Emily that works here has the worst customer service. She’s rude and acts as if she’s bothered by customers. The rest of the staff is fair

Always friendly employees. Wide variety of products. Clean inside and out. Good prices...lowest in our neighborhood.

My experience surprisingly disappointed since gas quantity found discrepancy. I fill my one gallon can. Usually I fill 0.9 gallon to avoid spillage, but today even more the 1 gallon, my gallon can did not get full. I did not expect this with this gas station. I will hesitate going to this gas station in future.

Lowest gas prices in town. Easy pay

This has been a frequent stop for me. I almost always get gas there. Its on the way to see family. And pick up beer.

Nothing about this store is quick, convenient, or simple. Numerous times over the past 3 years the store has been closed hours before posted close time. As we speak I am waiting for the employee to “be right back” and unlock the store.The employees close 10-20 minutes early every night it would seem, so do yourself a favor and go to Sheetz.Unfortunately the gas prices are usually the best around, and this is the only gas station on my way to work.*Photo added and taken 3/133/16 at 11:23pm - doors locked. Walked through the store. Nobody knifed me. No puddles of strange substances on the floor. Gas is cheap. Idk what these people are saying

I just stopped at 5:40am and the store was all locked up. Two cars were outside but no one opened the store? Are your hours posted wrong?

I literally hate this store. If there was another one even remotely close I would go there instead. Today they couldnt even break a 50$ bill.. 2 cashiers and they dont have 40$ between them? Polar pop machine was finally fixed after 2 years... I hate this location. The manager is constantly yelling at her employees...its awful.

Rude employees everytime we go in. Asked them to make change when I used THEIR ATM (after also making a purchase) because I needed singles. Of course thats against policy. Apparently being friendly everytime someone goes in must also be against their policy. Id rather drive farther down the road even just to get a beverage or fill my tank.

Sold us an empty propane tank & refuse to replace with a full one. The manager, Debbie, does not know how to deal with customers and treats people that walk in like criminals. I have never been treated so poorly, especially over something that the business caused. I will do everything possible to avoid this gas station! Debbie you should find a different job, perhaps trash pickup would be better for someone who does not know how to communicate & work with paying customers. Absolutely horrible way to be treated & I am sad to know I live in a time where I can be wronged & belittled over your mistake. A business that scams you is not cool & I will never ever recommend anyone going and spending there hard earned money with Debbie at Circle K in Twinsburg.

This place is a joke. One attendant in particular is very rude. Doesn’t greet you, is very pushy, and attempts to steal from you. Yesterday I paid with a $20 for a $1 coffee and she gave me $4 back. When I told her she still owes me $15 she got really snippy and was arguing with me saying I gave her a $5. I told her to check her drawer, to which she flips bills around pretending to check it and says “oh yeah” and gives me the $15 back. This is the second time she tried to do this to me. Once I get her name I will post it on here. Will do everything I can to avoid this gas station.

Closes much earlier then posted signs. Not first time this has happened but today 6-18-19 closed at 9pm instead of 12am

The people are friendly but the inventory is always low and takes them days to restock it, they usually have no ice in the polar pop machine or in the ice cooler, their pop tart sale tion is low and today theyre out of cherry coke and Dr pepper in the polar pop machine

Employees hang out in the back and let customers stand at the counter. Sounds like bad management. Low gas prices and clean store.
