I ordered a new phone and went to pick it up at go wireless. Bianca was the sales rep that was assisting me with my purchase and when I commented the phone wasnt what I thought it would be she took the time to explain the differences in the models and immediately suggested we cancel and order another. Bianca is friendly professional and there to help the customer with what they want and need. Bianca is a great employee and asset for the go wireless store in Twin Falls, Idaho. If you want excellent Version customer service the Go Wireless is where to go.After visiting the Version store at the Twin Falls mall resulting in extremely poor service. I went to Go Wireless. Lupe helped me replace my phone due to the battery being bad. When the new phone arrived Alex helped me get my new phone setup and working perfectly.Kudos to Lupe snd Alex for great customer service and support.Thank you

We went into this store earlier this spring to get new phones and an upgrade. We thought we were getting great service. The young gal that helped us out was very helpful in finding us deals but what earned her a one was when she told us that if we brought in our first bill that she would help us waive the activation fee on both phones. When I did return later with the bill I was told that they could not do that, they never did that. So what had helped sway us to buy that day was not true. We were also not told that there was a $25 charge per phone to set them up for us that day. We will not be going back to this store ever.

Lupe, the manager of the Verizon store in TwinFalls, was amazing! He managed to walk me through my new phone with incredible ease. I came in with questions and he always took care of them with a smile on his face! He was an absolute pleasure to work with!

My experience with the store is very limited. There were two employees, both of whom were helping other customers. There was a line 6 deep wrapping around the back wall of the store. Many of their displays were empty with the wires hanging out where the phones used to be. For example, the Google area had only one copy of a pixel 5, with four additional empty spots featuring empty phone cradles and disconnected wires. They may have excellent customer service, but I dont know. I waited 20 minutes and then left when the line hadnt moved.

Great customer service and had what i needed in stock.. Quickly fixed my phone and got me on with my trip.

I have heard about this Verizon store’s customer service, but my family has always gone to the main Verizon store in our town. I went to the other Verizon store about 2 months ago and after waiting 30 minutes to get help they said they couldn’t help and didn’t even put forth effort to help us solve our problem (troubleshooting lasted about.2 minutes). I finally went to GoWireless and I didn’t wait at all to be helped. Alex immediately helped me and when she was uncertain of what to do and Josh was finished helping a customer he helped me. Brent offered ideas in between working with customers. I received help for 45 minutes AND they were able to resolve my problem. THANK YOU for continuing to search for a solution!! This is the Verizon store I will always choose to go to.

I just got the Samsung Note 8! Jose was the employee that helped me and did an excellent job of getting me the best deal. I love this Verizon store. Its not all crazy busy like the one on Blue Lakes, so Jose was able to help me and was very friendly, yet professional. Would and will recommend any family and friends to go see him at Verizon! I do love it!!!!!! The my bullfrog location is much better as far as customer service and support. The staff there are very prompt and helpful with all troubles and transactions. Andrew and kaylynne are the most helpful representatives Ive worked with yet in my more than three years with Verizon. No matter what I come up with to pester them with they both keep warming smiles and quirky sense of humor about them. I highly recommend this location as well as visiting with these two individuals. I promise you will find that they can help you out and keep you up to date.

This is my second time in this Verizon store and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Today I came in because I lost my iPhone and was lost without it. Andrew went above and beyond any customer service I have received from any Verizon person! He tried to help find it but he educated me on the I6s and I ended up buying one. He then helped me set it up and educated me on my iPad mini as well. I forget passwords easily and we got that fixed as well. His personable what of dealing with customers should be used as an example to others. He uses common sense and skilled knowledge to put people at ease. The removal of my stress has high value that came from Andrew!! I will recommend Verizon to others because of the extraordinary customer service that I have received!

We are from out of town. They have wonderful customer service! Very helpful with our problem, willing to go the extra mile to track down what we needed, and then have it shipped closer to our home. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and courteous.

Walked in and saw one employee helping a customer. I looked around while I waited, assuming another employee would come out and help me. 15 minutes go by and I still havent even been acknowledged. The one employee hasnt said hello or Ill be right with you. After a while of waiting the employee finally approaches me and says hello. No sorry about the wait or How can I help you. I hate to sound so picky but wheres the customer service? I felt like picking up my items and leaving. I was taken care of but why was there only one employee? Last time I was in there with 5 employees goofing around.

Yesterday, Nov 6 I bought the I phone 6. I love this phone, but dont have a clue how to use it. Kaylynne was my representative. She was so helpful and spent a lot of time getting me set up. I even came in the next day for more help. I have always gotten great technical support from Verizon.

Blue Lakes Blvd. This is a relatively new store in Twin Falls, ID and the personnel are very friendly and helpful--plus I havent had to wait in a line at all. Andrea and Valerie were both awesome. Andrea helped me with my payment on my account and also switching my land line phone to Verizon. And Valerie really helped me out because I had received a phishing scam phone call and text that said to call Verizon at an 877 number. Valerie was able to find out that it was a scam. Great store and great people.

They misrepresented details on phone. They straight up lied to me about the data plan. What Verizon employee said and what actually was was 2 different things. And when I cancel my plan and everything on the 14th day of the trial. The employer failed to close out my account so they could jew me out of a $100 after I canceled
