Traveling home to AZ and involved in an unfortunate auto accident near Tyler that rendered my vehicle inoperable. Wagner was the obvious choice to repair my Escalade but I was assured even more after reading reviews. Contacted Wagner and arranged to have vehicle delivered to them. Was contacted by Alice, Body Shop Manager, who assured me that they would take care of my vehicle. Alice was fantastic, she communicated with me over the course of the repair keeping me updated on the progress. When body repairs were complete she made sure mechanicals were check out, including addressing a outstanding recall issue. She called to let me know car was done, I asked to please insure everything was corrected as I planned on driving back to AZ )(hopefully without any problems). I flew in from AZ to pick up vehicle and she offered to pick me up from the AP but I declined since it was late night. Arrived at shop next day to pick up vehicle, Alice reviewed all paperwork, we inspected vehicle and it looked great. She offered coffee, sodas and snacks for the road and I drove off. The drive home was without a single issue. The car looked great, drove, handled and ran like new. The great work and extra service by Alice earns Wagner 5 stars in my book.

I’d like to take this time to say a special thanks for Misty my sales person and to Wagner Cadillac. First off the 2021 Cadillac Escalade is a highly sought out vehicle and I would compare this to the Playstation 5 as you would have to line out 24hrs outside to get one. But like myself I did not pre order my Escalade therefore I had to call 27 Dealership around the world looking for one and when I called Wagner and spoke to Misty. Let me tell you her customer service skills and approach to customer far exceeded my expectations. I say that after calling 27 dealership and speaking to so many different sales person they all sound worn out and a bit irritated but after explaining everything I wanted to Misty. She took the time to just listen to what I was looking for and THANK YOU GOD!!!!! She said she has one that a customer backed out on so I can have that one. I waited about a month for the vehicle to be made and all that time she had an open communication and answered all my nagging text about the vehicle. Mind you, I drove 188 miles from Houston to Tyler, TX which was all worth it. Not even all my Cadillac dealers in Houston can compete with customer service. She gave a new meaning to customer satisfaction. I say the same for the entire Wagner Cadillac Family as I walked in you can tell their not there just to sell a car one time. I had been looking for a Jeep Gladiator for a while when I saw one on the Wagner Cadillac website and decided I wanted to take a look at it. After a quick call, I was assured it was available by Laura (salesperson) so I made the hour and a half drive to Tyler.Thanks to Laura and Jeff (finance director) the buying process was painless, very fast (2 hrs) and they were very fair on the purchase price and my trade in. While at the dealership I found a few small issues with the Gladiator and Laura insisted they take care them under the factory warranty. I took the Gladiator home and about a week later I was contacted by Travis (service advisor) to arrange the pickup and repairs. Travis sent a driver an hour and a half to my house to pick it up and give me a loaner (brand new Cadillac) so they could get the issues fixed. The fixes took about a week and they returned it to me.This place operates the way all car dealerships should. I see no reason to look elsewhere for a vehicle in the future. I found and purchased my Mitsubishi 3000GT online from Wagner Cadillac in Texas and being from Massachusetts There were a lot of unknowns to the process. Not only was the car better than anticipated but the behind the scenes from the staff from Laverta, Alley, and John to help with the process was better than anticipated. They helped with extra pictures, videos etc to help with my decision, but also helped with financing, shipping, insurance, titling, paperwork helping decipher the differences between Texas and Massachusetts laws to get all processed. After the transaction of the car they truly didnt need to do all that extra efficient work to get me driving it in Massachusetts but they didnt stop until all was completed and I was on the road enjoying my dream car since I saw my first one in high school 22 years ago. Bought a car from here about 3 months ago and the service department is SOOOO SLOW and they have no clue what they are doing!! Took me 5 hours just to get a oil change and air in my tires. Then told me they couldn’t get around to it that day after waiting there for 5 hours ridiculous and a complete waste of time!

Just want everyone to know that Wagner Cadillac on June 3 while I was there looking to buy a used Cadillac they presented met with a clean Carfax but the car was covered with hail damage. They never said a word about it so he showed me two other Cadillacs also hail damaged. SO BEWARE of this dealership because they will give you the SHAFT. Know what to look for All the cars there probably have HAIL damage.

I have been searching for a used Porsche Macan S for the last few weeks and couldn’t find the car I was looking for in the DFW area. Wagner had one they had taken as a trade-in that met my criteria. After talking with Nars Buenaventura I made an appointment to see the car. Nars came in on his day off to meet me. I could take as much time as I needed. I actually drove it twice that day before deciding to buy the car. Working with Nars was easy, no pressure and no rush to make a decision. He even delivered the car to Fort Worth that afternoon. Definitely one of the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences I’ve had.

Great customer service. We live about 1-1/2 hours from the dealer and was in town for medical appointment and we were in town and were able to walk in and have our vehicle serviced in a timely manner.

EASIEST car purchase ever!! The negotiations were completed online and by a phone call on a Sunday. The dealership was closed, but Rodney Rogers took time on his day off to talk to us about the vehicle and provide us some background on the previous owner (i.e. he didnt smoke). We arrived at the dealership and the paperwork was ready to go. All we had to do was provide our bank check. We left the dealership an hour later with our new car. Rodney was the best.

The service department is the best. They go way out of their way to help us get in and out... My wife and I both had Jury duty Monday. I filled out a request on line Sunday to see if we could get both cars in on Monday. They did it... great job..

She was super friendly, and not pushy! To top it off, the finance guy was AMAZING. I have purchased vehicles before and are usually told to blindly sign numerous documents. Mr. Carl Shine went through EVERY document, did not push to sell anything that he did not think we needed, and was so friendly. I honestly would make the 3 hour drive again just because of the service. For once, I left the dealership not feeling sick to my stomach, or feeling that I just signed my life away. HIGHLY recommended!
