Service was good. The guys were straightforward and direct (helps to be so yourself). Their prices on packages for new vehicles were solid and no bs.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! A family member bought a Land Rover that is 1 year old. I was with the family member At the time of the purchase. Because I am familiar with the mechanics of vehicles, I personally asked them if the vehicle had been gone through, if there was any maintenance done to it or if the oil was changed recently. These sales individual reassured us time and time again that they go through each and every vehicle when they get them, prior to selling them and do a full maintenance check. We recently took the vehicle in to have the tires rotated and balanced. The mechanic at leschwab found that the lug nut had been cross threaded so badly that it could not be put back on and a new one would have to be ordered from the dealership. Then they told us that someone previously had taken a sledgehammer to the brakes and had sheared off a metal piece such that the metal was rubbing up against the tire, that was then put back on the vehicle. As if nothing was wrong. We ordered the lug nuts from land rover Boise yesterday, we got them today. We took them to leschwab and was then told that the entire wheel hub component would have to be replaced because the lug was crossed threaded so badly that the new lug nuts would no longer fit on the bolt securely. When trying to reach out to Twin Falls Toyota about this, we have gotten nothing but the run around so far, are still waiting for a call back from the actual manager and we were shamed for taking the vehicle to have its typical maintenance done on it, by the assistant manager. These people talk out of their rear ends, they are not worth their word & ARE NOT UPSTANDING PEOPLE!!!!!!!

First experience: I didnt feel like our salesman (Nathan) was too pushy, but then again we were ready to buy a vehicle so he didnt really have to do too much selling. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer most of our questions and explain car things to us. I would buy another car from them in the future. (5 Stars)Second Experience: I was told it would be quick to stop by and pick up the purchase agreement, I waited about an hour and a half to get the purchase agreement. Also, I felt like I was being chewed out when I opted not to get the extended warranty. Then I went back to pick up my vehicle later, I told them when I was coming to pick up the vehicle and was told that they would be ready. I came with the check from the bank and my personal check ready. I waited over an hour to meet with the finance guy. Then it only took ten minutes. This in my opinion is very poor customer service. Why is there only one guy that can do the finance stuff related to my vehicle? I would have to think twice about coming back here, only because I like Toyota vehicles. (2 Stars)

Excellent staff — extremely helpful and all straight shooters. I came from Texas to pick up a new Tacoma I purchased through another dealer. Even though they weren’t receiving commission on the sale, the team (particularly Steve and Jake who both worked with me) took considerable time and energy to show me all the quirks and features on the vehicle, and before the payment went through Jake gave me a ride to a hotel they recommended and picked me up in the morning.Great guys - would send anyone over to Wills.

Once I made my choice, he was in contact with me each step on the way until the truck arrived at the dealership. We sat in my truck and he clearly explained each and every detail. Scott took time to explain each of the additional options I could purchase that would expand my coverage and at no time did I feel any pressure to but any additional options. Nor was there any pressure by anyone. Something I really appreciated. It was very clear to me that they were and would continue to be available to me. WORST DEALER EVER !!! I was told by Wills Toyota in Twin Falls Idaho, when I bought a used vehicle that they go through the vehicle thoroughly from top to bottom before they sell it.I bought a 2020 used vehicle and only had it for less then a month, when I had the tires rotated and balanced as I do with all vehicles, when Les Schwab discovered that 1 of the wheels lug nuts had been totally stripped and it could not be safely put back on, also someone had taken a hammer to the break pad. When I called Wills Toyota to talk to a manager I was connected to the Online Sales Manager Dusty. He proceeded to shame me for taking the car in for tire rotation and balance, not 1x did he ask me for photos or reports, or ask me to bring it in so they could look at it. I was then told that one of the owners/managers would call me back. No CALL. I also had asked for last date of oil change and they would not give me this information.This vehicle then cost me $800.00 to take it to a dealer to fix the wheel, bearing and lug nut, also 1 day of my time and 4 hours to drive to Boise and back to have work done right. I would never recommend anyone buy from this dealership ever !!!It really amazes me to this very moment how you and your organization lack the basic customer service skills needed to insure a good customer experience. Instead of taking the time to right this review, you should have picked up the phone and called me directly, the individual that made the purchase from you !!!After Reply from GM /Owner at Wills Toyota: I replied:Why on earth you would reply to my daughter’s comments, instead of reaching out to me directly is ludicrous. The fact that you stated “alleged claims” shows again, how your organization BELITTLES anyone who has a issue with the purchase they made from you. Shopping for cars is never my favorite thing to do, but I did enjoy my experience at Wills Toyota. I showed up out of the blue, and Barry was right there to ask me what I was looking for. He walked me around the lot, pointing out various vehicles that would fit my parameters, but he did not pressure me in any direction.I ended up selecting a car I liked, we test drove it around, and now I own it.
