Pleasant, friendly. BUT does not know how to use their test equipment nor Powerstroke engine specifications. Complete engine overhaul, I did not question bill even though lots of extras without prior notice, spent over $3,000 straightening it up including broken parts. Now I shall start on oil leaks. Do NOT use for extensive repairs. My truck was on their lot for over 3 months.
