I just wanted to give a five star review to Jacqueline!!! She was so helpful from scheduling over the phone, to making sure I had what I needed. Very friendly and helpful during the process of checking in and going over everything. My husband was on the way up but she made everything so easy and quick, I was able to handle it myself. Great loaner truck. Everything has been so positive so far. Will reevaluate my review after my truck has been serviced. But she definitely deserved some credit. Thank you!!
Quick and great service
Recently took our vehicle in for service a little over 6 thousand dollars, two months in the shop and it’s not 100% fixed.. Took it back in and it’s going to cost us another $1,500. Really! Called talked with a manager he said this should have been addressed when vehicle was in shop! You think? Now my husband is driving around in 28 degree weather with no heat, thank you for your service!!

If I were able to give a negative star rating I would. I bought my car in May at the Patterson Hyundai dealership. I was told I would have a lifetime warranty under the condition that I get all my services done with them. Since then I have had multiple oil changes, and each time it takes at least 45 minutes. Today I waited a little over an hour and a half for an oil change (something that shouldve taken no longer than 15 minutes).Right around the 45 minute mark I asked the front desk to check on my car for me. I explained I was on my lunch break and only had an hour lunch. She in turn called someone else who told her that the man originally helping me had gone to lunch. Eventually they found someone to go check on it. My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM. The lady that went and checked on my car came back and said it would be another 20 minutes because they had just started on it (by this time it was already 2PM). After another 15 minutes passed, the manager walked by and I explained the situation to him. He said he would check on it and then disappeared. Finally the guy that was originally helping me made it back from his lunch to tell me that they didnt have the correct oil filter in stock and were now waiting on the parts store to bring them one, also stating that it could be another 5 to 25 minutes. Another 5 minutes pass and he comes back and says they found an oil filter that they could CONVERT (not even the correct oil filter). $65 dollars and 1.5 hours later Im finally on my way back to work (an hour late). The customer service was pitiful. It isnt even worth keeping the warranty. All they could tell me was Im sorry. They have no regard for anyone elses time. Whats the point in even requiring customers to make an appointment if you cant follow through with that time frame. LONG STORY SHORT --- save your time and energy and just go somewhere else!
