Wanted to stop by to pick up a few items. Arrived at 9:15pm, doors closed, cart placed out front. Very dissatisfied, will not be returning. No reason for store to be closed without a note on door.

Have had numerous bad experiences at this cvs location. After tonight, I felt I needed to leave a review. Pharmacist Sierra in particular has terrible customer service skills. I arrived at 8pm exactly by the window which was still open. She insisted to me that she is now closed and refused to let me pick up my prescription. I traveled a long way to get there tonight and it would have been nice to have been accommodated for what would have taken 1 minute or at least be nicer about it than just flat out refusing a customer.

The manager of this CVS store waited on me and was very disrespectful. I’ve been in retail over 25yrs. and know how to treat customers.Now I know why customers in the store of where I work say they will never go to a CVS store.

Here on a Saturday at 4:15pm. Asked the pharmacist about over the counter treatments for an eye stye. She never really looked up, told me to try warm compress and maybe it will go away. I asked how long to use compresses. She says I dont know, it depends. Maybe you should see your doctor. Its Saturday, thats not an option. She was very dismissive. Maybe she was busy, but I was the only person in the Pharmacy area. At least pretend to want to help! This is the closest CVS to my home, so Ive been here many times. Other pharmacists are very pleasant and helpful.

I had difficulties with my insurance and the pharm tech (Angela, I believe) was incredibly helpful. She was empathetic and ended up helping me get my prescription somewhere else, when I wasnt able to get it at this location.
