Tried to look at cars on website, found many cars that looked nice. BUT when they wanted information, or to call for pricing, you lost and a potential sale.

I had a okay experience with them up until I had to make a insurance claim. Use your own full coverage not theirs because this has been the most difficult aggravating thing, when it shouldn’t be.

At first everything was fine. I had no problems with the car that I got from them, and when I made partial payments there never an issue. A few days ago when I went to discuss making a partial payment.(that has never happened before) I was pulled into the back office and interrogated like a criminal. I have never been so disgusted with the treatment I received. I had a car that I had previously paid off (the same car I traded in with this company). I decided that I wanted something newer. I am the type of person who dont have an issue with making payments, I like knowing that I am working towards something. These people have ruined that experience for me. This is the worst place in the world to try to do business with. The people that are supposed to be bosses have about as much knowledge as a 2 year old. A complete and total rip off. After having a car a few weeks, it needed repaired, they had it for almost a month trying to figure out how to fix it. Finally got it back and drove it for another few weeks when the engine blew. They couldn’t figure out if the warranty would cover or what they wanted to do with it, refused to trade it for something of comparable value. Told them to cancel contract, did not want the car anymore. Now they have put it as negative on the credit report. A total and complete screw job. My opinion is do yourself a favor and stay completely away from this shady business.

Total rip off! I regret getting a vehicle there. Worst decision of my life. The branch manager will blatantly lie in your face and act as if she never did the next time she sees you. Bought the car and it had warranty on it. Well come to find out there were certain issues with the vehicle in which they didnt make the parts for the car anymore. They continued to put used parts on the vehicle and they always failed. Instead of just letting me trade the junk for another car they put almost $2000 into fixing it and its still not repaired even after I came out of pocket right at a $1000 because I didnt want to be lied to or just blown off again. Branch manager lied and told my husband we would be reimbursed since it was still under warranty. Basically they have no conscious and can sleep at night knowing that another person and their children are riding around in a vehicle from them thats leaking gasoline. And it was a well known issue that they attempted to fix it but when no avail they just gave up and made you feel like crap for calling and letting them know the issues of the vehicle, even though it was under warranty.

I do not recommend buying a car here! Ive had my car for a year now and worst experience ever! They harrass you with calls and text on the day your payment is due to remind you its do. Ive had 3 calls and a text before I got off work! My car broke down (as you will read from other reviews happens way to offten) and scheduled ahead of time a day to bring my car in and be fixed under warranty. Well they forgot to take it to the mechanic and missed my appointment they scheduled! (I dropped my car off early beforehand and even gave the keys to the porter ((who was one of the super cool ones there)) my car sat there for almost 2 weeks with me missing work the whole time. They called and harrassed me and all my references about payment for those two weeks saying it was my responsibility to make the payment yet it was there responsibility to fix my car which they failed to do resulting in me not being able to work and failing to make the payment. I cant wait to pay off this last year and be done with this place. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SHOP LOCAL
