Never been here. Never will go here. Judging by the street view it looks like a nice place. I assume that they have chocolate brownies but if they do not, then I will have to change my review. And I mean the good stuff. No vegan or gluten free. Good old chocolate brownies.

Went in there to pick up an online order & was treated very disrespectfully. The employee was upset because she did not have the item in stock & was extremely aggressive towards me. Safe to say I won’t be coming here again.

If you’re interested in getting a car wash without disturbing any of the dirt on your car, you must try this location. For $16 this car wash will sprinkle some water on half of your car (whether it’s front or back will be a surprise) and possibly get part of your car with some of the round sponge scrubbers. But don’t worry, that is all for show, as is the fan at the end, we were able to drive away with all of the bird droppings we came with. Don’t wait- visit today!

I never considered reading gas station reviews but now here I am leaving one ugh. Stopped in to get a client an Italian sub...ordered went paid then stood and watched the lady not do anything after a while the team lead says uh you have an order. She says no I dont ....oh man I should have just ran but I stayed. They didnt have the materials to make the sub but offered other options to complete sale called to ask client if this was okay. Was told no, so I told her not to make and oh dang the attitude came in quick. She wanted my receipt I said no I need to give to casher for refund. It was a horrible experience never again will I stop in here. Not fast, friendly overall disaster

My daughter had a problem at this store, she was in the wrong and was loitering for approximately 30 minutes after leaving the bus at 6:12am before walking to work. Talked with corporate and then received a call from the store manager Steve, who reviewed the video and talked with the employee. They didnt realize she is DD and she actually didnt fully understand the employee. I think Steve did a great job resolving this and I will take time with my Daughter to re-explain store etiquette and loitering.

What great customer service! There was a little error and Steve, the manager took care of it immediately and I was right back in my car on my way. Thank you for being so nice Steve! They also tend to be the least expensive Getgo gas price out of the 4 locations I pass by twice a day! Go here! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered a waffle breakfast sandwich and the egg was ice cold. Went back to tell them and there was no apology or offer to make a new sandwich... just asked how I wanted the money back. Thats NOT good customer service. I would have gladly accepted a new hot sandwich but now they lost a sale AND a customer.

Supposed to be open till 11 pm. Went there at 10:25pm and its closed. I was not the only one there.

Cathy is absolutely rude! Especially to her employees! I have witnessed certain things. She makes other work 2nd shift when she won’t. Other people have families too! You wonder why you’re losing customers and employees! Absolutely heartless!!!!!!

The manager is really nice and attentive to his customers rushed to help me when his employees were doing their own thing and not their jobs. Good prices and clean. Has a car wash also

My husband and I went to the GetGo in Twinsburg last night around 9pm. We were hoping to get some late night snacks. When we entered the establishment, we were not welcomed and the RUDE older lady, who we think was one of the managers was nasty to us. She aggressively yelled, the kitchen is closed!! We use GetGo but we will NOT come back to this location for anything!!

Ordered a Build your own Salad and for the most part it was okay except for the old slimy cucumber slices and disgusting slimy bell peppers. Grose! I bit into one bell pepper and almost gagged! I expect better!I order salads from here all of the time. Just pay attention to what its going in/on customers foods!

Place is nice and clean. Selection is good. However, the staffing could be more friendly. Also, there kitchen could use some improving. They have some great offerings but they never seam very fresh. I realize that might sound ridiculous coming from a person ordering food at a gas station but compared to Sheets, which is just down the road, they need to step it up. Also one time I ordered a hash brown with my breakfast sandwich and was told to grab one from the grab and go section. I think most people agree hash browns have a very short life. Needless to say it I didnt even finish it.

Needs to get a good cleaning too much trash outside. Handicapped accessible fair service food is hit or miss area is good

Three people working yet two were doing something in the back while one poor girl ran the register and my girlfriends wrap took thirty minutes while the other two lazed about and took their sweet time

The last 2 days theyve been closed before 12am yet the sign says 5am to 12am...i went down there the last night at 1130pm and tonight at 1145pm if theyre going to close before 12am then they need to let theyre customers know. I even call last night and the guy in there ignored my call. Thats BAD BUSINESS

Everything says they close at midnight, yet the doors were locked at 11:30. Very unprofessional.

Do Not Get your car washed there! no guidance, no mirror to get in, my car got hit inside car wash and they refused to pay for damage, insisted on not calling the Police, I still did, the manager did not even come out, refused to provide insurance documents. Called the corporate, they would not get back, then someone got on the phone and was straight out NASTY! AVOID, go elsewhere

This is my first review ever, so needless to say the normal staff 10/10 but whoever prepares the food on Mondays, awful. Every staff member need to be held to the same standard. Not just the normal staff.

After purchasing a car wash at the pump, it failed to print a receipt. I went inside for help - very busy and only one clerk - he was very courtious and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Thanks Twinsburg GetGo!!

Worst 🍩 ever cost over a dollar for a tasteless glob of dough. 3/4 eaten in hopes of finding the filling...still none. Threw the rest out
