Had a great experience getting my car fixed here! Looks good as new! Staff was awesome. I also like that they send you progress reports along the way.

Took a while, but end result is good. Out of ten point system I think they rate eight for completing the work. Three for timely completion,six on courteous employee.

Very pleased with my repairs. My car looked brand new and they so kindly washed and vaccumed it for me. Susan also took some off my price (long story) when she found out i was paying the rest owed out of pocket. I will definitely go back to them again and refer people to them.

Great customer service. They worked directly with the insurance to fix my car after the accident. When I came to pick up the car and noticed something that didnt get done they quickly got it fixed and set me back on the road.

The staff at Tyler Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing by 528i. It looks as good as new again. I appreciated the regular status update calls I received from them as well. If I ever need auto body work again, I would definitely return to Tyler Auto Body!

Let me start by saying that they do really good work. Exceptionally good. My only problem is with the breakdown in communication with my estimator/service rep. She has promised to call me repeatedly and even says she has(No missed calls) but I havent heard anything or received any emails either

Outstanding job of replacing and painting the passenger door on my2004 Toyota Sienna. This is a friendly, husband and wife owned business,very conscientous. I plan to use them again in the near future to repair therear bumper on our 2014 KIA.

Friendly environment and staff gives you updates, did great work fixing bumper and fender. but took a little over a month to fix damages that shouldve taken roughly a week. Insane

Shawn and his staff not only performed the work needed but went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with out any worries

Took over 200 man hours in the shop to fix a problem that they estimated would take 41 man hours, and it ended up only taking 33, yet I was out of a car for 5 weeks. Also, keep finding things wrong. Broken AC vent near panel that was replaced, door does not register as open, and the interior carpet was popped out of place as well.
