This place is awesome! Customer service is over the top. After they pulled my truck out for the alignment I mentioned that it was vibrating when I got up to 65 mph and they pulled it back in and balanced my tires at no charge, I didn’t even ask, they offered!! I recommend them to everyone, great people and great service!

I brought a trailer by to have a flat fixed. This tire came with the trailer mind you. I walked to the counter to pay and was given a hand shake and told thank you for coming in. What!? I need to pay for the work done right? I was told, Youre taken care of. Just come see us for some tires. Fluke thing right? Nope! That happened 3 seperate times. Ive learned over the years everyone has high and low prices depending on the brand and what sale is going on at the time. Bill Day won me years ago simply with genuine customer service. So of course every tire since has come from them. Now a set of wheels too.

I have been going here for many many years I have bought tires in the past and they always rotate and balance my tires for free I always offer to pay for it but they say no it’s complementary. Well on this day they decided to bring me a list of all the times that I have been in there for tire rotations and try to shame me in front of the entire store about the fact that I’ve never bought tires when in fact I actually have bought tires from them. The man was very rude and I told him that I always offer to pay for the rotation But they always say no it’s complementary. So I’m not sure why they were so rude to me. I will never go back here. The discount tire on South Broadway has a much nicer management and staff who will rotate tires for free and not be a jerk to you

Took my 2011 Ford f150 in for front end alignment I was running a little late instead of canceling my appointment they still did it you even though it ran them close to closing time and then when I called with what I thought was a mistake they gladly said bring it back in and checked it out and said it was my tires and they were absolutely correct but they would have been happy to fix it if it wouldnt have been ! They got great attitudes and very helpful and theyre also fast!

They checked out my tires found a nail, fixed it at no charge.God bless them!

We went to our regular mechanic and got a quote for over $800 to replace all the brakes, rotors, and a hub bearing on our car. We decided to take it to a brake specialist for a second opinion. We shopped around and found that Bill Day was the best choice. Thirty minutes after we dropped the car off, we got a call back letting us know that we only needed back brake pads and the hub bearing. Front brakes were good. And Bill Day was able to keep our current rotors in working condition. The cost was half of what we would have paid with our regular guy. They explained to us why we didnt need new rotors or front brake pads and got the car ready for us within a few hours. Customer service was very good. We had a great experience.

I am pleased with their service this morning. I went to them with a problem in my rear tire which can not hold air for one week even. They initially told me it will cost around 15 dollar. But later they found the problem is with the valve and they replaced it free for me. I just thanked and wish for their success. Thanks Bill day tire....

I’ve gone to Bill Day before and always had good experiences but after today I’d give 0 stars if I could. I went in for a new tire before going out of town. I was then told I needed another new tire and an alignment. Okay, then he asked if I wanted to get the same brand that was already on my car. I said I guess, will it make a difference? And I was told yes, it makes a big deal. My total for all was almost $600. When my husband came to pick me up while I wait and I told him, he was floored. Went up there to talk to them because they knew they took advantage of the situation and two of the guys realized why he was coming in and went to the back. Now after driving the car it’s freakin pulling to the side and we’re driving out of town.....so not only did I get taken advantage of now our car is worse off than when I brought It in. Almost not drivable. Ridiculous.

The gentleman at Bill Day have always gone far above and beyond. I consider them my Tire Dads. They have my best interest in mind and have kept my vehicle functioning safely on the roadways for almost a decade.

Came in asked for tires, told about several different tires . Told them put the bestvobes on as this was my wifes car about I wanted only the best for her safety.

The folks at Bill Day Tire Center have always taken good care of me and my family. Those guys dont waste my time or my money. They have never tried to sell me anything I didnt need and they patiently explain the answers to all my questions. No one there rolls their eyes at this woman whose Daddy taught her about cars.

I went for brake check and for new tires. First, I got new tires at a great price, and when he gave me a walk around checking the entire brake system he showed me point by point how everything worked and suggested I did not need brakes yet, so I didnt spend any money on brakes and was happy to spend my money on the new tires there. Very professional and put me as the customer first. I wish more businesses understood this. By saving me money up front, Im going to spend more money down the road, pun intended, with them.

Decent prices and very knowledgeable advice. This is the kind of business that is local that I am happy to support. Sure, TireRack might be cheaper but only by a little and they wont fix a flat or stay late to help a customer as these guys will and have for me.

Im from out of town. I went to the doctor in Tyler . When I came out I noticed I had a low tire. Someone told me about Bill Days tire shop. So I go there. They got me right in and repaired my tire at no charge. They were very professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank them for their help.

$440 on tires in STOCK ON SALE, we will be done on in an hour, go to eat at subway, come back tires not in stock at any store $663.00 when I left, and guess what another hour and a half. Car is on lift tires are off rims, Saturday close in 1 hour what do you do? Not left with a whole lot of choices. They have you by the Cods

I called before going here to get a price on swapping some trailer tires and the price was very reasonable, brought the tires in and left them while I ran some errands, came back and they were ready to go for the price I was quoted. Very friendly and prompt service and the location is very convenient for me along with the hours of operation.

Very disappointed call them before a 50min drive to this place. They said its $428.00 for four tires plus the alignment. So we drove right away, we even ask them if what are going to pay same price when we got there. After about 40mins of waiting, bad news they dont have that tire ended up paying $663.00 then waited another 2hrs. The policies should change so that customer would not go thru what we did go thru. They should make sure tire is available. So disappointing . Things should change a staff should make sure the tire is available. Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Terrible tires. 18000 miles and sidewall is coming apart. Kevin said its an old tire! Called about it and Kevin hung up on me. Pur a scratch on my front left 1/4 panel and broke the inside drivers door handle. If you want TERRIBLE service/tires, got to Bill Day, they are THE worst.

I have had nothing but good experiences from Bill Day. They have fixed flats for free even when I didnt buy the tires from them. Once when I had a sidewall failure they gave me a used tire of the appropriate size for free to get me back to Dallas. (They didnt have a matching new tire in stock and I needed to get on the road.)

Disappointed in the customer service. Did not even finish what I asked for on my car. Felt like I was invisible when I was trying to figure out what was happening. Little personl interaction and all in all, provided no interest in figuring out how to make my car work.Much better garages right around the corner.

NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!! I took my camaro there to have a valve stem replaced and to have my wheels balanced. they scratched the hell out of my rims. I wish I could post pics so you all can see what they did.

Went with a friend to pick up truck and we watched the employee rumage they it like it was own checking out what he had. We told management and they just blew it off. If you go there make sure you have nothing valuble cause it could get stolen.
