Every vehicle we have purchased since 2000 was from Rob Green Auto in Twin Falls. We purchased extended warranties on these vehicles. The warranties they sell did not hold any value. The first policy we bought was not honored. The vendor declared bankruptcy. The second policy we purchased on our next vehicle covered the repairs when the car needed the transmission repaired. Evidently, the service department did not have the skill set to fix the problem even after 5 attempts. By the time the 6th attempt was tried, the warranty was expired. Ironically, there was no leak before they replaced the transmission! They said the repairs would cost us $5248.74 to fix a leak they caused! We feel forced to pursue other venues for future vehicle purchases and maintenance.

Bought a Nissan rogue. Salesman Dawkins went above and beyond working with my wife. Was disappointed with the poor detailing of the vehicle. Had tape left on the hood, water spots all over and cobwebs in engine compartment. Vehicle didnt have a full tank of fuel. I would buy another vehicle from here, but dont expect to get the quality of service one would want

Very good place to go had some mechanic work done quoted me a price. Then once a mechanic actually dug into it realized work did not need to be done did not charge me very awesome place to go get work done on your vehicle.

Info updates on my car greatly appreciated. Service was good the only downside was when we got home noticed a lot of leaking. Turns out one of the caps wà not tightened dow at all. I did inform the Service Manager.

Rubbed oil like on purpose all over my hood, my driver side door handel nd backdoor handle, idk why they needed to open my back door for an oil change but okay, also when i asked to clean it they said it would take about another 20 min like i have time to wait another half hr for their trash washes they do.

On March 19,2021,while traveling through from Denver to Seattle, after refueling at the Walmart at 7:00AM, I attempted to start my Canyon GMC to no avail. The battery was dead. Called AAA but they would be awhile. in the mean time the kind gentleman fueling behind me realized I was having trouble and in a home town small town sorta way offered to jump start my truck. Got it started then I noticed he was wearing a Rob Green Auto Group shirt. I asked if it would be possible to get me in at his shop and install a battery right away as we were needing to get on the road ASAP. He said he could get me in right away and to follow him to the dealer. By 9:00AM we were out the door westbound.Thank you all so much but a special thanks to Kirby Butler, our Guardian Angle, who came to our rescue at the gas station. Five star service all the way.

Just had my VIN inspection done from moving from California to Idaho. This place has a really nice waiting area with TV. The staff are very friendly it took just about 5 minutes to get the VIN inspection done. Thanks Rob Green Nissan!

Josh delivered the vehicle and showed us all the features and how to use them. Although I wont remember all of them he told us to contact him if we have questions and he would help us over the phone. Above and beyond 5 stars for Rob Green Nissans service department! My daughter and I were returning to Washington after a 10 day road trip when my Nissan Murano broke down on top of Sweetzer Pass. 96 miles from Twin Falls. I got on the phone to the service department while my daughter contacted AAA to tow the car.I cant say enough how helpful Phillip Rice was! He was on it and had us back on the road home after ordering a part for repair. Absolutley the best! Thank you Phillip and the great service dept!

Shane and the team at Rob Green made buying a car for our teenager a breeze. We went to other dealerships trying to sell us cars from the 90s for the same price we got a lower mile 2013 small SUV for my son! On top of that, when we found a problem when driving home, although the car was used and sold as is, the Rob Green team stood behind their service and fixed the issue. It is great when you can trust those who you buy from, and we do!

My wife an I had a not so good experience at the buick store..same dealership family. My wife found a car she really liked here at the Nissan dealership. We both was leary of even going there, but we figured wth we can give them a shot. We went in there yesterday and drove the car. My wife liked this car our 6 son liked it..more room. My wife started wheelin and dealin. We got what we wanted for our trade, got a payment we wanted. The salesman and sales manager that we dealt with was very nice we left there with a good deal. A far better experience it was like night and day between the two.

Needed service on my park brake. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the park brake. I feel I was treated very well!

They recently replaced my transmission and blower motor, they did such a great job and communicated everything in a timely manor. Will come back here again and we all future problems with the vehicle.

Our truck broke down for good after we brought it to the shop here. They didn’t fix the problem and now we’re stranded with $400 less in our pockets. They charged $360 for labor alone. If you’ve got a problem I’d recommend going to a shop where they won’t gouge you because they’re a highfalutin dealership.

My last visit at Rob Green Nissan was because my vehicle was leaking some oil and I needed them to see where it was coming from. The visit was ok they were able to figure it out without a problem. However that doesn’t mean I’d ever purchase another vehicle or recommend anyone to any Rob Green dealership simply because when I first purchased my vehicle the person in charge of all my paperwork added two different insurances That we’re close to 4,500.00 to my loan without my knowledge or concern. I went back to the dealer when I realized and they only helped me cancel the policies and nothing else. I didn’t get anything close to what they had charged me because it took me about a year to notice that my loan was not decreasing despite my every month payments. There for I will not give Rob Green dealerships my money again. needless to say..... I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Buyer beware....took my 2010 gmc in for service. They allowed a 16 yr old to drive it. He ran it into a pole... truck had no. Sold me a bonds on fender now it has over a quarter inch on it ... sold me a bumper to bumper warranty 3 years 36000 mile and now pick and choose what they want to fix... truck is a desiel sold me a car service contract that dosnt exclude fuel filters or chassis lub.. tryed to charge me a 100 dallors to grease it and 150 for a fuel filter...buyer beware they do not stand behind there vehicles..

I honestly cannot think of anything the Team at Rob Green Nissan could have done better. They were all Amazing from my Sales guys Juan and Carlos, the Sales Manager John, and to the gentleman who reviewed the IPAD app with me. The GM even took the time to come introduce himself to me, which he didnt have to do, as the deal was already a done deal. They were all very personable, made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase, and did everything in their power to get me into the car I wanted, at the deal I wanted. I will definitely be sending my friends and family in to see them.

I have had my vehicle in there twice the past six months and each time I get told my brakes are good after waiting weeks for them to get in and even though I was told I would be contacted my husband and I were the ones calling. No not only are my brakes squeaking again there is a horrid grinding. This was only 2- 2-1/2 months ago it was in there. Either the brakes are not being replaced as it is under warranty or you all like putting my life at risk. I dont want no phone number to call to discuss!!!! You put me at risk your GM can contact me. Not sure why it put my maiden name but my last name is Fisher.

I thought trying to buy local is the best option, but the truth is, dont buy from anywhere in Twin Falls. Theyre all the same. None are willing to go the extra mile and help out a customer. Even if you have cash in hand. Theyre all unwilling to help get a car that fits exactly what you are looking for, unless its in their current inventory. Very sad for our local economy.

Had my car towed there and my engine is currently being replaced. Previous to that I have had my oil changed and recall repair work done. So far excellent service.

Ive had trouble with Rob Green service department every time ive gone in to have work done. Ive had techs break bolts and just leave it that way, not install oil filters tight enough so it drips oil twice. The lady argue with me over a safety recall (not wanting to do the inspection) this last visit I picked up my Titan and took it to the local Toyota dealer and traded it in on a new Toyota Tacoma. They are much better to work with. I wont be talking to my friends or family about Rob Green Nissan unless its to tell them how poor the service is.

Great place to buy a car hands down!! Staff is friendly and understanding. They knew exactly what I wanted and they didnt try to steer me to something I didnt want. They stayed within my budget and got me financed through the bank I use now. Will continue to do business with them from now on.

The service was finished sooner than expected & my car was cleaner than when I brought it in.

When I pulled up into the service garage no one was there. I waited for 10 minutes, I finally went inside to ask if there was anyone that could help me. The girl paged them, and tried to call on the phone. Still no one. I waited another good 15 minutes before anyone came. The service once someone came was good.. but the 25ish minute wait for someone to help was ridiculous.

We had been in an accident and totaled our car. My daughter works here and with the money from our insurance company we had a decent down payment. A week after the accident I started looking at cars on their website. Last Wednesday we went down there to look at some of their cars. We chose a 2013 Chevy Impala its more comfortable than our last car but, thats OK we really like it.

Ok. I took my truck in to be repainted due to a car wash incident. (I have done business here two other times with paint work and been happy, this will be my last time)This was July 5th I dropped it off after setting it all up with them and insurance. I was told three weeks it would be done. I went back two days before the three weeks was up and almost nothing had been done to my truck. They apologized and set me up with a rental. I thought well at least they did that even though this is ruining my family’s summer camping and fishing trips I could wait another couple weeks. Well we went back in two weeks and apparently they had fired the staff. And STILL nothing had been done more to my truck. Plus the tires were all basically flat, all 4 of them. I got upset and left. Went back in the following Monday and was told things would get done. Well at least it’s been sanded and one thing was painted. Here we are in September and I STILL don’t have my truck. This ruined my our family’s WHOLE summer vacationing. My insurance recommended that I call better business and get a lawyer because we are owed some compensation for this sad mess we are stuck in with this place. I guess today is the day I finally get on that. I highly do not recommend this place at all. People are nice but the work is unsatisfactory.

Employees at Rob Green Nissan care about people and take the time to explain what you need to know in order to make an informed decision on the work you are having done. We had a rock kicked up by a truck and were able to get the problem taken care of right away before more damage occurred.

Nothing like being lied to as a repeat customer at this dealership. Bought our 3rd vehicle from here last month, wanted to do joint financing with my daughter since it was her car and to help a college kid build her credit. Finance and salesman told me that it would be easier for me to run my credit and just add my daughter to the loan at the bank. Well, talked to the bank today and they said a BIG Nope, cant be done without re-financing the loan. Yeah, wish I would have known that in the first place Rob Green finance and sales people. Thought you guys were the experts in that area of the business? Guess not, but hey, at least you got our money. Will have to think again about dealing with your company next time.

They could of washed my car better after I spent an extra 5.00 to wash it they left big dirt marks all over my car.didnt vacuum front very well.

If I need anymore parts for my Nissan Rogue, Ill get them from Dennis Dillon and have it shipped. I ordered a part online from Rob Green and paid to have it shipped to my house. Not only did I have to go to Rob Green to get it, they had no record that I had ever paid for a $1300 ECM. Does anyone actually work here?
