They really took care of us. Bright in our Subaru legacy and just needed some recalls checked out. They inspected the car and told us things that out other mechanic didnt notice. Turned out a lower price then expected as well. Didnt pay an arm and a leg. Will come back here for more service.

Sold a truck that had an exhaust leak upon delivery. Tried passing it off on transport company. Exhaust leak was at the motor. Not willing to help or participate with any of it. As explained vehicle wasn’t driven and it took two weeks just to get a shop to look at it. Amazing the exhaust leak happened right when I got it. A solid, reputable company would participate at least partially.

Turned out they had the exact vehicle I wanted in transit, so I was able to work with Kala to put down my deposit. Kala was extremely responsive to both calls and emails and helped to start the process of purchasing my new car and trading in my old vehicle. Since I was driving down from the Boise area, I was able to provide pictures of my trade to get an estimate on the trade-in value. I have purchased 4 vehicles now from Twin Falls Subaru and will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. After totaling my 2022 outback wilderness in a rollover accident I was hesitant about being able to comfortably get back into a vehicle without having anxiety. The service bay is immaculate! The waiting room has everything a stranded traveler could hope for including comfort, wifi and delicious coffee. Left with a decent experience. Don’t expect 2 keys for used vehicles, a full tank of gas or windshield cracks to be sealed. Good trade in price and purchase price on used vehicles but lacking in these other areas that I would expect.

Took my Subaru in for a free safety inspection to find out there was a head gasket leak. After having just changed the head gasket about 3 years ago I had my doubts so i decided to get a second opinion. My regular mechanic inspected it and said there’s nothing wrong. Won’t be taking my car back or trading it into these folks when the time comes for a new car.

I did provide them with a complete copy of all the maintenance work that has been done to my 2014 so they knew what to address. The only fall back is they did not have in stock the specific type of spark plugs the car needed. I plan to have those installed when I take it to a Subaru dealer closer to my home.

Update: The service manager, JT, called to ask me to bring the car back, which I wont do. Ill attend to any issue myself, because the courtesy inspection was anything but courteous. Chalk that up to my pride, but its unfortunate this even happened this way. At this point I wouldnt be comfortable having brakes worked on.Initial: Sales and pricing arent the problem. In fact, the problem I had is one employee at a service desk. They had to hang up in the midst of fighting with their kids on their personal phone to help a customer. I was told the brakes had no problems. Clearly already irritated from their interrupted phone call they told me, when I tried to further explain my worry, that potentially faulty brakes (on a car purchased the previous weekend) were not their problem and that any concern I had was not the problem of Twin Falls Subaru. This is after it was noted on my purchase agreement that the brakes were to be looked at.The front end was great, but this interaction will keep me and anybody I speak with regarding this dealership away. Maybe if I had purchased a more expensive vehicle they would have handled the situation with more care.

We had an excellent experience at Twin Falls Subaru working with Regi Baliola in connection with our purchase of a Subaru Outback. Regi is very friendly, personable and informative. He was great to work with, and we felt he was clearly working to help us make the right decision for us and not just trying to sell us a car - and I mean that. He was patient throughout the entire process which was important as we never felt rushed to make our decision. I don’t believe you could find a better person to work with at any car dealership.

On Oct 01, took my Wifes 2013 Subaru Legacy in for a winter service/safety insp. While waiting for service to be performed, my Wife decided to check out the inventory. She located a 2019 Ascent. She was assisted by sales assoc. Regi Baliola. The young man was very polite, courteous, and explained many of the featuresof the auto. My wife was pretty much sold before we returned to the sales office.We have purchased severalautos through our lives together. The process with Regi was so expeditious we were almost speechless.We were under a time constraint to meet a contractor at our residence. When the paperwork was completed, we returned home. My Wifes new/slightly used auto was delivered to our front door by Regi, and the keys to our Legacy turned over to Regi. With two more signatures from my Wife and I the deal was done.Estimated time invested for the purchase (paperwork) was approx. 1.5 to 2.0 hrs. Best sales experience ever. No fuss, no muss. Regi is a sales associate. that will guide you through the process smoothly.If you are in the market for a new or used auto Twin Falls Subaru is the place to go, and Regi is the Man to see.👍👍👍👍👍

Dealing with this dealership has been horrible. My husband and I started looking for a vehicle and working with this dealership, and like typical car salesman - they were all great up until the point when you sign the agreement to purchase a vehicle, then once they have you, all customer service appears to go out the window. We had a hard time getting a response from the dealership, we had to pay money out of pocket to repair a windshield that was broken at the dealership and the dealership was originally supposed to replace but they asked that we pay out of pocket for repairs and they would reimburse us for it. We held up our end and have been waiting and waiting to get our reimbursement back. We purchased the vehicle in April and it is now July. People cant get away with not making your car payment but they sure can hold your money as long as they like. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to folks.
