Very friendly and helpful did good work

Went in for brake job. Got there at 9:00 was told would be two hour wait....7 and a half hours later they finally finished. Initially had the wrong pads so had to wait for the correct ones to be delivered. If you are short handed...recommendations for another place would be appreciated... spent my entire day off for a simple brake job. Absolutely get what you pay for. They’re the cheapest in town but you will pay for it in other ways. Last time coming here.

They got my issue fixed, after paying $600 somewhere else and that wasnt even the problem. 😡. They drove my car for 2mins and found the problem. $66.00 out of pocket 😀. I was very satisfied. Thanks, A&B!!

This place was recommended to me by an employee at a tire shop. I took my Toyota RAV4 here thinking it needed a wheel alignment. Norman and his son have run and owned the shop for 44yrs now. He had his son look at it, showed me on paper that my alignment was good everywhere, assured me if it was his vehicle he wouldn’t do anything to it, and sent me on my way free of charge. I hope next time I’m in need I can give them some real business! I greatly appreciated their honesty. Excellent customer service! And it’s hard to find experience like that these days too.

Don’t take your truck here and ask for a alignment and to have the camber fixed. Alignment seemed alright but they made the camber so much worse that the front tires are extremely noticeable leaning inside. Asking to have camber fixed means straighten it up please. Otherwise, nice people

Brought my car here because I read the reviews and they had excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. Brought my car in because my back end was rattling a little on bumps and my front right tire was making strange sounds and wouldn’t align right. They fixed the front end which was just some loose bolts and gave me my estimate for free. Came back the next day and got the back end fixed and my car drives perfectly. Couldn’t be more happy about the service I received!

My husband bought my car in there late Monday evening and received a call around 11:30 or so Tuesday saying it was ready.. They are punctual affordable and courteous. Definitely would recommend them..

I took a huge 5th Wheel and they jumped on it. Worked for an hour and found it was a tire and would not charge me for the time since they did not need to realign. Fantastic company and I would highly recommend.

New brakes and rotors July 2020..o e month later had to replace brake pads due to squealing...now jan 2021 I can hear them grinding...if 7 cant get there at 7am they never have time to look at anything..especially a returning customer

Good fast friendly honest service

I went to A&B Brake this afternoon to have my truck’s brakes checked out because the front rotors seemed to have a weird wear pattern. When I got there I was immediately helped and my truck taken into one of the service bays.About 30 minutes later I was told nothing was wrong with the brakes and I was ready to go. I asked how much I owed them for their time? The response was $0.00....nothing.I heard A&B would be honest and it is a very pleasant surprise they lived up to that reputation. Now, they have a customer who will take my business to them because of the great customer service. Thanks to both Dorman and Mike Jennings for providing such nice service. Two thumbs up from this satisfied customer!

Im so glad that Mike at A & B didnt listen to my mechanical recommendations, instead he had the problem diagnosed in a very short while and corrected out what he could at a shockingly low cost. Its hard to get a solid, well priced brake alignment around Tyler without having to pay with both of your hands and your firstborn child. But at A&B Brake and Alignment, you get to keep your hands to hold your child, because their prices are phenomenal. Had alignment done on my 1999 S10, and it has handled like a dream ever since. Friendly people, and I didnt even mind the wait. When theyre packed busy, you know theyre the best at what they do, so its worth the wait.

Fast, friendly service where they know what they are doing. I take a lifted truck that has an aftermarket suspension and aftermarket upper control arms installed and they get it aligned where it drives like a dream. Very knowledgeable people working here and can answer pretty much any question you may have. If you are someone that cares about their lifted truck and you do not want to eat through your expensive offroad tires quickly, take your truck here to get an alignment done as they will treat you right for a great price.

Very competitive prices for front end alignment thats done right, done so right I can guarantee you youll be able to feel a difference. I sure did. Left there facility in less than an hour of dropping my vehicle off and waiting on it. Would recommend this facility for front end alignment to anyone and I do recommend it on a regular basis. If you think you are saving yourself money or getting better service by snagging one of those lifetime alignment deals at a shop like Firestone -- you are sorely mistaken. I fell into the same trap myself. If I had known about this facility I would have not only saved money -- but I would have gotten considerably better service in a much more timely manner.

Not only were they the best price in town, they are honest. I walked in expecting to pay the quoted $250, but when they had a look at my front end, they discovered the problem was a simpler, less expensive fix. They could have totally taken me for the full $250 and I would have been none the wiser. Its refreshing to know there are still honest folk out there. Highly recommend.

Wow.Did an alignment on a 31 foot motorhome for $125 cheaper than what I was going to pay elsewhere. Walked out in under an hour for $46 and treated me like family. They will be worth the drive from 50 miles for the rest of my 5 vehicles. I will be back!!!!

A & B are the only people who I trust to do my Alignment or Brake repairs and they have been for over 23 years or so. I work in the oilfield and travel way too much on bad roads. So, I see them a couple times a year mostly as preventative maintenance. I never have anything padding my bill and they are always right on point for any issue that comes up. No one touches my vehicles, for these issues, except them unless Im stuck away from home and as soon as I get home they see my vehicle to double check anything that I had done. For brakes and Alignment issues, Noone is better anywhere!!

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for my alignment. Toe-in and camber set perfectly, truck drives great.
