These guys have done an amazing job on my truck. They’ve not only done my headlights and taillights but also my lift, paint matched my tow mirrors. Top quality work, and will definitely have them doing more work on my truck in the future.

Its been over a week since I ordered my 21 f150 OEM non painted tail lights and I still havent received even a tracking number. They wont pick up my calls Im ready to just have my CC company step in and do it their way. Terrible customer service. I was warned but didnt listen. Lesson learned.

Don’t buy from them most of their lights leak and come with broken tabs and arn’t original. Would leave 0 stars if I could.... I’m also on a Facebook truck page and all you see is nothing but issues from this company don’t recommend. If you guys need custom lights check out eastern shore retros they are a good company to work with

Very bad customer service products come with broken parts already. Lots of moisture gets in and causes more headaches and shorts out your system....

Ordered a set of OEM headlights. The headlights were NOT OEM headlights, they were cheap and didn’t fit right! I demanded a refund but they flat out refused. They told me I would need to send the ones I had back, pay an additional 200$, and then I would have actual OEM headlights sent to me. Don’t buy from them!!!

Sent my headlights for my 2017 Ram 2500 to Tucker at Percision Retrofits. Had them paint matched as well as installed switchbacks. Got the headlights back and the paint color was not even close. Told me that he used the right paint code. Tucker told me to send them back because I was not happy with the way the turned out. While they were back in there possession I got a phone call from a buddy who does paint work (locally to me). He told me Tucker had called him and asked him what he should do to fix the problem. He asked him what kind of paint he was using. Come to find out it was a low grade paint. Tucker got a better brand paint requested by my buddy and then sent them back. Color match is now correct. Couple months later when I washed my truck for the first time, (because this truck only sits in the garage). The passenger headlight fills up with water/moisture. This truck was washed with a garden hose. Not even a pressure washer. He never met his deadlines and I had to cancel a trip because my headlights were not back the first time. They had offered to fix the moisture problem but after everything I’m a little timid to send them back for a 3rd time. The 2nd time they were returned with a broken tab from them having to separate the headlights lense. I would not recommend using Percision Retrofits

Ordered a set of painted headlights and mirror lights. The headlights were not oem headlights they were some cheap knock off which don’t fit right and the lighting pattern is horrible hot spots everywhere! The mirror lights all the did was order from recon and marked them up another $80. Ask for a refund on the mirror lights and and headlights but nope nothing, disputed with PayPal and all I got was a giant screw you and PayPal forced me to send the junk headlights back so I have no product and out 650 dollars. Don’t buy from this company totally scam artists!!

Buyer Beware! I ordered a front and rear emblem for my Ford Expedition. It took them two months to send them. Once received the front emblem was incorrect. I returned both emblems and asked for a refund. They wouldnt refund the full amount and Im now disputing with PayPal.
