Oh my goodness... I dont even know where to start, and this is not going to be short. I cannot rave enough about how far above and beyond the staff at the tmobile on Cheney went for us. We are here from out of town and needed to kill some time and I knew we were due for some upgrades so we stopped by tmobile to see what we could do. We decided on what we needed and the staff went to work for us. By NO fault of their own we were still there for about 2.5 hours after closing (the call center wouldnt answer the phones - so not the staffs fault) and I felt terrible the staff had to stay SO long after closing (lord knows I absolutely despise having to stay so long after closing at my work) and I explained to them multiple times that I was Not mad at them, and that they werent going those on any sale because we would come back in the morning, but they were determined to get things worked through for us (we werent in any hurry), but they felt bad we had to wait for so long... needless to say with what they did for us, we walked out of there with 2 Samsung galaxy 21 ultras, 2 Samsung galaxy 4 smart watches, a harmon/kardon speaker (EXCELLENT sound quality FYI) AND new new phone for my son for LESS than $500... if you have ANY idea how much any of those items cost individually ($500 is LESS than Half of the cost of just 1 phone) we made out like a bandit... I almost felt like we took advantage of them, but they were insistent to make sure we walked out of there satisfied... and to say just that is an understatement!! Thank you guys... SO grateful.

This store provides excellent customer service. So far, I have worked with several agents: Jennifer, Sergio, Logan, and Ellis. They are all knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, and very young people.Jennifer, has confidence, and is quick and clear with explanations on the promotional program’s benefits for me. I appreciate her for not pressing me to be enrolled; she gave me time and room to make my own decision.Sergio helped me to sign up into the program, set up the first line, trading the old phone for a new one, and purchasing T-Moble internet service. He was very careful with all documentation and downloading.Logan worked with me on the second line, moving all my apps information & pictures from the trading phone. He was very attentive and professional.Ellis worked with me twice, more than anybody else. First time, he helped me with my questions on the phone and clarified the payment info on promotional purchase the tablet. Second, several days later, with activation and customizing the tablet. His patience, respect and focus on all my requests impressed me a lot.This store certainly has a team effort. I highly recommend this store to those who are looking for professional service and dedication to the customers’ needs.

This gentleman is very good at this job and willing to go the extra mile. T-Mobile in Twin Falls is our go-to mobile provider because of Bryson, his friendly co-workers and the promotions offered.

Me and my family went in earlier today to get a family plan and they were super helpful and fun! We had to do a little waiting because a member of my family had to call anther phone carrier to get her pin and the workers had no problem waiting and talking with us til we got it sorted out! Over all i am very happy with the store, my plan, my new phone, and T Mobile as a whole!!!

I wanted to try T-Mobile to see what kind of reception to expect in the more barren areas of Idaho. So a month ago I walked into this store asking about plans and pricing. I was informed I could get a free SIM card on the $40 prepaid plan. Now, ready to try their service, I am getting a completely different story. The manager told me they would have to charge $20 for a SIM card, and now it was only free if I got the $50 plan. T-Mobile insisted that I pay for the SIM card rather than honoring what their sales representative told me. Go with AT&T instead: its the same price with auto-renewal, top gsm coverage carrier, and same amount of data with rollover.

Had an issue with my hot spot not being what i needed or thought it was They worked extremely hard to get me set up in a way that I was extremely satisfied with covering all my needs I have been with T-Mobile since 2006 Id have to say that this was hands down the best customer service I have received, from the manager all the way down to the newest employee you can tell the people truly enjoy working with each other and can truly empathise with their customers which is a rare thing to find in this modern world I highly recommend this store

Alfredo got me handled efficiently, the whole crew was energetic and positive. A few suggestions for services and offers, but no pressure, very pleasant experience for my first trip in here, on a Monday afternoon and no crazy wait like Ive usually experienced at Verizon...I switched over my one line to T-Mobile from Verizon(which was generally $56+ for 2gb). Brought a used $300 att unlocked Samsung note 8 to use.(previous phone a Verizon Note 5 to upgrade from)My old Verizon phone number was ported over to my new phone/line surprisingly smoothly.$26.50 for 1 sim card ($13 for 2 on Amazon if youre not in a time crunch).No other charges due upfront ($55/month military, usually $70/month for one line)So far service is working well, time will tell, but Im looking forward to see how it performs on tmobile gogo in flight on Delta flights and international, 2 of the 3 biggest factors I finally decided to try Tmobile out(the 3rd being unlimited data vs Verizon 2gb for similar price.)

I am disgusted with the service I was provided at the store the manager Erika was snobby and rude and ignored me half the time I was speaking to look at her nails and her coworker was just as rude and acted like I was a waste of time. I asked her if she could help me delete contacts from my WhatsApp, and she told me I had to contact that company to get walked through it and basically told me I needed to leave if I was not purchasing a new device I asked Erica who her higher up was and she told me there wasn’t anyone I could call to complain about her/ I called the magic valley mall store to file a complaint but was told they aren’t the same dealer but went in to the magic valley mall store later that evening and was given way better service and help. belle and Sara at the T-Mobile in the mall are amazing and I will never be returning to the Cheney store. If someone could provide me the T-Mobile corporate number please

Went into the store to get our sons phone screen unlocked. The two people working were very rude and told us there was no way to unlock the screen on the phone and the phone was no longer usable. They offered no help at all and acted like we were waisting there time. Customer service at its worst!! When we left we called customer service and within minutes they were able to walk us through the steps to unlock the screen.

They were extreemly polite and respectful. They all put forth the extra effort to ensure my needs and my familys needs were exceeded. People like that are the real reason I have stayed with T-Mobile for about 20 years now and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as the core of the company remains like the people who assisted me today. Place was very clean and comfortable and the T-Mobile rerepresentatives were of good demeanor and well groomed.

Awesome Service! I use Tmobile for communications between my GPS Trimble device and my drone and Base station with GSM networks and now I cam verify that base and rover and drone are in constant communication so I will never los e connection whil doing my work...thanks guys

I was very unhappy with the service that i received and that’s because they immediately lied to me to try and gain a sale. Here is what happened:I was gifted an iPhone from my boyfriends mom which she has AT&T so I went online and got an unlock request from at&t to carrier unlock the device since it was no longer being used with at&t and was completely paid off and not locked i any way other than to a specific carrier. I called at&t after I received an email stating my unlock request was accepted and that I could put any other carrier sim into the phone and it would work! This was great news except the phone I had previously had too big of a sim... so I then proceeded to call T-Mobile and see if they could send me a sim or if I could just pick one up, and they advised me to go to the nearest store. So the next day I went to T-Mobile and explained that the phone was carrier unlocked and that I needed to purchase a new sim. They immediately said that no at&t iPhone would work with T-Mobile network since they run off different towers (which they don’t) and that if anything I would only be able to get phone calls and texts! I then proceeded to ask him to explain why it wouldn’t work and why neither at&t nor T-Mobile when I was on the phone with them said anything about this? They didn’t know they just said it wouldn’t work. So I asked the sales rep to put his T-Mobile sim into my iPhone and see if it would work, which he did and at first my phone didn’t pick up LTE network which he was excited about... but after another few moments it picked up the LTE network and was able to send and receive calls... HAHAHAHA he was very embarrassed. So he took out his sim and gave me my phone back. I then took my service to my other local T-Mobile store and asked them why the T-Mobile store in the mall would have said this to me and he said “they lied to try and get a sale, I’m so sorry”... this is just pathetic because if I wasn’t technically inclined in the phone industry I would have believed the guy who told me it wouldn’t work and he would have gotten me to buy a brand new phone when I didn’t need to. Don’t let people take advantage of you!!!! I will never go back to this store!!!

Rant to T-Mobile on Cheney drive: I went in yesterday to get data switched on my phones only to be told that their machine wasn’t working and they were unable to. That’s BS, because they never used a machine before. The manager was extremely rude to me and basically shunned me away since I wasn’t buying anything.Rave to Sara the manager at the Magic valley mall location. She went above and beyond to transfer my wife and i’s information without pushing a sale on us. She even apologized on behalf of the other stores behavior, and said she would reach out to keep that from happening again. She kept us busy with showing us how to use our new iPhones and even set up our Apple ID’s for us. If it wasn’t for her we may have switched carriers. Thank you Sara, you truly are what a company should look for in an employee.

I went in for both a billing issue and also had a problem with the cord they have me to charge my phone while in the car. It not only did not charge the phone but made the phone unusable while plugged in. They refused to do a return because it was past the 14 day mark. Also they were not pleasant to me either. I have been with them for about 25 years. Dissapointing

Poor Customer Service... Went in to pay a bill and a employee named pito offered me a bogo free in a iphone 8 and i made sure its bogo and he said yes. I get a iphone 8 and get the 2nd one free.. turns out its supposed to be add a line and get the 2nd phone free. They told my cousin i need to bring the phone back they never called me and told me i called them and asked them whats going on... A supervisor named Ericka spoke to me and i explained her the situation she was very rude and told me to either take the phone back or pay $20 a month extra. Not the first time this store has messed up.

Three issues with this company. The service was not good quality, the billing was done incorrectly, and employee scope into your account is limited.Billing Issues:When I spoke with the sales representative I couldnt have been more clear I wanted a pre-paid plan. Somehow I ended up with a post-paid account. When I left T-Mobile I ported my number and assumed everything was good since I was under the impression I had a pre-paid account. Not even two weeks after porting my number to another carrier I receive a notice in the mail that I owed T-Mobile money and that the value has been sent to collections. This was only 11 days after I ported my number, and was the first noticed I had received about owing any money. I ended up taking care of the payment which Im told will resolve me of any owed money, but none the less not pleased with the scenario.Employee Scope:Upon finding out about the billing mishap I called T-Mobile as well visited their store and neither were able to provide me with information about my billing or payment history. I had to request a copy of my account statements be mailed; mailed, not emailed. Waste of time and paper.Service Problems:I came from another carrier to get a good deal on a phone upgrade. The people I worked with at this location were great and very helpful. Unfortunately the service itself is the worst Ive ever seen. Missed many calls because my phone simply didnt ring. Been unable to contact my partner because calls wouldnt go through. MMS failed frequently even after adjusting the APNs and Wi-Fi calling features. Reception is a lie, couldnt send text in a few towns over even with four bars. Costs are a $15 more a month than carriers with better reception and more data. Lastly, T-Mobile Tuesday sucks! Most of the rewards are gimmicky and requires sign ups, or are simply things not worth getting or not offered in this area. I definitely wont be trying T-Mobile again, for a very long time.
