Amazing shop. Took my McLaren in for A/C repair and they had it fixed very quickly and for $160 (much less than I thought it would cost). Asked them to do an assessment of the car as I had recently bought it used and they did this for free. They then let me know I needed new tires (which I knew) and also new brake pads (which I didn’t know). Explained exactly how much brake pad was left (which wasn’t much) and then sent me quotes via text that I could easily approve or not. I compared prices to what it would cost if I bought the parts myself or had someone else do it and they were either in line with those or cheaper. The final bill was even cheaper than the price they quoted me. Shortly thereafter I got a nail in one of the brand new tires and a tire shop that I usually use told me it was not repairable. Brought it back to them (they are always busy - for a reason) but they fit it in their schedule and had me fixed same day no charge. I will definitely use them for all future maintenance of this vehicle and all my other vehicles - this will save me from having to drive to Dallas or Houston for specialized dealership.

On the Friday before a holiday weekend, we were in town visiting family. Audi had problems we needed to resolve before driving back to Colorado. These friendly, honest folks came strongly recommended and made no promises but worked us in and diagnosed and fixed an issue our mechanic in Denver should have spotted before we left. We had the car back running better than ever in a couple hours for a few hundred $. Cant go wrong here. Look but dont touch showroom includes a Lotus.

Coye and his team did not blink an eye when I asked them to install a/c on my 1963.5 Galaxie. They did a great job! There was one little hiccup, they sent a mechanic to my home and took care of it that day! I was impressed to say the least! I will be back with other classic Fords for future upgrades/improvements for sure.

My past experience with auto shops is the process is often rather mysterious, with the final bill never being predictable. These guys were super transparent from the get-go, have a great system of providing estimated costs for each job being done on the vehicle, and gave me a chance to approve each job before they actually did it. They finished the work way faster than I expected. Not to mention their courteousness, professionalism, and exceptional expertise. I highly recommend this shop!

I work for Walker Heating & Cooling in Tyler. WH&C owns Mercedes Sprinters as our service vehicles. Mercedes stopped working on the Sprinter vans shortly after they were purchased. We had a problem with one of them (going into limp mode) and after taking it to several other automotive repair shops, even a Mercedes dealership out of Tyler, no one could figure out what the issue was, they thought they had but after spending several thousand dollars on repairs just to have the same issue we were at the end of our rope and had decided to sell it and try to make the best out of a terrible situation. We came across EQ Autoworks and spoke to the owner, Coye, he assured us that they could resolve the issue. We decided to give it one more try and guess what, they repaired it and it wasnt terribly expensive. We got the van back and it has ran great ever since. Coye and his team went above and beyond to help my 06 Toyota 4Runner! After 200K+ miles the 4Runner needed a little help and I knew I had a trustworthy mechanic that I could call. They were able to pinpoint the problem as my rack and pinion and power steering pump. They replaced both at a more than reasonable cost, with good parts, and double checked that everything else looked good along the way. Definitely recommend EQ to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking mechanic.

Very professional and thorough. They have worked on my vehicles for years and are the only ones I trust with my vehicles. The best quality at fair prices. Even their oil change is a great price. This specific visit I got tires, brakes and an oil change. Coye is great at taking the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done and why. You can tell he really cares about his business and wants to have the best service in town.

Coye and his team were great. I had my transmission fluid change on top of my oil change. He explained everything in detail and recommended a few things needed because he knows I want to keep my car for a long time. Very reasonable price for it all and I wasn’t there for very long.

Brought a vehicle to EQ Autoworks the other day thinking I was going to spend upwards of $1000 on an AC compressor. Was delightfully surprised when handed a bill for $108. The AC is super cold! Very good guys who are very trustworthy.

I went in for just a basic oil change, but Coye Harris (owner) went far above my expectations. He went as far to notice that my skid plate had a broken weld, removed it and welded it back together better than it was from factory. He is also one of the only guys I know that will make sure your spare tire has proper air pressure. Hands down the greatest shop in town.
