I went in to byrider Tyler yesterday just to try and get everything setup so on Monday I could come in and pay down payment and get the car I wanted and instead I left with the car the same day. It was a amazing experience and Matt was amazing. If you are looking for a used car and worried about if you have bad credit or not much of a down payment I suggest you go here and ask for Matt. They have 10 dollar oil change as long as you own the car and they repair the major things for 36 months or 36000 miles and you only pay a 25 dollar copay and if you have ever gotten a used car from a lot you know just how good that is.

So I went to CarMart and got a car. It was horrible!’ They lies so much!! Then my son’s nurse told me JD and I’m going to say I was skeptical. I mean the other place “claimed” to do the same thing!! But let me tell you, I went in and the difference is in the process. Matt was awesome as was Dimitri!! They got me in a dependable car low down payment and I’m happy!! So come join the Byrider family, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Matt was very attentive to my needs and wants in a vehicle. He worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. All the staff was very kind. They worked with me to set up the payments on my terms. I was able to drive off the lot covered by their insurance so I could get with my policy holder and get my Kia added. They didn’t have what I wanted on their lot so they found it at another center and had it brought to Tyler where it was waiting on me when I got off work on a Saturday evening. Had a wonderful experience. They exceeded my expectations. I love my car.

The jeep we bought from them has had problems from day one. We put it in shop 3 different times in a 3 month period. The last time we came to pick it up because they finally replaced the transmission, but couldnt get even though they told us it was fixed because the check engine light came on. They told us they would call and let us know when the loaner was in but never called. I also filed my taxes with them over a month ago and no one can give me any information.

They were so very helpful when I was in a tough spot.

JD Byrider is a big joke. They give you misleading information to lure you to come in to their car lot to tell you different information from what was provided over the phone. I did my application over the phone and the finance manager ran my application and then David called and told me I have great news; your approved for a car, and told me what documents to bring in and so I did that and needless to say they went against their words and I ended up not being able to get a car cause they wanted to lie over the phone and tell me something else in person and that they needed something extra..... This place is just a big joke and I would never recommend them to anyone due to the fact of never telling the TRUTH, and making someone drive a hour way to just be turned down after being APPROVED!!!!

Thats one thing that separates JD Byrider from other car dealers- they take the time to explain what they are about and why their business exists. Its not your typical dealership, they have made a business out of helping people who really need the help and they delivered on that principle. If youre looking to haggle on prices when youre in a tough spot with poor credit- then youre in the wrong place. On the other hand, if youre looking for something nice and youre on a budget, they will work with you. I was guilty of walking in this place thinking we were going to get fast-talked and pressured, but I was wrong. Let David get you into a car, he will go above and beyond to do his best. Also, I want that $100 referral fee, so tell them I sent ya.

I purchased a truck a couple of months ago which was a very pleasant and positive experience but the battery quit holding a charge. The service department checked it out for me on the spot without an appointment and determined that it was bad and had it replaced in less than an hour. My only cost was the $25 deductible. They also replaced it with a top of the line battery which was much better than the one that was in it maintaining their 5 star rating with me.

Worst car buying experience ever, held me hostage for 3 hrs, first car i test drive starts smoking and when i returned they put it right back on the lot, then before i test drove the 3rd car they said i couldnt not get a car unless o traded inmy old car which is totalled n undrivable. Horrible service only thing it has helped with is credit my car lights are always on they are always to busy as they say I have to wait weeks before they get my car in and when they do it’s never nothing they can find they basically keep pushing u out until your warranty is out and have to pay out of pocket I took my car in months ago asking for brakes they say oh you don’t need brakes but when u go back for the same problem now u have to pay for something new like roaters when I told them I needed brakes the week after I got the car so yes this has been the worst experience ever but I pay my car note never late never a problem with my payments but it’s a problem to get the service they promised HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Where do I even begin... they did help us out but, we’ve had the car less then 4 months and we’ve already had so many issues. Had to replace tires and get a new part for the air and heater that has gone out. And now the chip in our key stopped working so we can’t even start it drive our car. And since we moved states we can’t use the warranty we paid for anymore so we’re just screwed. Honestly if you don’t have money to fix a car don’t bother going here. Cause it’ll cost you more in the long run.

David was very pleasant through the whole interaction and application. What I dont understand is the finance turned me down. It clearly states they work with any down payment and credit level. This place is a joke. Nothing against the sales team, but the finance and management need to be more clear with the fact that they are providing false information.
