⛔️⛔️ Shared from Cleveland Smiths communication sent to CVS.comregarding the CVS Pharmacy, Store #8890 located at 17642 E. 17th Street, Tustin, CA 92780.WHAT DEPLORABLE SERVICE AND CONTINUITY OF CARE!!!!!!My son lives out of state and was in urgent need of prescribed medication. To ensure this timeline request was acceptable, my wife spoke with the pharmacy tech. She paid for the Rx, paid the additional delivery charge (for same-day delivery), and confirmed that the delivery was scheduled. This was done prior to 1:00 p.m.By 5:50 p.m., the delivery had not been made.I called the pharmacy and sat on hold. But to not lose my place in the line of the calls being answered, my wife called the general store (not the pharmacy) and was told the Pharmacy Department was closed.Now, he is still without his medication. Payment has been made. There was no call from CVS indicating a delay in the delivery nor status update. The continuity of care was dropped by CVS and its pharmacy team.Maybe if the service requested was along the lines of aspirin, Band-Aids, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi, I would be less disturbed by the series of events. We are talking about prescribed medicine for an acute health issue. ⛔️⛔️

Worse Cvs ever! Their self check always malfunctions and they are always short staff and they never know how their coupon policy works! Waited 10mins for someone to help at the self check out and when malfunctioned again decided to go to the line instead and you wait for like 30 mins in the line.

My local pharmacy and they always take care of me. sometimes i have a last minute prescription and they fill everything so quick it is amazing. the best group over here.

Very friendly staffs! We have been visiting this CVS stores for over a year, we love this place. The most attractive in here is its friendly staffs, and almost everyone in pharmacy department could call my name make me feel homey.

Pharmacy needs to learn to communicate better.I was told my medication had to be ordered. Then 2Days, I was advised that my prescription would be ready for pickup at 7pm.Then I called the following day to ensure that is was ready and I was advised that the medication was on back- order until April. I called another pharmacy (Walgreens) who said they could have it filled in 2 days. I drove to CVS and advised the pharmacist “Arther” that Walgreens would be calling to transfer the prescription.It was almost 6pm and CVS was getting ready to close so I asked if it was possible for me to give the CVS Pharmacist the phone number to Walgreens to transfer the prescription. The Pharmacist “Arther” rudely looks up and said “I already transferred it”. Didn’t bother following through to advise me while I stood there waiting.

They try hard during the crisis i really appreciate that they care.

Got a flu shot here; the pharmacist was really gentle. Definitely recommend this store if youre still planning to get a flu shot.

Always fast pharmacy service, but the staff needs to learn customer service and at least act like they dont hate their job. Rest of store staff is friendly
