I go to this gas station every morning to get food for lunch. It’s a good place, friendly people. If you go keep an eye on what they are scanning. Some employees double or triple scan items and don’t correct it. Usually on smaller items but today it happen with a bag of beef jerky, I got charged 4 times for one bag, try to have them correct it, and they acted like I wasn’t charged for it. Just use caution

Clean updated well stocked gas station. Competitive gas prices always window washing fluids available and well laid out will plenty of pumps and parking. This location always busy but never a wait.Very well organized . All fuels available at this location .

Awful customer service, and from the manager at that. My brother went in to buy beer, hes 26 and lives in TN. The manager refused to sell him beer because the ID is out of state, fair enough. So I went in because I have an in state DL. Refused to sell to me because it would be second hand selling. Honestly this is all fine, I get there are rules, and a different gas station 100 feet away anyway. This is where it gets interesting, I say oh youre kidding. Instead of just saying yeah sorry man Im just following the rules, and it being over, he looks me dead in the eyes and says Do I look like Im kidding?. I start to walk away and say thats great. He then yells out as Im at the door Oh yeah thats great? Do you think Ill lose sleep tonight over it?!. I get having a bad day or hating your job but learn some customer service skills bud.

The bathroom is seriously the grossest thing Ive ever seen.

Literally a horrific experience, I was with my 14-year-old daughter when flat tire indicator went off so we were lucky enough to be in front of a speedway where a air station is prominently displayed. I pulled up, was charged $1.75 for air... And its broken. I went inside to ask the genius behind the counter about the air pump and she told me duh, i normally go get go. You seriously cant make this up. Now were sitting here waiting for a tow truck, in front of the air pump.

The drive thru is a joke! Its supposed to be convenient and faster than going inside but the cashiers dont pay attention to it so youll end up waiting 10+ minutes. Its crazy 😨

There were only 2 breakfast sandwiches at 8:30 in the morning. When I asked where all the breakfast sandwiches were the manager said, what do you mean where are they? Theyre right there. when I commented on the lack of selection he said, I dont know what to tell you. Were one of the top stores. yeah, because theres nothing else around, no McDonald or BK anywhere close. Then he accused me of throwing my items at him when I put them on the counter. I told him that if I was throwing them at him they wouldve hit him in the face. He was just rude throughout. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Update:Location is still very unkept and dirty. Employees are too busy on their phones to notice customers. Super disappointed, this location used to be very clean and nice.Original:Very poor customer service. This location was great when it opened, but the attention to detail has quickly been overlooked. Cashiers were extremely rude, especially when they overcharged me for items. Store was not as clean as it used to be.

Jeff and the crew are always friendly, the coffee is always fresh, it is a great start to my day to meet such nice people. Yes, they get busy, but they are always striving to help us have a better day!

Went to grab a few things before work this morning and I experienced the worst customer service Ive ever had. When I went to the counter I said hello to the cashier and she didnt say a word back, she just looked annoyed that I was even there. After she bagged my things she pushed the bag towards me, as if she was trying to tell me to get out without actually saying anything. I asked if I could have my receipt because she didnt give me one, and then she rolled her eyes and reluctantly printed it out. She never once said a word, not hello, goodbye, thanks for stopping in. She never even smiled. How can you work a customer service job with no customer service skills?

Its a regular gas station but a good store inside.

The service here is absolutely terrible. My husband and I live right down the street from Speedway and every Friday my husband would go get his case of beer, every morning he would go get a coffee, he would always fill up his gas tank here, and anytime we needed our propane filled wed go here. The people know us here. However, we ran here on our regular Friday night run for beer and my husband had forgotten his license, no big deal, they know us and I, being 8.5 months pregnant, was in the car. The lady wouldnt sell the beer to him, he said its fine Ill go get my wife, she said she wasnt selling the beer to me either, and preceded to rudely tell him to go take the beer off the counter and put it back in the case. Needless to say, instead of politely telling us and explaining why she couldnt sell the beer, telling us if we just run home and get the license it would be fine, and putting the beer away herself, since that is her job, she was totally rude and we will not be returning to the store. The beer is picked up for a block party every Friday night in the development right across the street from the gas station, we will all be moving our business to the Circle K, which we drove down to immediately following the incident and they not only sold us the beer with no problem, they also complimented us and which us luck with the remainder of the pregnancy.

Horrible customer service, coolers and snacks not stocked and manager is to busy flirting to do any work. Ever since jeff left the location its has gone downhill

Make sure to try the kinetic dogs. You know the hotdogs that are constantly spinning in that toaster. Theyll make you do flips for more.
