I returned with issues that started after regular scheduled oil change and tire rotation from day before. The staff addressed the issue but it wasnt solved until another return to Peltier on Monday. They took time to analyze and diagnose the issue then proceeded to correct the problem...great service department ...

I truly believe in giving the benefit of the doubt and also believe in doing what is right for the customer. Please know the staff has been nice and informative. But right now am very disappointed in the service. In February my car was brought in for oil change, to find out prior service the tech damage my Air filter box and never reported it. Was brought to my attention it was replaced at no charge on March 3rd, Two weeks later I brought my malibu in to be serviced, do to my controls of my AC not working, I was told that the HVAC control was locked.. Went head and had that fixed. Paid $525.07 to fix the problem, Two days later started seeing the same problem, went back to dealer and asked for supervisor the tech girl said that all supervisors were in a meeting and it would be two hrs before I can speak to someone. I was able to talk to a tech that she got his attention and he called the tech that worked on my car, tech explained to me what he did to my car and that the controls were locked, and that it’s normal for air to blow out of the vents, I tried to tell him that starting my car hot air comes out and that never happened before, I told him I will give him the benefit of the doubt. 3wks, Yesterday went to store was parked for a few minutes in parking lot, came back out started my car hot air starts blowing real fast on high speed and controls are completely off, had no way of shutting off hot air that was blowing. Had to shut off car and wait until reset it self. I have worked hard to buy my car, and as a women and consumer I depend on the Professionalism of all techs who work on my vehicle to find the problem and correct it right then and there. I strongly believe in integrity and honesty... And I hope Pelter does too!!
