I came in and switched from Boost. Boost tried everything they could to not give us our account numbers but they helped. They also helped us with the EBB program. These ladies know what theyre doing. They have excellent customer service also. 10 outta 10 recommend.
The people at the store actually pretty nice they got me a good deal on my phone and I was able to bring a phone from other places and get it hooked up Im paying $10 a month
Husband bought a phone and in the same day exchanged it for another phone. The next day he went in to change it and the Manager said that it is again policy. Called the customer line and online chatted with a CSR and they said that wasnt policy. You have seven days to return a phone. In the end we got our refund. It was ridiculous what we had to do just to have them follow their return policy. Just stick to online account management and ordering. Youll save money and the headache.
You got to love your phone ... until your phone doesnt love you back. I just had a full on anxiety attack when my phone quit responding at all. Nothing I did was working and I thought that my phone had given up the ghost or had frozen forever. All the tips in the owners book werent working and I was set to have a meltdown. Before I gave in to that urge, I went to MY cricket store for help. The ladies fixed my phone, which had gotten locked and dont ask me how cause I have no idea, in less than 3 minutes while answering the phone and grabbing what the other customers were after. MY cricket store is the best, as are the ladies that work there.
The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. the women at this location have NASTY attitudes and lack good customer service. Perhaps cricket should consider hiring kinder people because the services cricket offers are great, but the lack of customer service has me not wanting to switch carriers.
How you going to let a long time customer loose business and have to go else where due to you not honoring glass replacements.? Ive got glass replaced at a discounted price & was told due to manager discretion we dont do that anymore LIKE WHAT!?
Terrible customer service and rude and not trying to promote or even help i litterly had the worse service if I could call it service I went to Verizon they cost more but worth it

If I could give them no stars I would.... They do NOT care about any of their customers. I have tried over and over to get help and every employee refuses to help or even sound somewhat empathetic. Do NOT even try to call them because they will just put you on hold so they can hang up on you. I WOULD rather have no phone then ever work with this company again!
Olivia helped me with my hotspot interface, a very useful tool for my business. She is capable, kind, and courteous. I give Olivia my highest recommendation, she is an example of the best kind of employee.
The employees there do not pressure you or keep bugging you. They let you look around and when you are ready to get what you want, they will come over and help you. The phones are not pricey and the service is great. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good cell phone and good carrier to go there.

They have good phones and good service. But the prices are outrageous. For example they charge $5.00 to go in the store and pay your bill. Its a $25.00 charge for them to switch over the little sim card in the back of your to a new phone. And you can do it yourself but they say you cant. Also you cant just buy the phone you have to get a service with it. I go through cricket but I wish I could change these things.
Isaac went up and beyond to help us. He made sure we got the best deal. He was very honest.

Half the time my service sucks, and I just put a free trial for deezer to try it out, and I get a message saying that my account doesnt allow the deezer premium or whatever the crap it is. In all I dont like that they give you these options and dont allow you to use them!!!

Ive been busy with work and havent had time to post my review! I went in asking about plans and promotions. A younger lady and an older lady who were in the store welcomed us, but it took a while for her to come see what we needed as they had not left the phones. When I asked about their service and what they offer, the lady seemed upset. Then he asked me well what do you want, thats when I repeated myself and said what do you have to offer? I am a paying customer I WANT A REASON WHY I SHOULD CHOOSE YOU! I finally lost the purpose of choosing you as a company because NOBODY CONTROLLED THE CONVERSATION. I was doing everything and asking the seller questions! If you are looking for something simple and boring, CHOOSE HERE!

Terrible place. You cancel your Line in a week because your Area does not have coverage. They do not want to return your money because according to their Policies, it is Prepaid blablablabla. (They never tell you when you go to activate lines in this office) to finish they charge you for the SIM card. And if you call Customer Service they will tell you that they are Free)
