Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Finance Manager was very efficient in explaining our warranty and service options. Laura Landrum was very good at explaining the workings of our new vehicle and offered to answer any questions we might have after driving it for a while. And, Trey was great as a team player taking care of miscellaneous tasks as needed. All in all, the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Tyler gave us a very pleasant experience.

I got a second recall from a second defect on my 2012 Mercedes about an airbag this time!! I do NOT want to take our car back to the Tyler Mercedes dealership as they lied about a belt replacement to me when the belt was perfectly fine! I had already told them I used Christian Brothers to do repairs but the young lady still thought it was a good idea to call me anyway and quote me over $400 to replace my belt when all I needed was the defect fixed from a recall!!! NOW I’m getting ANOTHER recall notice again!BTW they didn’t put the belt problem on the invoice and when I had it checked by my mechanic he told me the belt was fine!I do NOT trust this dealership and do NOT want them touching my Mercedes again!I will contact the 1-800 number to make other arrangements to replace my airbag!Buyer beware!!My son witnessed the whole thing!!Why didn’t Mercedes replace this problem along with the last recall issue???I’m furious!!!

Firstly I’d love to make it known that I’ve called corporate and they blew me off. In regards to a car I just got; not even a month ago..As a young black woman, I feel that I’m being mistreated & abused the way Mercedes is handling my situation. I have yet to make a car note on the car I just purchased, but it’s been having issues. Mercedes is a top of the line vehicle so how does something goes bad within a month??? I’ll make sure to let as many people know about the experience I’m having. But there’s no way I should be having any problems with a month old vehicle.

Words cant describe how incredible my experience was with this dealership. Im so happy I purchased my dream car from these awesome people. I actually flew from Tampa Florida to buy the car and drove it back. It all started with a bad experience I had at my local dealer in Florida. I was presented a car with a warranty as a certified pre owned Mercedes and found out after I nearly took delivery that the car did not have any kind of warranty on it. I left the dealer and decided to look online one last time but expand my search to the country. I found a 2012 Mercedes CLS-63 AMG from this dealer in Tyler Texas. I called and asked to speak directly to the sales manager Jeremy, who actually picked up the phone quickly and answered all of my preliminary questions. He then had Jackson help me by providing extremely detailed pictures and an accurate description of the car. he was very thorough and literally went over the car with the smallest attention to detail. This all happened within the course of about 3 hours. Due to the extreme honesty, and very fair pricing I booked a one way ticket to go see the car the same day. The next morning I was greeted with a different salesman while I waited for Jackson to arrive. When I got to the store, they immediately gave me the keys to the car so I can look it over. I was astonished, the dealer was perfect in the depiction of the condition. The car was actually better than they described. This dealer also went so far as to perform many different services, maintenance, and even ordering a second key to sell this car with a great conscience. The story continues, Stuart the finance manager surprised me further by actually negotiating a better finance rate on my behalf so when I went to the paperwork, I actually got a lower payment than I was quoted. How many times have you went to a dealer and they end up with a lower payment than they quoted you?! Everyone from the receptionist to the lot porter was involved in the experience. They are so respectful and genuine. I feel like I was part of the family. When I drove the car back to Tampa FL, I took the car to the local dealer to go over the car one more time. The Mercedes dealer in Tampa gave the car the green light saying not only did it pass everything, this was one of the cleanest and best maintained AMG cars they have come across. Upon further inspection, they also found that the dealer in Tyler had performed even more services to the car than I knew about. I cant believe the experience I have been blessed with. As crazy as it may seem, I am inclined to actually go all the way back to this dealer the next time I buy a Mercedes. Its actually worth the distance. thank you all so much for everything.
