They dont honor confirmed appointment times. I made an appointment for Sunday at 9:00. I called Saturday to confirm my time and asked how long it would take. I was told I was the only appointment for that day so they would have my car done fast. I got here at 9:03 and there were 6 people checking in ahead of me. When I check my car in I asked Josh if the other people had appointments. He said they dont honor appointment on Sunday and it would be several hours before my car was done. I told Josh I made the appointment early because I have to go out of town today. He said he would see if the could bump me up. Its now 10:30 and my car is still in the parking lot. If they had been honest with me on the phone yesterday I would have arrived a few minutes earlier, before the other 6 people. Honestly goes a long was for good customer relations. I wish I could give ZERO stars for LYING two times to me.

The communication wasnt great. On Friday night I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire replacement at 10am Saturday. At 8:32am I got a call saying that they were busy and the 1 hour time on the appointment would be 2-3 hours, which turned into my car not being done for 5 hours with no call about the change in wait or even when my car was done. Im very annoyed long wait but even more so about the lack of communication.I dropped off my car just before 10am and confirmed the 2-3 hour wait time. I called at 2pm and was informed they were working on it then and itd be ready in 1-2 hours. I came at ~3pm to check on the status of my car and it was ready. The technician explained the problems they saw on my car upon inspection and was very helpful, but my experience was already soured.

First time I went here, they told me that something was wrong with my transmission. I went to other places for second opinions, and they all said its fine.Yesterday, I had an appointment, and I went in at the correct time. (The website even told me theyd call if they didnt have space). They told me they couldnt get to my car today. I asked if the next day (today) would be okay. I explained that I needed my brakes checked and that I wouldnt be able to come in until 6pm or a bit later (they close at 7). They said that that would be fine. I came back today as I said, and the same guy told me that actually, all their techs leave around 4 everyday, and they cant check my brakes without the techs. Needless to say, a waste of my time.

Took my son’s vehicle in for tires after calling to make sure they had the tires they quoted me & the time to put them on. Was told they did have the tires & did have the time to put them on. They said it would be a couple hours, so we left the vehicle. 3 hours later, they call & said the guy it was assigned to you got held up on another vehicle & asked if we could leave it overnight. We said yes, but told them it had to be ready by 10:00am so my son could go to work. They assured me they could do that, they open at 7:00 am. At 8:18 the next morning, I get a call regarding a key for the wheel locks. They couldn’t find it, but finally found it under the passenger seat 30 minutes later. At 10:00 my son showed up to pick it up & it wasn’t ready. He finally got out of there at almost 11:30! He was mad & said he’ll never go back there again. In summary, they overpromise and under deliver on their services. If they would just tell the customer REALISTIC time frames, they would have happier customers.

I am so so satisfied and grateful for the service provided today. I had an emergency with my tires a couple of days ago and Firestone in Tyler helped me in a timely manner. Rene and Josh were particularly helpful in answering my questions and working with me through my own anxiety. Great customer service.

I came here for a state inspection, I let them know my tire pressure light was on. Told the guy at the counter, let me know if I need a tire a patch, or just Air.I wait an hour for the car to be done, and the light is still on. Tires are literally a line item for the inspection. I passed with a low air tire, and a warning light on. Took my car too Classic Toyota, they found the nail in my tire, replaced it charged me and reset the light. So come here if you just want to pass.

Do not expect to make an appointment and have it upheld by firestone. Made an appointment for saturday and it took them 5 hours to even get my car into the shop for a tire change. Please only come here for tires and take your oil change and inspections to valvoline.

The customer service was awful and they made us wait an hour just for an estimate. And to add the guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing which is very unprofessional. If you make the unfortunate decision to have your vehicle “serviced” here, you will not likely make the same mistake twice. The woman that works at the front is rude and condescending, and the work they do is shoddy at best. We took my daughter’s car in to get her oil changed and a belt replaced. The belt they put on wasn’t even the one listed on the receipt and wasn’t the correct one for her car. We had to pay a second mechanic to put the correct belt on. When my daughter went back to Firestone to get her money back for the belt, the woman at the front was as rude and hateful as she had been during our first unfortunate visit. We will not have so much as an air filter changed here and will never go to Firestone again.

Made an appointment online. After not getting confirmation, I called the day of. Was told “oh yeah we can’t honor online appointments”. Then why is it an option?? Nevertheless was told to bring it in and they’d get the alignment done. Dropped the car off.. 3 hours later got a call saying to come get it because they can’t do it. The receptionist even asked the manager before they accepted it!

Went to this Firestone back in April for an oil change and an all vehicle inspection. They did not give me a receipt, only told me my car was “in decent shape”, didn’t give me a sheet regarding anything wrong with my car. Told me my car would let me know when I need another oil change because they don’t give you the mileage anymore. It’s July and my oil change light has already come back on. Absolutely ridiculous.

I do not recommend. I went in first thing in the morning at 7AM to get an oil change. The vehicle is a rental through enterprise so I had to come here. After 2 1/2 hrs I found out they had been spending additional time trying to upsell Enterprise on all these additional things. I asked for an oil change that was it. They didn’t communicate anything else with me. I understand the vehicle isn’t mine, but my time is valuable and they could have cared less. When I told them I didn’t need anything but the oil change, I was out of there in about 5 mins. They also told me they’d add wiper fluid because they automatically do that with every oil change, but they didn’t. This place is a joke and I’d never take my personal vehicle here.

Poor customer service. Left my car at 720am called multiple times after 11am and they kept saying it was next and on the rack. Went for it at 130pm and was still in the same parking spot I left it in the morning. So got my keys and left. Don’t go here.

I scheduled for an alignment online yesterday. Took my car in today for the appointment I had scheduled at 4. They asked if I could leave it overnight because they were about to have only one tech for the rest of the day. I said I had scheduled an appointment online and they said they do not use those. Seems like a bad idea to have 1 tech for 3 hours and not honoring the online appointments is ridiculous. I called another shop that would get me in and they have more techs here and fewer service bays.

If I could give a zero I would. Was told two hours to put in two tires and it has been 4 hours and they are still not on. I was told my alignment was off and then found out it was a different trucks. Ask what has held it up and they said the line to get a free alignment. I said I didn’t want one and looked and the tires weren’t even on my truck.I came to get tires to be safe on the roads and it is dark, weather is getting worse with sleet and still no tires....

This place is horrible. I called a hour and a half before arriving. Once I was there I ask if they was getting me in soon, she said yes I have a man waiting on you. She leaves for lunch and a half hour later I had to ask the other very very rude disrespectful woman how much longer. She said she would get it in so they pulled it in parked it and I watched it sit for 45 minutes before it was touched. I’m still here waiting well over a hour now. I will never return here and tell everyone I can to stay away. This is a horrible business.

Called ahead of time to inquire about an alignment for a Mercedes Class Vehicle and the guy on the phone was extremely friendly and told me about their current deals and how to properly come in for service.After I arrived the lady at the reception desk was also extremely kind and friendly, she even acknowledged me when I was waiting in line and told me that she would be right with me.I did all the paperwork and told them about my vehicle and got it set up for an alignment while I waited. I waited for a little bit over an hour when they were finished. Then the gentleman, Renee, I believe was his name, that was conducting my work order, called me up and told me that they couldn’t complete the full alignment on my vehicle because the tool needed for my vehicle was a Manufaturer tool that only the dealer or the manufacturer could service, but they went ahead and signed the Toe, and Camber, which were the only two they could get into without the proprietary tool needed for the remaining Caster.I was a bit upset that they didn’t inform me that this was the case. He said that unfortunately they couldn’t complete the full alignment and I had to take it to the dealer, and I replied that I was upset that if I had known that the full alignment wouldn’t have been able to been completed, I wouldn’t have done it, and would have just waited to go to the dealer. He gave me 50% off the total alignment but I honestly didn’t like how this ordeal went down, I shouldn’t have paid anything at all, because if they had informed me, I would have not let them only complete half the alignment, o would have just waited to go to the dealer, which now I have to do, and I feel like the money I paid to Firestone is just going down the toilet.

First off they said it would be 2 hours 4.5 hours later I was finally leaving with no work done. Second they said $169 to do break pads and resurface roters. They tell me I need new roters and they cost $103 each that is $412 +169, right? No they wanted $1,252.83. Nope you dont get.to add extra hundreds just because you think you can. So I can get all the parts myself for under $300 and do it myself. I doubt I will ever go to them again after this scammy little play. Crazy $671 in labor and it really isnt going to take any longer than what you were going to do before.

Do not use this place! I bought 4 new tires from them for my Buick Enclave. The following day my tire sensor was broken. I took my car back and spoke with Renee. Who was very rude about the situation and said it was already broken. I had no issues with it prior. I paid 1000 dollars for the tires, waited over 5 hours for my car, while they broke my sensor and were rude about it. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them for right now due to my warranty but I will not buy tires from them again. Do not go there!

We came in on a Saturday afternoon, having driven an hour for a birthday date, when we discovered some pretty bad tire issues. The staff at Firestone were so gracious. They got right to work on our vehicle, drove us to the movies so we didnt have to miss our date, picked us up, helped us figure out the financial side of things. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Shady fraudulent services are definitely provided here. I know we live in an upsell world but this is ridiculous. Ended up spending over $400 for what was just supposed to be a standard oil change. The price was not the factor here because I believed all those services were needed. In that process I get a wheel alignment, new tire, and other services. Apparently one of the tires was worn out from the inside which I thought was normal so I ended up getting a new one. Three weeks later I go back because one of my tires is low on air and I get it checked out. They air it up and tell me I’m going to need two brand new tires and another alignment. Keep in mind that I just got an alignment three weeks ago and they checked all my tires that same day as well. They gave me the same explanation how they were worn from the inside. I just got a set of new tires a little over a year ago and do my standard rotation every several thousand miles so I thought this was really weird. Made me start thinking if I even needed that first tire to begin with. For sure this place does a good job at selling services that aren’t necessarily needed especially if it’s commission based. Inside Edition needs to make a quick stop here and check it out.

I recently purchased a new used vehicle. I brought it to Firestone the technician Todd Alexander was very professional and went over and beyond expectations checking my car out for me at no charge. My tires were rotated at no charge. I had a tire repaired and oil change done, very reasonable prices. I would recommend Firestone to anyone looking for quality work. The staff there was very courtesy and friendly. You want a top notch technician ask for Todd.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM and arrived checked in ad was told that the wait would be about an hour to and hour and a half. No big deal. Until my wait ended up being 4 hours before I finally asked for my keys back. After asking for my keys so that I could leave and the man behind the counter told me that my car was next up ( for about the 3rd time). Then another man approached the counter (the manager) and asked me who told me that I was told that the wait was actually 3 hours and apologized for the mix up. Dont go here if you value your time as their doesnt seem to be any kind of communication at this shop. I cant comment on the work that the mechanics do because I left before they even moved my car into the garage.

I came in here with a flat tire they offered to fix my break light, an alignment, put new wipers on etc. I had no idea they offered so many different services here I honestly thought this was just a tire shop! Needless to say they got me fixed up! And to top it off the customer service was above and beyond my expectations Alexis, Renee, and Nathan were the kind people who helped me. Came to get my car aligned on October 31, 2019 at 3:45pm, and the people who were working at the front desk were extremely lazy by just chit chatting and ignoring us the customers.I was watching my car being serviced, and they took no more than ten minutes to get it aligned then they pulled the car back out to the parking lot, and we waited in the lobby knowing that our car is ready and the people who were working in the front were too lazy to give us the car keys so we can leave. We waited an hour for them just to hand us our car keys.

Great service with a smile.Gave them make, model and year they knew everything about my car including factory recommended maintenance, and other good information. Nation wide chain so the history of maintenance can be pulled up at any location. Like being at a dealership for maintenance but without the added cost. They even have a kids corner, with a TV.Bonus!... Its next to the mall so you dont have to sit in the shop, you can walk around the mall.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I bought four new tires. Was told there would be a wait. Three hours later they had not touched my car.I was told that they were backed up. Anybody with common sense would know to put the “fast jobs” first and get them out of the way. People that cane in after me were in and out, but I continued to wait. Made an appointment 3 days ahead for balance and alignment. When drove all the way from Jacksonville to this place they told me that there is no tech on shift to take care of the alignment and I have to reschedule it and no one was even sorry or saying a word of apology!!!! Then whats the point of having an appointment? Bought tires from firestone in February. Have had an issue with a slow leak for two weeks. Made a first attempt to get fixed and was told it would be 2-2.5 hours. Came back today and wait is 1.5 hours but they want to charge me $30. I came here because I purchased my tires here. I can go to discount tire and almost any oil change place and get a tire patched for FREE and without the wait and lack of concern for my safety and integrity of their tires

I hit a canister in the road and went in to have the tire replaced. $1,200 later my dash light wont go off my steering wheel shakes the car keeps dying after buying and your battery 4 tires brakes and rotors. My car didnt do any of this before I took it to them. Ive been back five times trying to get it fixed and I just give me a bigger estimate each time I go now its up to $2,691. And like I said I didnt do any of this before I went for a tire.

Do not reccomend this location. I made an appointment for a new tire and oil change days in advance. I show up 15 mins prior to my scheduled time and signed the paperwork and handed over my key. Me and my wife and her sister went to go across the street amd get some food thinking it will almost be done by the time were done. Hour and a half later and its still sitting in the same spot I pulled up to the store in. They hadnt even touched it. When I asked what the deal was they didnt even know where my car was because they hadnt even looked. When I dropped off my car at my appointment time there was nobody in the store. Walked out the door 3 hours later. So do not come here if you expect service in a timely manner

Unless you have all day, I dont recommend this facility. At least this location. My husband and I brought his car in for new tires. They quoted us over $1,100 for tires on a small scion. We decided to go with just the 2 front tires. Which was still $570. They took the car in at 9:30. At 12:30, I asked how much longer it would be. Oh not very long. Maybe just another hour or so. While theyre all eating pizza. I get a lunch break, but seriously?! Youve had the car for 3 hours for 2 tires and its going to be another hour?! This place is a joke!

I have had to come back at a later date both times to get an alignment. The only reason I continue to go here is because I purchased the lifetime alignment. Front desk staff seems nice & professional but theres a guy who actually works on servicing cars that always has a bad attitude. He comes to the front & if its full of customers he gets upset & slams open the door to go back to the service area. Someone like that who is upset that he has a lot of work, I feel will be rough on your car & may cause other damages cause he doesnt want to be at work. Wont be taking my car back to be serviced there. I saw this same guy do this twice. Both times I saw him I left right back out & refuse to go back now.

Terrible customer service. Lack of communication between team members. My car had to sit at the shop over night one time because the mechanic that was supposed to change my oil and put new tires on just left. They also broke a lug nut and tried to charge me for it. I always make appointments but it still takes 3 hours minimum to do an oil change and tires balance/rotation. The only reason I go there is because of the warranty on my tires.

Great service! Knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to fix vehicle issues. Brought my 09 GMC Yukon in for a headlight that kept dimming. Figured it was either a loose connection or bad bulb.These guys found the problem, searched all over Tyler to find a replacement part and when they found one the the parts house didnt have a driver to bring it to Firestone. Firestone sent one of their guys to retrieve the part and bring it back.First class service all the way! Firestone just earned a customer for life!

Very friendly staff, very professional work, after losing a tire on the highway we were towed to Firestone they dealt with the last tire place for us and even drove us to our hotel. Please give these guys your business.
