liz who was working that night did a great job solving it. She was very knowledgeable on how everything works in their station.

Gas is a bit expensive but car wash is definitely reasonably priced. Would definitely come here again if needed a quick wash. However, one thing to note is that drying the car after the wash costs a bit extra.

Always packed but traffic moves quickly. The main reason I usually come to this gas station is to put air in my tires so they are super friendly about that even though I dont have a gas vehicle.

Highest gas price in the area. Nice location. Close to the I-5. Located at a very busy intersection: Irvine Blvd and Jamboree Rd. Car wash available. Clean restroom.

Close to shopping. Has free air and water for your car, and a convenience store for you. We needed air in our tires.

Unhelpful people with terrible customer service. No effort put in their job. Always crowded. The store inside has overpriced chips etc with a Very limited selection. Avoid. There are chevrons and other gas stations 10x better

Even when youre making a lot of cars there you will get your gas in a timely manner. The cashier was really sweet and very helpful and friendly this is such a lovely and clean Shell station
